Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Good food, the staff were marvelous. Will certainly visit again.

Loved the food, the variety on the menu and the surroundings felt welcoming & warmth.

Hadn’t been here for a long time and was unsure what it would be like but we were pleasantly surprised . We were made very welcome and given a choice of seats,our order was taken,while we were waiting a side dish of garlic bread was bought to the table,a very nice surprise!. Overall my wife and I had an excellent dining experience. Thank you Vesuvius!

Excellent again. We all had different food from last time I had the seabass which was divine. Staff were attentive and friendly.

It was our first visit and we will definitely come back! Here are some, hopefully helpful comments:- The food was quite good although I could not detect any Marsala in my sauce which was very insipid nor any Tia Maria in my dessert which was disappointing. We did not realise that the main meals came with vegetables so ordered extra sides which were unnecessary! The tables were nicely laid which is unusual these days and the main part of the restaurant looks lovely but the entrance to the restaurant is a bit drab (unwelcoming) and the toilets need some attention as they are a bit tired with loose toilet seats which together with the hand drier needs replacing but it was reasonably clean. The staff were friendly and it was obvious that a lot of the guests were return visitors. The loyalty scheme is a good idea and will encourage return visits. It would be good to have some advice on your website regarding the best place to park. We nearly ended up with a parking fine which would have doubled our spend! Keep up the good work but don’t be complacent - there is room for improvement,

Unfortunately the meal I wanted was not on the menu but they offered to do it for me. Unfortunately they added chillies to the dish which I had not asked for! I was unable to eat much of it! They did offer me an alternative however and the staff were very nice.

The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is really good. The food was out of this world we ate from the 3 course menu and was excellent value for money along with a bottle of wine. Fantastic

when I arrived there was a welcome, the service was very good we was not rushed plenty of time to relax and enjoy

Great food, we would have given a 6 but unfortunately each time we have used our Gourmet Society card there is an issue, there is a dispute between the restaurant and Gourmet Society apparently about whether it's 25% off the food or total bill.

We had a lovely meal here last week, the food was delicious and there was a very romantic atmosphere. One of Stourbridge’s best independent restaurants.

Just visited Versuvio for a birthday meal this evening. Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will definitely be going again.

The restaurant was clean and bright inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was well presented, but the quality was average. Overall, a nice restaurant.

We've been here a few times and ti's nice to see that it has been redecorated. The lighting is still very bright which does not add to the ambience. I wish that they would add a few more vegetarian/vegan options to their menu as I have tried them all and it's a bit boring. Weekend prices are quite high,

4 of us, all retired, chose from the fixed price menu.(3 course, 21.95) Fòod choices were very comprehensive. All 4 of us had different meals. None of us could fault anything. Service, food quality, presentation & portion size. Parking was easy in the small car park just behind the restaurant.

Vesuvio restaurant is in a good location easily accessed and there is street parking close by. We had good food, it was a nice atmosphere and excellent service. What’s not to like?!

The Boxing Day lunch was delicious. It was my son's birthday and so the staff decorated the table and brought his dessert out with a candle in it and sang happy birthday to him. The staff were friendly and the whole dining experience was very pleasurable. Thank you very much Vesuvio.

Restaurant was nice, service friendly. My wife’s duck was a bit tough and the sauce for my dish too rich for my taste; I had an upset stomach after, which may or may not have been related to the sauce.

We have eaten here quite a few times . Usually for special occasions and we have never been let down. The staff are all friendly and helpful without being over attentive.And the restaurant itself is clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of room between table's to preserve privacy. The food is always excellent as beffiting a special occasion and my favourite tirimasu is on the menu. Prices are fairly reasonable compared to other higher end restaurants I have visited.

Went there for our wedding anniversary. Fantastic food and fantastic service. Had the 3 for 18.95 and it was great value for money. Will definitely go back. Thank you

The value and quality of food was very good but the lighting was a bit harsh, meaning the ambience was not what it could have been!
