As always, delicious giant burgers and great selection of beers.

Hadn’t been to Rockstones for a while, still amazingly delicious burgers, 2 for £22 is a great deal.

Amazing local feel to the pub, with the best burger I’ve had in the UK so far.👍🏻

I choose the Rockstone for my birthday meal with friends because of its great vegan options that offer variety. Unfortunately the Rockstone did not have most of the vegan options or extras and only had the burger patties and cheese alternative, significantly limiting my options. On top of this I upgraded my fries to vegan dirty fries alongside my vegan burger and they arrived covered in dairy cheese! The Rockstone redid my meal but this meant most of my friends where done when I was just starting. I was very disappointed in my visit!

Good service However some food was more greasy than usual, also the Volcano burger had plenty of chillies (lovely) but otherwise was bland (lacked flavour) and slightly over cooked. Have had this burger many times before.

Great food and burger night offers are fantastic. Have been here for our Xmas meal for past 3 years and never fail to impress.

Great food in a nice pub, music was background so not too loud. Our party had a great time.

Food was great, to much salt in chips but I understand that’s a personal preference. Staff where really nice and where kind enough to move us to a more quiet area of the pub as there was a large table behind us. We weren’t bothered by them, but appreciated the gesture. The vegan ‘chicken’ wings were out of this world!!!!! Would visit again if in Southampton.

Shame we had quite a long delay for food but this was rectified by some compensatory drinks without us even mentioning it

Drunken fight at the bar. Hassled by the same group getting out of out taxi going into the venue,dealt with swiftly but could of been prevented by not serving alcohol to a very drunk group

Went for a birthday lunch, I had the Hotlime Miami and switched up the cheese to cheddar instead of vegan cheese, my husband had the Wagu burger on a charcoal bun. Best veggie burger I’ve had. Usually it's some mushy patty where as this was really tasty and easy to eat. There’s a choice of two vegan/veggie patty options sweet potato or vegetable, I had the vegetable and highly recommended it. Nice side salad and seasoned chips. Good choice of gins and beers.

Excellent food as always. The kitchen was a little short on staff and the wait was longer than usual as a result, but service was always friendly and the range of beers kept us amused until our order arrived. Great visit overall.

My wife and l took our son for lunch on Sunday. His 21st Birthday and he chose The Rockstone for lunch. What a success. Really loved the food and we will definitely return.

the food was amazing but the service was shockingly bad - when the wrong food turned up (a beef burger when it was chicken that was ordered) all they could do was offer a free drink rather than taking the plate away and returning with the food we'd originally ordered. definitely won't be eating here again as it felt like they couldn't have cared either way if we were there or not - recommended to come here from a friend, but again, i definitely won't be recommending this place to others - well... maybe to people who have hours to wait for the wrong food.

Half of the ingredients were unavailable. We also had to wait considerable times for food as well as ordering drinks at the bar. The restaurant was under-resourced and under-prepared. This experience has turned what was once a top choice evening out to a place I will not visit again

We arrived to 8 a party of 5 the staff were really friendly only down side was a very long wait for mains however When the did arrive everything was amazing we also were offers A discount and drink due to the delay I would definitely be back the Sunday Burger roast looks amazing
