Visited The Pasta Factory last night. Great little Italian restaurant serving excellent food with great staff. Just one downside, the portion size. You don't get a lot for what you pay for (we actually stopped for a slice of pizza after the 3 course meal).

Wonderful , very authentic food. The ingredients are high quality and you have a good number of options, even for vegans! the place is cozy and people are nice at a fair price. couldn't recommend it more.

Pleasant and welcoming staff who introduced the menu welland took time to help with our wine choice. The food was nicely presented and of a high standard. Pleasant surroundings.

Fantastic food - taste and presentation. Great team that is enthusiastic without being intrusive. Truffle pasta tasted great and the Gavi di Gavi did the trick.

The food was spectacular! Never tasted pasta like it. We'd recommend it to everyone we know. We're already working out when we can go again.

Pasta factory is honestly the most flawless Italian dining experience outside of Napoli. Excellent service. Great drink selection. Food that defies explanation of excellence. I recommend this place very frequently.

Great little restaurant within 2-3 min walk of Crowne Plaza Hotel. Pasta fresh and tasty. It does get busy fast, so make a reservation. We had a 6pm reservation and were seated immediately. However, by 6:30pm (Sat night) restaurant was full. We noticed food took a little longer as restaurant got busier, but it was worth the wait. Price was reasonable and would definitely recommend. Lovely choice of homemade sorbets as well.

Lovely authentic Italian - well worth a visit. Really lovely pasta - we all really enjoyed our meal before a visit to the arena !!

Where we was sat there was a smell of sewage and dampness that put us off our food. Won't go again.🙁 Wine per glass £12 very expensive.

Our meal here was incredible, gluten free options for almost everything and all homemade. The service was lovely and everyone was really really friendly. Nothing bad to say!

Thoroughly loved our first experience at the Pasta Factory, the Ragu was simply sublime and the pasta was made and cooked to perfection! I cannot recommend enough!

Brilliant food and service...love the attention to detail as regards dietary requirements, my vegan diet and my husbands GF needs were well catered for...highly recommended.

Lovely authentic eating experience, shame preferred menu choice had gone, but second choice was good. Good beer choice too, the starter to share was great.

Food was great and service relatively quick considering there was a large group in at the same time. The only negative was we weren't told when we were seated at 5 that the table was needed for 6:30 so we were going to have pudding as well as starter and main but couldn't as the next table was waiting. Staff apologised for this but it was a shame.

Nothing special!!!! Very expensive for a plate of pasta Wine bad quality and again very expensive Not a good experience for fresh authentic Italian food.

Good and fast service. Waiting staff has been nice. Great experience, had a very lovely time. Nice and quiet at the beginning and filled up quite quickly.

Very nice restaurant, the pasta dishes are superbly made. A little expensive but worth it for the overall quality of the food. We went on a Saturday night and there was a nice atmosphere to the place with friendly attentive staff. Would definitely give it another visit.

Great food and service, Good location on the edge of the Northern Quarter in Manchester. Small standard menu with daily specials board, authentic experience, recommended.

Fantastic experience, great attention to detail on helping us choose wine/food and with knowledge behind the ingredients and techniques used. They have a small menu that they spend a lot of time on and change regularly, so if you like to have a lot of choice this may not be for you, but this was without doubt one of the best Italian meals I've had in Manchester!

Great pasta, good service, amazing desert. The only down side was that we had to wait quite a while for the bill. Would recommend.

The pasta itself was fresh and made in house however i think we chose incorrectly. My partners was full of cheese and mine was nice but a little boring. Staff where very nice and i would try again.

Incredible service and lovely staff! Thoroughly enjoyed myself thanks to the staff! The food was AMAZING and the vegan options were also honestly perfect! I had the vegan starter to share which has vegan cheese and it was that nice I had to buy some more before I left!!! £5 for a ball of vegan cheese??? YES PLEASE! for main I had a mushroom ravioli which was to die for and they even gave me some vegan Parmesan to place on top!! Then for dessert I had a chocolate ravioli! I enjoyed my boyfriends dessert more which was on the specials board- it was apple and walnut tart with chocolate drizzle to pour on the side! Honestly a lovely meal and will 100% be back, you should definitely go, if you're a vegan or not, you have just as many options both ways! The only little bad thing I had to say was it was quite chilly but that's just being picky!

Great handmade Pasta at reasonable prices. Wine list was thorough and you may ask the staff about pairing options! Good place for a semi-casual dining experience.

I have been a few times before - always great food (home made pasta and interesting sauces), great service and atmosphere and good wine. I wish it was nearer my home !

Friendly waiters, food served fast and no complaints about the taste, but left waiting at least 20 mins to pay the bill and eventually had to go up to the counter.

Fabulous food. Amazing service. Great value for money. I cannot recommend the pasta factory enough to anyone. My new favourite restaurant in manchester. Well worth a visit.

Lovely pasta main course had salmon ravioli from board. Shared starter plate disappointing. Staff great, good choice of wines and beer. Coffee excellent. Would recommend

My FAVOURITE Italian restaurant outside of Italy. Fantastic food, delicious drinks, amazing atmosphere, superb service...what more can you ask for? Finally a place that treats vegans and omnivores the same! Can't wait to get back.

Lovely,tasty food at a reasonable price. The decor was nice and tasteful. it made a nice change from a generic chain restaurant. The service was good and I'd have no hesitation about going again.

Fantastic place. The staff is so helpful! So many amazing vegan options (I had the mushroom ravioli with truffle oil) and they even had vegan deserts! 10/10 would reccomend

What an Excellent meal. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very well informed and attentive. We will definitely return for another meal.

Only a small restaurant but worth visiting, service was excellent and the menu although not overdone with choices was sufficient for vegetarians and non vegetarians and when the pasta dishes arrived the food was fresh,,well cooked and very tasty, overall a very good eating experience. Manchester

Great restaurant. Lots of different pastas and sauces. Very helpful waiter who explained things. Once mains were decided he gave us recommendations on which were the best wines and neither were the most expensive. Very enjoyable evening. Would go back again. Totally unlike your usual Italian restaurant and all the better for it!

Limited menu compared to online but excellent the was food and staff were very pleasant. We will definitely be going there again in the new year.

The food was excellent and good value for money. The pasta is all fresh and there are some great vegetarian options. That staff are all very helpful and knowledgable of the dishes they service.

We were disappointed. Food is best desribed as borring, did not taste of anything at all. Atmosphere is howver nice, small place with very few tables.
