Excellent pasta! Definitely worth the experience . Good pasta portion, desert small (ravioli) but high quality. The staff was very keen in providing details on the plates if required.

We were disappointed. Food is best desribed as borring, did not taste of anything at all. Atmosphere is howver nice, small place with very few tables.

Great food great service most enjoyable meal & experience. Highly recommend squid ink bucatini with wild clams with glass of verrechio. No room for pudding!

service was excellent attentive and friendly there were three of us the pasta was good and different from run of the mill Italian restaurants every thing was good my wife expected the ragu to be more tomato in flavour but that was all, excellent.

My third visit to the Pasta Factory - I just wish it was in my neighbourhood and I'd visit a lot more ! An informal, reasonably priced independent Italian that just does really interesting home made pasta dishes with home made gelato and sorbets as desert and mixed "taglieri" plates to begin, accompanied by excellent Italian wines and beers. My type of food !

Wonderful little place with a great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic authentic Italian dishes. Lots of vegan options, delicious desserts and just all round a lovely hidden gem behind Shudehill!

Great Antipasti starter with some excellent Vegan options too!! The small selection of main course pasta dishes are amazing, have now tried three of them and I cannot find a fault.

Great food. Service great at the beginning, got a bit more difficult later on as extremely busy but food and staff were superb and clearly working very hard to produce a great product.

Delicious, simple and elegant food and great service. I had the buttacini with breadcrumbs, garlic an parsley with a glass of the house red, can fully recommend.

Overall pretty good. However the service could have been better. They were very pleasant and friendly but a little slow. The table wasn't ready when we arrived (on time) and so we had to stand around for 5 minutes while they sorted it. They were a bit slow bringing the menus and then taking the order. Perhaps they were a little short staffed. The pasta was delicious though so I would certainly go again.

We had a wonderful vegan meal with great food, wine and service and great value). We will certainly be returning in tge very near future. Thank you 😊

The service we received throughout the night was exceptional! Our table was delayed by around 15 minutes and we were kindly offered rosé on the house. The starters and main meals were very original and whilst having few options, are nailed to perfection. It was also wonderful to see such a vegan-friendly menu with vegan dishes and parmesan available! The only downside would be the raw chocolate, coconut and carrot cake which wasn't to our taste but other than that Pasta Factory is 100% recommended by all three of us!

Great experience, wonderful food, wine and service. I would most definitely recommend to family and friends. Try the squid ink pasta! It was absolutely delicious

The decor is simple but the food is delicious and the service was great. Nice to go somewhere that focused on the food rather than style. I'd definitely recommend going. The chocolate ravioli for dessert was amazing.
