Nice service and lovely food We also had someone in a wheelchair and it was no hassle to open doors to let him in It was a birthday dinner

Restaurant was lovely, food was nice and price was great! However they didn't have a record of our reservation (although I had proof of email). This wasn't a problem as they were able to seat us but makes me unsure if I would book through this site again as experience may have been affected if the restaurant was even busier than it was.

Food top class. Service excellent. Would highly recommend. Good menu choice and reasonably priced. Lovely ambience about the restaurant. Will definately be back in the near future.

The only comment I have is about the Carbonara. I have had it and it was a lot dryer than the type you serve. It was lovely, but it would be nice to have a choice of dry or saucy. Thanks, and again the evening was extremely nice and our waitress was especially good and deserves my compliment.

We were seated quickly but service was very poor thereafter . We waited 15 mins before first waiter asked for our drinks order, and a further half hour before our starters arrived . My husbands first then mine. He was almost finished his before I could even start mine ( soup) as they didn't give me a spoon and it was almost impossible to get the attention of anyone to bring one . I had to leave my seat and go find someone to attend . Food was lovely but let down by the service

Friendly staff, reasonable portions, not padded out with lots of vegetables like some establishments. Service could have been quicker but all in all a good experience and very reasonable prices.

A bit disappointed with the food on our visit on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was very busy and I think this had an impact on the overall food. "Presentation and flavour free" I'm afraid. I've been here a number of times and it has been a lot better.

Easy to reserve a booking .Staff are efficient , courteous and friendly .Food is delicious and great value for money , especially with the offers .I would highly recommend this venue.

Fantastic family meal as always good delicious and fab value for money. Booked table with no problem and didn't feel rushed arrived 2.30pm left 5pm

The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were lovely and helpful. What more could you want when you're out for dinner with some friends ?

First time in Guidi's for a number of tears, booked a table online, car park was packed but finally found a spot, entered restaurant and gave my name, shown straight to our table and asked us for drinks order and gave us the menus, drinks arrived within a couple of minutes, we were given about 5 minutes with menu then were asked if we where ready to order. All the food arrived fairly quickly and both starters and main courses were very good, both in terms of portions and taste, all felt as if they had been cooked fresh as we ordered them and not re-heats. Well done Guidi's great service and food in a nice restaurant.

Surroundings were lovely meal tasteful and the service was first clas (the waitress was polish i think ) and nothing was too much trouble for her. 10 out of 10 .

We had an excellent family meal at Guidi's, Airdrie. Would certainly recommend it. The atmosphere was jolly and there was a buzz about the place that lifted one's spirits on a cold November night.

Excellent tasting food and drinks. Quick service even tho it was very busy with lovely and friendly staff. It was also excellent value for money.

Great food, friendly staff, great atmosphere and a reasonably priced menu, the only draw back is the Parking, it can be a bit of nightmare, but that said it doesn't takeaway from your dining experience.

Excellent as always! Service is fantastic, the staff are friendly. Food is amazing, especially the Salsa Della Casa. Brought the kids meals out with starters which was great.

Very helpful at the start of visit, opened a side door to allow my disabled aunt to easily access style restaurant. We're understanding about offering choice of tables but one was a booth which wasn't suitable and the other was in the middle of a corridor where all the staff used to pick up the meals and take yo tables. Very noisy. Starters were messed up as one of the orders didn't come and the. Once everyone had eaten they tried to deliver the late starter on two separate occasion - both times we returned it as the rest of the table had finished. Main course was lovely, food excellent and arrived on time. Dessert was ordered, nothing fancy just ice cream, had to ask on two occasions where it was also included my husband having to visit the ice cream bar area and ask - 45 mins later dessert arrived. I would have cancelled but my family were visiting and I knew my uncle was keen for a dessert. Guidis recognised they had delivered very poor service and we were not charged for the dessert but by then they experience was ruined. Will not go back.

My husband and I go to Guidi's once a week the food is really good and there is a good atmosphere can't complain about the service and the staff are very friendly

Quick show to the table and the usual prompt service of food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful on the menu. Another great experience of food and good surroundings, well done !!

The Booking took seconds to do online We had a great evening and the meal was great five* We would definitely return again without doubt

Enjoyed pre cinema meal with husband . Good food ,friendly service ,efficient but not rushed . Always a good standard. Good value for money .Good car parking.

Excellent meal tonight with my family. Two of us had the pre theatre and two a la carte, all the food was very good and the service excellent.

Great restaurant. Service was a little slower than usual but the restaurant was very busy. The food was brilliant and they have a great range of Gluten free food. Great family restaurant. Would highly recommend.

When we arrived we were shown to our seats straight away, the waitress promptly took our drinks order, returned with drinks and took our meal order, meal came quickly and was delicious we then asked for the bill, paid and left, all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

This was our third visit to Guidi's and we were not disappointed. The food has always been very tasty, well presented and of good value. The two course evening deal costs £9.95. This restaurant is very busy which results in a somewhat noisy atmosphere which may or may not appeal.

A warm welcome by polite staff. The service was first class and the food was even better. The recommendation we were given was spot on.

Very good, polite and professional staff. Very nice food. Clean toilets. Only down side car park very full. But apart from that very enjoyable night.

Food was nice, not great. Milanese was a carbonara, unusual. The bruchetta was just a toasted baguette with a load of cherry tomato, not impressive 😕😕

Lovely food and lots of it. Staff very helpful and attentive. Can be a bit noisy as very popular restaurant and very busy. We were sitting close to the door and it was a little chilly but did not spoil our night

Food fine. Pricey. Very noisy but it was Friday evening. Really a young persons place. Repetitive playing of three verses of Happy Birthday wore a bit thin. Staff worked hard and were good.

Been coming to Guidi's for over three years now and As usual, the food was excellent, however on this occasion the service was very poor. Service has never been a strong point, especially at busy times, however, our Server (Paolo) was very ill mannered and unfriendly. Not a great advert for Guidi's, despite him being one of the restaurants apparently genuine Italian Waiters. As a result, we will now think twice before booking again as his attitude put a spoiler on our Anniversary celebration. Disappointed!
