It's a lovely place, but ended up with a hole in my top following putting my elbow in chewing gum on the bar! Not ideal.

Great company combined with fabulous food, excellent staff and a stunning interior - it was a really enjoyable evening. Will be returning again very soon.

Food was v good as was the ambience - service was good especially considering how busy they were but was it really worth a 15% service charge?

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing Sunday roast as usual!! Arrived 45 minutes before booking time and they were able to accommodate us with an earlier table which was great!

Excellent food and very good service but we went at a quiet time, at busier times the bar can take over leaving diners feel uncomfortable

Victors was the first time for us, the place had an excellent atmosphere, along with great service. The only down side was that the portion sizes aren't the biggest for the price. Overall nice venue!

Great service and drinks selection, menu varied and interesting. Highly recommend the sushi! The lighting is very much of the mood lighting variety, which makes the venue look amazing but isn't the easiest to see the menu. Or the food...or your dining partner/s.

Very good. Booked successfully on line. We had a nice table. The decor is sophisticated and the service was excellent. We had brunch. The menu was varied and the food arrived promulgated and was of a good quality. It is not the cheapest place in Hale but is priced as you would expect for a restaurant of this type and location.

Really enjoyed our meal at Victors Hale. Waitress was helpful and friendly and the food was divine! Good choice of dishes on the menu and the ambience of the restaurant was perfect for our birthday celebration. Will definitely return in the near future!

The atmosphere was fantastic, really buzzy.Unfortunately my husband's Manhattan was completely wrong,but the bar staff were very eager to redo it!The food was delicious-we chose the small plates.Unfortunately the main course arrived when we were still eating the starters-so a bit rushed actually,but again the manager came over and was most apologetic and keen to sort everything. All in all delicious quality food and a great atmosphere-would definitely return!

Steak was still pink after being sent back four times .. My friends seven months pregnant and she cannot eat raw things. Secondly the waitress said its because the lighting in the kitchen is very dim. What the actual ?????

Good service and ambience. Apart from The fact that after two Hours of eating we were asked to love as you only have the table for that length of time and asked if we'd like to eat at the bar?Amazing suishi in tempura batter! Wouldn't write home about the deserts though x

went here for my husbands birthday. not too busy. had the salmon for starter and was tough, couldnt cut it with my knife so had to use my fingers! came with 2 large pieces of granary bread.... no butter, mayo or anything wasnt impressed im afraid. lovely setting though.

Although very busy and hard to get a table Victors is still worth the wait so avoid disappointment and book very early, at least a month in my experience. Staff are warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks available. The oysters are superb. The chateaubriand was cooked perfectly to my liking. It's a favourite vault for the rich and famous of Hale and the surrounding area. It's got a very busy bar at the rear of the restaurant where you can hang out with a cocktail.

Food very average and waited a bit too long considering the restaurant wasn't busy. The decor is nice but don't think I will be returning. Lots of fuss about nothing special.

first time I had been and it was at lunchtime so a bit quite but as I was with the birthday girl so that was fine ...like the design, the staff and the Prosecco and the food was just the part..the lemon tart pudding was exceptional .....will be there again but plan to do the night time next.....happy days...mike n ali

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The only negative is the ladies bathroom which is very dark, they need to change the lighting. My daughter did mention this to the manager on our way out of the restaurant.

An excellent evening, great food, good service and a really good atmosphere evening though it was a Thursday night. Looking forward to going back soon.

Terrible service and cold food. Unusual for such a fancy place. Last time we went it was fabulous but perhaps the new management is to blame?

Really good quality food and environment. The fillet steak with pepper sauce and victors fries was particularly good and the waiter recommend a goods wine to accompany it.

Changed since last visit not the same menu or the same friendly service reasonable food and nice wine but not as enjoyable as previous visits

Victors was a beautiful restaurant to go to, the food was amazing we had some small dishes and shared them and they were amazing! Highly recommend the mushroom truffle ravioli melt in the mouth packed with flavour! The staff where very attentive too lovely background music and decoration it sure does fee your in the Hampton's! We will be back again soon.

Excellent meal, great menu choices and good, attentive service. We had a selection of different starters and mains, including the wraps, flat-iron steaks and lobster. Great atmosphere on a Saturday night, even though we were at the early sitting. We didn't feel rushed and it was an altogether very pleasant experience!

Service very slow and when food eventually arrived it was Luke warm at best. Will not be going back. Staff were unhelpful and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Manager was scruffy and unconcerned when we complained.

We tried to book for 18.30 for two and were offered 18.00. This seemed a little strange as there were many empty tables when we were there. The atmosphere was please t and the food was excellent. Very little to fault it, but the absence of salt/pepper and table cloths etc was surprising given the standard of the restaurant. Our fillet stakes arrived garnish which makes the presentation a little lacking. In fact, general presentation is probably the weak point here, but didn't detract in any real way from an enjoyable evening out.

Amazing food and atmosphere, staff were very friendly and very attentive, highly enjoyable evening with friends at Victor's, will definitely visit again in the future.

Excellent service and food. We go here frequently. Be prepared to pay between £80 - £100 for dinner with wine. We shall be back again.
