The food was amazing. It was a very busy night and the standard of food was as good as it is on a quiet night. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that we had to leave after 2 hours as the table was booked again.

I had friends travel up from Cornwall and every time they visit they demand we come for a mixed grill 👌🏼

Food was great like always but unfortunately on this occasion there was were no napkins or enough cutlery at the table so had to go and find it ourself.

Unfortunately it was very cold in the pub so lots of us had to eat with our coats on. My friend ordered a paneer curry and sent it back as it was cold, they sent another one out and it was chicken ( she is a vegetarian) she didn't realise until she tasted a piece of it. Everyone else enjoyed the food but wished it was warmer in the pub. The guy seemed to hurry us out at the end, saying he needed the table. It didn't appear overly busy, or he didn't invite us to continue our chat in the bar area. Food wasn't as tasty as I've had in there before. Would go again but may try somewhere else for a next big group meal as well.

It was excellent, waitress went above and beyond and really looked after us.

Absolutely amazing, best curry I've ever had and is always my go to :)

The service and the food was excellent. Will be back next month for my Birthday

Amazing food, lamb was beautifully slow cooked and full of flavour. Service was quick and friendly staff too. The food was fresh and came really quickly.

As with most restaurants prices have gone up but they used to give free salad with sizzlers but have stopped. Otherwise food and taste is good.

Table needed to be cleaned when we arrived, no big deal at least it was then clean for us. Service was great, the girl who served us was polite and friendly. Food arrived and there was ALOT! But it was hot, fresh and TASTY!!! We ended up taking four takeaway boxes home with us! Defo worth a visit. Go early as it gets really busy.

The young blonde waitress was superb. Very attentive. I sat on the right hand side as you enter. I didn't get her name but she was spot on!!! Thank you to her

The meals were tasty as usual. The staffs were polite and helpful.

Disappointing. Had been told how good it was! Poppadoms and drinks are overpriced . Three out of four of us ate most of our meals but the fourth couldn’t due to the poor quality of the chicken. Potatoes and cauliflower curry had no potatoes! General ambience felt like a school canteen . Service was ok but the staff seemed rushed. Won’t be returning.

It was a meal to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday with his family. Every one enjoyed the meal and we ordered a takeaway for some members who could not make the meal for them to have at home. A good day was had by all and the waiter and waitress were very excellent.
