This was our first visit to The Gregory and we were very impressed. Excellent Sunday lunch good quality food and efficient service. Will return

Not much food for your money and the veg was cold

The food was very good and good value for money. What let it down was the three young girls trying to run the place. After being shown to our table we waited fifteen minutes to order. I then got up and went to the bar to order to be told they do not take orders at the bar. Aftet placing the order it took twenty five minutes for our food to be served. The pub was not busy so no excuse for slow service. Overall it was a pleasant evening but the service let it down.

Very good lunch. Regrettably the plates were not hot, therefore the food could have been hotter.

Have been previously and always had a super food and service. I think it has changed hands and the food was not as previous standard. The soup was luke warm and a starter of brie was still frozen when served! Nothing very special about the roast dinners. Overall disappointed and probably will not go back.

The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The food is well presented & tastes delicious 😋

We took advantage of the early bird offer so it was fairly busy, there was only one person behind the bar and the service was a little slow, the food was good and we arrived early and was able to sit at the table right away, would recommend booking

Love the Gregory, we go at least once a week. The staff are very welcoming & helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious & reasonably priced too.

As usual we had great food, attentive staff and fair price.

Pleasant lunch with friends to celebrate husband's birthday. atmosphere welcoming, but we all found the ambient temperature rather cold and I was glad to have put several layers of clothes on. we had their Gregory burger with hand cut chips. the only negative was to have it served on a sweet brioche which clashed with the savoury burger and garnish. We would all rather have had a normal, jot sweet, roll. perhaps an option to be offered? When we were offered the dessert card and we made our choices, we were asked if we would like coffees as well. we did and ordered them. Unfortunately, the coffees arrived quite a while before the desserts and not drinking the coffees until the desserts were eaten, would have meant cold coffees. When I commented on it, the answer was that the desserts would follow, hut we do jot like drinking coffee before our dessert. this should not happen.

All round great meal. thanks to everyone involved. Will definitely go again

We wen't there for lunch on very short notice - and what can I say, we we're very positivly surprised. The seating-arrangements are very cozy, the staff is very observant and helpful. We very recommend dining at this place.
