The restaurant is highly recommended after a recent visit. The pizzas were superb and I have not tasted better chips anywhere. Fantastic friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

A lovely modern restaurant where the food is excellent, the staff are welcoming and friendly and offered excellent service. Thank you we definitely recommend and will be coming again.

Disappointed this time. Last time it was really good but this time something was missing. It lacked finesse and the food was piled on the plate unappetisingly. Won't go again for a while.

The food good but not great the service excellent the staff really pleasant the restaurant was nice and clean the bad part is that it had a smell of paint really annoying

Food very good, but service poor. Booked for 4pm and arrived early, unfortunately by 4-45 we still did not even have the garlic breads. Not acceptable with 2 young children. 1 main meal had an incorrect side - but as it was past 5-30 did not mention it.

Had a lovely time on Saturday night - the food was fantastic and staff friendly and attentive. Especially loved the sharing platter as a starter.

Had a great evening at the pack, the food was brilliant and the staff are lovely , my friends said the lasagne was fab, I also enjoyed the gin selection :)

Speed and accurate service coupled with good food well cooked. A good range of meals to choose from, one other point is they could do with a good craft pump beer to cater for non lager drinkers, bottled beers dont cut it.

Very impressed. Friendly welcome, followed by delicious two course meal. Service was well-paced, we didn’t feel rushed, nor did we have to wait too long.

So have been prior to makeover and have to say the changes are great and the flow of the room is now better and easier for the staff to deal with . My only criticism is the brightness in the back room its way to light , put a darker colour on the wall to soak up the light and that will give a more cosy feel. Food was excellent as was the choice of beers and wine . We will be back and with more friends

First class as always, venue brilliant, service very good, food excellent. I can recommend to families, couples, business and anyone just wanting a pleasant experience to chat and catch up.

6/10 pleasant staff but had to wait rather a long time for our food, cold plates, too much Garlic used on my sea bass, plus not very good pizza ( not cooked in a clay oven), all in all pleasant experience but expected better from a award winning restaurant 😕

First time dining at The Pack and what a fabulous experience it was. Great food. Friendly, efficient staff provided a flawless service. What more can I say but Go yourself and dine on the flavousome Italian cuisine.

Excellent food fine service and excellent location well worth a visit and the fact that the restaurant is children friendly encourages people to go back with their children and grandchildren !

Food was very good, service was poor. We had to stack the plates up ourselves and wait about 30 minutes before the waitress finally cleared our table after we had finished the main course - other tables arrived, ate and departed while we were waiting to have our plates cleared. Arrived at 15.30 and it was 17.45 before we finally managed to get the bill. Having to entertain two 9 year olds for such a long period is never easy

Such great food and great service recommend to anyone we know a good atmosphere without the noise in other such like establishments we always enjoy this place every time we go

Very good food and service. First time visit since refurbishment and a definite improvement. Just made a mistake with starter should have shared as to much.

Excellent food and service well worth a visit if you haven't been ,very welcoming . We come a fair distance and we always go to the pak well worth it .

Excellent food, as always. Good atmosphere,cosy surroundings, good service. One of our favourite eateries in the area. The chicken & chirizo spaghetti was superb,and the fillet steak cooked to perfection. Keep up the good work !!

Fabulous service, the food and cocktails were amazing! The menu is great, we were stuck for which dish to go for. Looking forward to returning to try something else.

Food good, surroundings nice atmosphere okay although it was a Monday so quiet. Will definitely go again. Good selection oh gins on offer service excellent.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and attentative. The pizzas are brilliant and the pasta dishes look really good. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!

Great meal and fantastic staff. No cheese and buscuits on the menu, but staff said they would do one, it was fantastic!! Cannot praise them enough

Ok pizza restaurant . Think the 'wood fired ' oven was probably gas ! Starters were nice , but everything could have been seasoned a little more enthusiastically . Staff were nice !

Excellent food, service First Class, cannot fault this restaurant. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a well presented meal served by friendly staff in very comfortable surroundings. Ten out of ten.

The food was lovely but had to wait 3/4 hour before the meal arrived. The place was really nice with pleasant staff. Although we had to wait I would eat there again.

Had a really lovely meal at The Pack. Nice atmosphere with really good service. Just one negative - two of our party had the fish dish off the specials board - quite a small piece of fish could have done with two pieces of fish instead of one. Will definitely recommend The Pack to family and friends.

What a fantastic evening. Had ribs and Patatas alioli to start and pizza and lasagne for mains. Food was lovely as it is always. Thank you for the fab food and fab service :-)

Nice food, pleasant staff,very busy for a Tuesday evening only just managed to park. Would recommend without hesitation, menu offers something for everyone at reasonable prices

Service was slow, to the point of having to find someone to order a round of drinks. Steak was over cooked but after waiting so long to get it we didn't want to send it back. After our initial visit which was brilliant, was very disappointed this time

Food was excellent as usual. Never had a bad meal there. Lovely pint of Menebrea as well to top off a lovely lunch. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Came with a large group and was not disappointed with the service or food. All served at the same time, bill easily sorted and everyone happy with their food

We live very close to The Pack but have not been for a few years. It has been refurbished to a high standard since our last visit. The decor and ambience are now very good and we were looking forward to some good Italian food. Although the homemade Tiramisu was delicious, we were a bit disappointed overall and particularly by our main course Saltimbocca. We could not detect any Marsala or sage, which are supposed to be the main elements of the sauce. My wife was perhaps being a bit harsh but thought that it tasted like Bisto. At £16.75 for this main course, it could be better. The gin selection was good and the service was very good.

Very swish restaurant. Prices not over the top.Our meal was very nice and served up on hot plates,which other restaurants should take note of. Service relaxed and pleasant .Will go again.

Very nice place. Food was excellent, had the sea bass. There’s a great choice on the menu and the bar appears to be very well stocked.
