Excellent time had by all. Great atmosphere and service was to a high standard despite being extremely busy. Food was fabulous - a favourite that we keep going back to!

Great food and service on our visit for a Sunday Lunch. The scotch eggs were particularly delicious on the sharing platter. Kiddy friendly too with a good menu for them too.

Excellent food and ambiance as always in this gem of a restaurant. Took my sister and her husband who were visiting from the West Country and they were knocked out as they didn't think we had it so good up here in the far North!

Excellent service and food. Didn't have a starter as we all knew we wanted desserts. So would definitely recommend saving room for one as the sticky toffe pudding is to die for

Not a very varied menu however that staff are extremely friendly. As we went early evening there was only one other couple in so cannot comment on the ambience.

Sunday Lunch - Food & Service was very good. Would of liked more vegatables with Sunday roast share meal, however the beef was cooked perfectly. Gravy was very thin for our taste but this is something personal, tasted lovely. We had to sit in the bar despite booking as we had an extra person on the day & the restuarant was fully booked. This was Ok but not ideal as not alot of room on the table for 5 people, especially with the "share Roast beef" for 4 meal. Staff very poliet & efficient. Would definately recommend :)

Another excellent trip to the Ruddington Arms. It is always great t take new people here as the conostently excellent food and service mean that you are guaranteed a good time.

What a lovely restaurant! We visited today from Stockport with our family who live in Notts. Celebrating my mother in law's birthday. Wow, great food, great service. Staff lovely. Everything was just perfect. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Thank you Ruddington Arms!

Great gastro pub with an excellent and varied menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and they continue to serve great food and with very good service.

Excellent food and service (as always) even though it was extremely busy. Fantastic atmosphere buzzing and yet still intimate - a difficult balance to pull off! I would come every week if I could!

Just a lovely place to be ....food was excellent ..i had the special ruddy burger after seeing other customers devouring it ...service was attentive without be intrusive ....will be returning in the near future

Good food and service in pleasant surroundings. Lacking in atmosphere as only 4 tables taken despite being bank holiday Monday. Will definitely return. Easy to walk to as I live in ruddington.

I have yet to have a bad meal at the Ruddington Arms, Great Food a good wine selection along with friendly staff in a nice atmosphere.

Excellent meal, great menu choice including a good choice of non meat alternatives. All 6 of us agreed that we will definitely visit again. Well done team Ruddington.

I am happy to take my visitors to the Ruddington Arms because I can be assured of a meal of excellent quality, served by a knowledgable staff. At my most recent visit my friend could not resist having the same food as his previous visit. The experience had stayed with him.

The Ruddington Arms is always busy. They have plenty of staff so the service is always good. I mostly have a fish dish which is always cooked and presented well

Booking was easy and the team were very flexible with me constantly moving my arrangements due to travel issues. The place is very nice, the price was reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious, what is not to like!?

Always a pleasurable time at the ruddington arms. Friendly staff and great food and drinks every time, the steak burger was amazing and the array of toys for the kids to play with is great!

The staff are amazing, the atmosphere even though not too busy was lovely, music fantastic. The food? Well it was simply awesome! Only one downside in that the all day menu probably finishes a hour too early but the a la Carte menu is really nice. We had a great time thank you.

Great food and excellent service. Not the cheapest in the area but worth the money. Pleasant atmosphere and large car park. All good - give it a go!

Excellent meal very good quality, customer service very good We have been 3 times now & haven't had a bad experience, pity we haven't got a decent eating establishment in Wollaton like this!!!

Excellent meal and service apart from the wine needed to be chased. Waitress explained the problem when paying the bill - should have been explained when brought to the table. But am being pedantic.

As always, the people are friendly, the service was excellent and the food delicious. I will be going back and am very happy to recommend it to others

Lovely food, took a while to arrive but each time we've been its always been really busy - don't sit near the table near the door as everyone keeps coming in and out of it!

Nice dining area, attentive staff and very good food at reasonable prices. Service was slightly slow, but the portions were large and a rest between courses was good. I'm happy to recommend it.

The food was of a high quality and really tasty, there's always a great selection of specials, friendly service and a really modern and stylish interior, nice for families and couples catching up

Lovely pub / restaurant. Great menu and beautifully prepared and presented food. Lovely attentive staff and great décor inside and out of the pub. Nice garden in the back, secluded and cosy. A really good experience that I highly recommend.

Fantastic food & service. Beware not to fill yourself up on the wonderful bread they do first!! Sticky Toffee Pud - divine!! They were happy also to make me a cocktail on arrival, even though they do not have a list & it was great too. Can't wait to return. Thanks RA

I have been to the Ruddington Arms on a few occasions now but it was my friend`s first visit and she was pleasantly surprised and will definiitely be recommending it to her circle of friends.Lovely quality food and service very good with attentive friendly staff

Booked in short notice but were accomodating, Great food, attentive staff and good atmosphere made for a very enjoyable Sunday lunch. Always looking forward to returning

Good service, great ambience food was delicious, but thought desserts could have been a little bit bigger, and more variety of vegetables on the roast would have been nice apart from that it was great..

Excellent meal, great service, good wine list, peaceful and quiet atmosphere - no blaring background muzak, stopped for some real ale afterwards; reliable booking process, too.

The RA is a great place, one of my favourite places to eat in Nottingham. The food is always amazing, staff very attentive, and great value, considering the quality of what you're getting. Can't fault it - except there should be more of them and one nearer me!!

I am not a fan on Sunday dinners out, and normally prefer my wife's roast. However, the roast beef, service and surroundings at the Ruddington Arms were first class.

Great meal, very busy so a good atmosphere. Food superb. All had main course and desserts and all four of us had very good meals.

The staff were lovely, the restaurant Was clean and beautifully laid out. We sat outside in the court yard which was lovely . The menu was Varied. Food came out hot and delicious. Only nit picking but the ice cream Served looked lost in the glasses, perhaps a tad bigger scoops. On the whole a brilliant experience.
