Tinto - Didsbury

Really enjoyed my first time in Tinto. Delicious food, fantastic service and just a nice experience for a Thursday night. Definitely will return for another visit!

Great food ,very pleasant attentive staff providing good service,excellent choice of Beers and Wines, would highly recommend this restaurant for quiet couples casual dining or friends meeting for special occasion,.

Being from Spain I can honestly say that the food in Tinto tastes like home. Amazing as always! Also they have quite a few vegetarian options 👌🏼

This is a gorgeous, authentic Spanish restaurant. The food and the wine selection is brilliant (I recommend trying the octopus, it’s delicious) and the atmosphere is informal and relaxed. The service is very helpful and attentive.

What a lovely restaurant in the heart of Didsbury! My partner and I went for an early evening meal and tried a number of Tapas dishes all well cooked and delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly and the ambience was relaxed.

We had the Ribeye platter for 2. The food was delicious. Personally, I would have preferred less oil and garlic but perhaps others love it like that. Service was great. Very pleasant staff who were more than happy to help. Just the right amount of attention at the right times. Would go again and would recommend.

Excellent food and service. Every dish was spot on. Can’t fault it. I would highly recommended to anyone looking for high quality, traditional tapas food. Brilliant wine too.

An excellent authentic Spanish Restaurant with a superb range of quality dishes. Great Spanish wine list too. The aubergine crisps are amazing. The best restaurant in Didsbury at the moment.

Tinto has come of age, this family owned and run Spanish restaurant is authentic, run tightly by Natalia out front and Nacho, her husband delivers the best cooiing in south manchester. Exceptional care, precise but nicely 'over the top' seasoning on the sensational ribeye left me grinning like a cheeky hand fed otter. Go.

We were seated promptly and the staff were very friendly when taking our orders. The food was served quickly and was all lovely! We would definitely come back here again for tapas!

We had great service and delicious food. My companions were regular eaters of Spanish food and absolutely loved it. Thanks for a lovely experience. I would recommend the restaurant to friends without hesitation.

First visit to Tinto last Saturday, and we will definitely be going back..!! Been to a few Spanish places in Didsbury over the years, and this was by far the best. Attentive service, nice relaxed atmosphere, good wine & delicious food..! Really felt like there was someone in the kitchen who was passionate about food - which was reflected in nice, fresh ingredients, an interesting menu, and great cooking. Recommended!

Excellent (as always), food is brilliant and the service is spot on. Would recommend Tinto to anyone. The staff are friendly and look after you from the moment you walk through the door. BRILLIANT 👍

They had Ponche Caballero, one of my favourite drinks, the first time I have seen it in England. Waiting staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious.

On the whole nice, however the chicken in one dish and the supposedly "stewed" rabbit were dry. Stewed rabbit should not be dry! Otherwise, okay,

Gorgeous tapas. Amazing wine. Refreshing beer. A taste of Spain in Didsbury.

We ordered a number of tapas. Food was bland for our taste. Also I felt the portions were small so poor value for money. The chorizo tapas consisted of about 10 small pieces about 1cm thick each. The salad tapas was a bit of chopped tomato, a few slivers of red onion and 8 small black olives.

Friendly efficient staff. Good range of dishes all reasonably priced. We had 3 each, including octopus, chorizo, rabbit, Frito miso, meat balls, warm salad, which was plenty. Aubergine crisps are fab. Lovely bottle of red. 2nd time we’ve been. Would go back again. Good evening

Chuleton is a feast to share. Great red wines. Great service and very friendly staff. Good atmosphere. You won't be disappointed at all. So go

Superb Spanish food. And ideal service too; dishes arrived and replaced at sensible intervals ( despite the venue being busy) so we only ever had a couple of plates on the go. Some really standout dishes at this restaurant. Aubergine crisps, spare ribs, pork fillet, etc etc. Wine list is excellent, but perhaps the very best wines are priced too highly.

A fantastic experience on our first visit to Tinto.We were a party of 6 celebrating my birthday and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.The food was such high quality and great value including the best croquetas I've ever tasted!All the staff,from owner Natalia,manager Eduardo and all waiting staff were warm,friendly and attentive.Such a relaxed atmosphere,will definitely return.

the Tapas food is unreal, so tasty. A must try is the sea bass and lamb. Great to share if you a group of 4. Also amazing service, couldn’t do enough for us. Nice touch were the small batch wines that were on offer. Nice to try something different.

Great food and service, lively Saturday evening atmosphere. Fantastic selection of food and drinks from aperitif whilst perusing the menu to desserts and coffee, will definitely be returning soon.

Sadly it was catalogue of errors from start to finish. We have eaten here before and always had exceptional service and food. .... they tried to accommodate us out side as we had our dog with us but we got squashed in a corner behind the front door and literally forgotten.... every time we ordered some thing we had to wait what felt like and age, and then ask if it was in it way and every time we asked it was like a surprise we had ordered it. .... our food order was incorrect and came out very disjointed,again we had to ask for shushes that seemingly hadn’t been ordered. The glass of wine I ordered came as a bottle then my glass took 15minutes to come... my husbands pint never arrived. The bill came and we had been charged for both the glass and bottle of wine! The team were lovely and some embarrassed by the scenario as it became comical.... sorry we have always raved about our exeprnces her but not last night sadly... it has put us off

Great food and attentive service. I went early evening with my two children and the staff were very attentive and made sure that the children were included rather than ignored which is important as it makes them feel part of the experience.

Fabulous food. Speedy, friendly and attentive service! Highly recommended for beautiful and different authentic Spanish food, miles away from the usual Patatas bravas and calamari fare of more run of the mill tapas restaurants.

Best tapas ever, better than I've ever eaten in Spain but wait the owners are from Valencia that explains it. We'll be back fit fit fit
