Busy on a Sunday, make sure you book, as some had to be turned away. Went for a full English and a chicken burger. Excellent fries and a very filling burger! Must head back and go for a hamburger or the ribs! Or even the pancakes!

Terrific food and drink, reasonably priced and although there was a hiccup with service staff were apologetic and put things write. All in all, a smart, chic place that balances grown-up appeal with a family-friendly vibe. Tooting is lucky to have Tota.

Faultless service seconded only by the food, take a friend, get the cote de boeuf, never look back!

Tota, Tooting Broadway, is a fantastic local restaurant with a great menu and some lovely daily specials. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was busy and buzzing. Would recommend booking.

Really fantastic food, great range on the menu, very friendly staff, fantastic decor. Only complaint was that the service was a bit slow- had to wait quite a while for our drinks. Otherwise highly recommended!

We had a leaving do dinner. Food was lovely, fish cakes were great as were the cocktails. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit for dinner at Tora after enjoying breakfast and lunch here and we were not disappointed!

The food was absolutely delicious, with only two exceptions - the mash that came on the side was a bit bland with a whopping great piece of roasted garlic on the top. The coleslaw didn't have enough vinegar - it tasted mostly of mayonnaise. Everything else - the ribs, the beef, the creamed spinach, the roasted vegetables were divine. The sticky toffee pudding is a definite must.

Very good burgers and good atmosphere too. It was great value with the GroupOn voucher but we would go back without one as it is local and has a great menu.

Amazing service, thank you for this special experience. The waitress was very attentive. food was delicious and of good quality, however a little slow to come out.

Food was excellent, best burger I've ever had, hard to find better elsewhere. Service very friendly and competent. Will definitely return. A very well put together plate, perfectly cooked. Only complaint - the music was terrible, sounded like techo, too loud, spolit the ambience. After a day's work something more relaxing was required. However if they want young diners I suppose that's ok but it probably is not what anyone over 45 wants, and it is the older generation who have the most spending power now. I am 65 and my friend is 42. I will give it one more try but if the music is the same I won't be returning unfortunately.

great food will come again , we have the full english which filled us up for hours. I would recommend the berry smoothie and the orange juice

Great lamb shank , generous portions for the meat platter starter . Initially took a while to get asked for 1st drink but other than that Was a good experience and nice well cooked food . Not amazing , but good .

Very good food, however staff were slow despite there only being 3 tables full! Food was also brought to the table with some items missing, although this was eventually rectified.

Food was lovely, staff were friendly and attentive. We were a big party that drifted in slowly, but this didnt faze them. The music was...interesting, but kinda added to the relaxed atmosphere. Will be back :)

We had a really lovely brunch at Tota today. My vegetarian breakfast with bubble and squeak was delicious & my husband enjoyed his full English. We then rolled the boat out & shared a stack of pancakes with blueberry compote and creme fraiche which was equally as tasty. We will be returning!

This is the best restaurant in Tooting, in fact it is the best restaurant within SW16!! Went there for a celebration, not expecting anything near the standard of cooking AND service.The calamari is to die for any of the meat dishes are exceptional. House wine not entirely to my taste, but that's only me, everybody else loved it. Go experience it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Food is delicious, staff are friendly and attentive. Too many tables and chairs- trying to squeeze too many customers in- made the experience uncomfortable

Duck dumplings starter was AMAZING! Love the atmosphere, staff are friendly but not fussing around you. The music was good too, which is a big plus. I felt like I got my moneys worth and am looking forward to going back.

Excellent food and service as always, the hickory ribs were perfect comfort food for a cold evening.

I went on Saturday for brunch. It's a little bit expensive but great food and service. Good location. I had a latte and pancakes with maple syrup. Very good!

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the shoulder of lamb to share. Great atmosphere too and service. Will definitely be going back soon. Wine also very tasty
