We waited over 1.5 hours for our food and then one meal was incorrect which they would not change. It’s a shame as we have been here many times before but won’t come back

This was a lovely restaurant with great service food and staff . When I visit York again I will definitely be back . Thanks for a great night

Lovely food-we had the roasted duck red curry and king prawn green curry which were delicious.The pad Thai noodles were also delicious.The waitresses were all lovely,smiling,polite and nothing too much trouble.Only minor gripe was that they were very busy so took a bit of time to take our drinks order.

Lovely food. Just short of a 6 because the person serving us was obviously new to the job and had to be prompted to do things like supply fresh cutlery for the second course and top up the water glasses. I'm sure she will learn quickly but a little more attention to staff training would not go amiss.

Great atmosphere from the start, the staff were polite attentive and made us feel at home and relaxed. The food was great, flavoursome and plentiful. We had the B banquet for two £23.50 each and a bottle of monsoon valley that was ideal for easy enjoyable drinking. And before anyone comments on how in Thailand you could get the same meal for a fraction of the price Don't bother we know we could, but we are eating in York. Definitley recommend it.

A fabulous place. Gorgeous authentic tasting food and a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were lovely. The vegetarian massaman curry was amazing! Thank you for a great evening.

Brilliant food and service very nice little restaurant if you like Thi food. The set meals are good value and you get loads will definitely be returning.

Beautiful food very tasty. Only drawback would be tables too close together in some areas of the restaurant. Good value will definitely return and recommend.

The restaurant is a little cramped, but very pleasant. The service was friendly, and the food was excellent, the best Thai food we have had.

This is a lovely place. The staff were pleasant and helpful and accommodated a larger party well. The food was authentic Thai, and there was plenty of it. All starters were large as were main courses. I'd really recommend this restaurant and would certainly return.

Aside from the latest, bendy plastic, menu the food and service were both top notch. Very nice setting for a bite of good Thai food

Excellent tasty food, Thai wine lovely, great friendly service, in a very warm restaurant on a cold and rainy day outside. Single flower on table added to the setting.

The restaurant was freezing cold, none of the waitresses seemed to know which dishes were vegan so ordering anything became a faff and when the food came it was awful. Really greasy and fatty and since when did you put gherkins in sweet and sour?! What a weird flavour sensation! Won’t be visiting again that’s for sure!

We hadn't been here for several years as other thai or asian places had opened up in York but was nice to revisit and see the standard hadn't slipped at this stalwart restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. Our highlight was the soft shell crab starter. The choice of beverage is limited but its the food that is the focus here quite rightly. Our server got a bit confused and offered us pudding menus before we received our mains. This may have inconvenienced other diners but we were in no rush and took it all in good humour even when it took 15 mins to get the bill. We will definitely return.

The Food was great and the staff very helpful. We though lay enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.

Fantastic food as always. We have had many meals here and the food never disappoints. Looking forward to the next time already. Always friendly too.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff kind and fast. At the end, I and my friend had an interesting conversation with the restaurant owner . My main dish was good: rice with vegetables and chicken, with a delicate flavor of lemon. However, I have to confess I expected something more tasty from my previous Thai experience... maybe next time I will taste other things.

Nice food, staff etc. Lovely evening. The only downside was that it feels very tight - both in terms of space around the table and the number of individual dishes crammed onto the table.

Cracking restaurant - been going for 10 years and always enjoy the same high quality of yummy food and friendly service. Highly recommend for either romantic dinner for tow or group night out.

Everything was excellent from the service to the food. On arrival we got water and Thai crackers, a cleansing wipe between courses and the food was sublime. We’ll definitely be returning!

Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. I've dined here on a number of occasions and the food is a good standard every time. A little short of space but manageable.

Great service and delicious food. Lots of choice on menu being able to mix most dishes with any meat or fish. Everything I was hoping for. Would highly recommend.

Staff are so friendly. Menu is delicious. Reasonably priced for authentic food and very good portions. I visit York twice a year and always go there. Never been disappointed.

Specifically requested when booked that I did not want a table near the toilets or the kitchen. When we arrived we were shown the table where I did not want as per my request. I asked to be moved which to be fair was sorted immediately. Food very good

The food was fresh and tasty with a great selection. Service was excellent great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive wish it was closer to where we live.

A small, traditional Thai restaurant within the York city walls. Very cosy with welcoming staff providing efficient service. We had mixed starters, green curry with chicken and duck stir fry between the two of us and all were excellent, nicely flavoured and just the right amount of chilli (for us at any rate).

Nice atmosphere, good Thai food and prompt service. A small restaurant that serves traditional Thai food and beers at a reasonable price in an area just out of the hustle and bussle of the centre of York.

I had a table for 5 people booked, when we are the restaurant was empty apart for a table of two.We stood around for a few minutes then were told our table was a small table for for with a chair on the end..not enough room for five very squashed.I asked for extra space as I had booked ?and the place was empty..more standing around .eventually an extra table was added so we could sit down.The food and drinks were ordered and arrived promptly, both were very good .Overall a good experience I would return and would recommend.

Cosy setting serving clean fresh tasting food, more than you think on the plate too but with no heavy feeling after. Not overly pricy. Friendly staff. Would go again

Fantastic, friendly little restaurant within the walls of York. We went on a Sunday evening during a short break in York. The food and service was fantastic with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended and will definitely be visiting again soon.

Bit disappointed, not the best Thai food I've had. Good service and atmosphere. The food was a little bland and my sticky rice was completely solid and I couldn't even get it out of the bamboo basket.

Mixed starter delicious! Fabulous mains the sea bass was excellent can really recommend it .Great service ! Large portions First visit will be returning 👍

We had a lovey meal here. The food was top notch and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very good value as well. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the service but in our opinion the food was average and expensive for what you got. I dont think we will rush back.

If you are looking for an authentic Thai meal served by polite and helpful staff this place is great - highly recommended, we will return.

Very easy to use, didn't take long to start an account and had no issues. Would highly recommend just for the ease of how it works.
