I was very disappointed with this experience as the food was shocking! I had a roast dinner that was very disappointing. I had been looking forward to this all week and went away feeling disheartened. The Yorkshire puddings were burnt to a crisp and hard to cut through. The roast potatoes were raw in the middle. The chicken was full of little bones that I actually nearly choked on. The chips that came with the gammon dish were very anemic and had raw crunchy bits inside. I just do no think this is acceptable to serve to paying customers. I have to admit the staff were attentive and they tried to make the situation better but I was just not happy with this experience, especially when the two previous visits were amazing and the food was faultless. It was also my fiancé’s birthday this time so it spoilt this.

Let down by the service and waiting times. Starters were very good, unfortunately the length of wait for desert menu and order meant we ran out of time

The food , the staff and the location was just perfect, it's our 2nd time of going and it has never failed to be delicious food we will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who showed us to our table the food was the best i have had in a long time of eating out the chips absolutely delicious like chips should taste, the food was brought to out table by a extremely pleasant young man all in all a lovely experience would recommend the Hines Head 👍🏼😁

Went for a Sunday lunch! Absolutely lovely and no washing up!

The food was excellent top marks but the service was a little slow, I don’t mind that especially when the food is served hot and it was. Only criticism is only a small seating area for pre dinner drinks and s little pricey. Will definitely return.

Quieter than normal but a lovely experience, food excellent as always.

Basic food, most staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to the diners. The poor Batman was rushed off his feet trying to keep it all together whilst the other chatted amongst themselves

The service, food and waiting times were excellent. There were only 3 waiting staff on with others having phoned in sick and the 3 did a wonderful job.

The food was superb as always.. the girl waiting on our table was very polite and efficient.

The food was very good but the portions were enormous.... very difficult to finish. A very loud group were at the next table which did detract a little bit from the atmosphere. We also waited 45 minutes between courses which was a little excessive
