Nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant, les plats étaient excellent et la incroyable avec le tower Bridge, Merci pour tout et à bientôt 👋🏼

Repas copieux et bon, menu enfant possible. Personnel très sympathique malgré notre horrible accent français. Rien a dire.

Good restaurant with great views but service was terrible. Had to wait forever for people to check in on whether we wanted more food/drinks.

Fantastic view, great food and staff. Would highly recommend it.

Although reserved well ahead and requested seating in patio area due to special celebration had to sit at tables across the way which was exposed to the elements. It took a while for waiter to take our drink orders and he seemed a little lost or distracted when taking orders. The food quality was subpar.

Food was average,13.5% service charge on 4persons a bit steep.

Well I was visiting from Leeds up North for the day. I attached a message on requesting for good seating etc the staff member who seated us was very cold, unfriendly. The food took forever to arrive! The chair I was sat on outside kept moving, the floor beneath was uneven, whenever someone walked past the floor bricks would move and so would my chair. Not a good experience! Not sure what the hype was all about which I saw on Tiktok.

The location and the service was amazing, but the grill steak was soooooooo disappointed, The beef was so burnt that it looked like charcoal in my mouth.

We strongly told the staff we need a table beside window, we sit down for more than half an hour to wait, they still do not meet our expectations even there was some and allocated to whites, I’m guessing they discriminate Chinese

The steak is hard to chew. The restaurant seems very busy, we waited for a long time to pay. The environment was very good though.

Tables were sticky and wobbly. After initial order was taken we did not hear from our waitstaff until we requested the bill.

They're not aware of my reservation. We reserve a table outside with the view but seems they gave it already to the guests who came earlier than us so we're given the table inside with obstruction on the view. Also that I already mentioned it was for my birthday but no compliment at all. The positive things are the service of waitresses and foods with good quality.

I thought my dessert would come last since there's ice cream and I want to eat food first. No spoon was given. And not being able to pay with cash is a hindrance.

Especially when the sun is out it's a brilliant place to get some food, drinks and enjoy the incredible view of Tower Bridge along with the River Thames.

Food quality and portion size acceptable. Prices reasonable for London restaurant Service staff very attentive and polite. Service dpeed could had been faster considering the place wasn't thst busy. But overall and good experienced

Slow service, pizza was undercooked so had to send back to the kitchen. It was also very oily and NOT spicy at all even though it was spicy on the menu. Nice venue and view but probably won’t return.

We sat outside and enjoyed the heaters when it got chilly, the service was excellent, courteous and professional staff the food and drinks were lovely we will definitely be coming back and will recommend to everyone.

Staff were not attentive, some without clear communication and aren’t aware when people are waiting by the sign that says wait to be seated to be acknowledged. It wasn't even busy there was no excuse. I would suggest further training is highly needed with front of desk and hospitality.

We are staying at The Tower Hotel for a few nights. I invited a friend to join us in Vicinity for a meal, to celebrate her special birthday. The staff were so helpful and provided us with a table by the window, with superb views. My friend is disabled and the staff were very caring. At the end, they produced a dessert on the house, with Happy Birthday decorated beside it. Our meals were all very tasty. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Food was lovely, staff pleasant but service was painfully slow. If you are in a hurry, then maybe think hard about booking here. Redeemed somewhat by them bringing a small cheesecake out and signing happy birthday to my wife for her birthday.

Was a lovely restaurant with a pleasant view of the river.
