Zelman Meats - Soho

Really great food. A nice selection of quality meats which you order by weight and cooked bang on, very tasty sides and drinks too. The waitress was very helpful, advising on good choices and even telling my date she was a lucky lady haha, great stuff!

The waiter was fantastic, all suggestions were perfect. Meat served family style and we choose 3 different types, none disappointed. bit expensive but worth it.

Food excellent, staff attentive but some service felt a bit stilted. Decor fine. The cocktail menu was disappointing given the restaurant's website praised its cocktails specifically: all four we tried were ice-based, so tasted quite weak and diluted quickly. Price good, food great, staff fine, drinks poor.

Great steak though the dining experience was not there. We were sat right at the back of the restraint on a tiny circular table and we finished starters and mains with in 25 minutes! Great for fast service but not for an evening saturday meal when you still have half a bottle of red left and a waiter hovering over you every second.

Awesome restaurant, if you go there, you definitely have to taste the Short Rib. The rest of the meat is also very tasty, and the waitress was so kind... I will go back to Zelman Meats next time I go to London, for sure!

Steak was awesome. The wait staff was incredible. They know their food and customers. They were friendly and polite too. We will definitely come back.

We had a great lunch here. Meat is ordered by 100g with a choice of two types of beef and ribs. Sides were excellent especially the truffle fries. Wine was more on the pricey side but was served generously. Overall not cheap but good value for money

Been to Zelman Meats a few times before, and always happy with the service, the food and the atmosphere there. Best steaks in London, cannot go wrong :)

It looked more like a dining bar, not restaurant. When asked for a medium stake was told that stakes cooked as a whole big piece and not individually, but were happy to take it back and warm up and cook it further. All in all: not a romantic place but nice to go with friends.

The service is awesome, the cocktails and the staff there are so great! Love them all, especially Andy! Omg the food...EPIC!!! We will be back!

What a great place to celebrate meat! The staff are really enthusiastic and lovely ( that's a good thing) the selection is not overwhelming ,it gets to your table fast and is delicious . All of the sides are winners and the main event, the meat is absolutely 1st class. Delicious from 1st to last blood soaked bite. We had the " The dirty Aussie strip loin" cooked right on the coals. It was magnificent. Highly enjoyed will make this a regular .

The food was brilliant and high quality. Not lots of choice but what they did do was perfect. Good atmosphere and more relaxed than it's sister restaurant Goodmans. Would highly recommend

The homemade apple pie with icecream is just so so. The steak tastes great. The waitor is very kind and patinet. Anyways, it's a place worth introducing

Small menu of impeccably cooked meats and creative sides, accompanied by serious wines at sensible prices. Smooth and attentive service in a lively atmosphere which did not impinge on conversion. Strong recommendation.

This place works on all levels. Essentially a less pretentious version of its big brother Goodman's. service was friendly and fun, sommelier was excellent, atmosphere was just as I like too. Beef was spot on too.

Excellent service; we had the oysters and then short ribs and chateaubriand. Perfectly cooked all of it; triple cooked chips and broccoli also top notch. A Malbec reasonably priced went well with it.

Great food and engaging staff. Love it! Will return with my team in new year, steaks to die for and decent bottles of plonk. Good stuff

I was really impressed with my 2nd visit. From start to finish, the food was of great quality, the cocktails were brilliant, and the waiting staff did the best job of making sure we were 100% satisfied. I will be back.

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. add to that mix the cocktails, the wine and the meats! 1kg chateaubriand, 200g picanha, 350kg short rib later we both rolled home :)

Very buzzy atmosphere. Great food; steak was perfectly cooked - bone-in rib eye delicious; short ribs succulent! Portions very large so must share! Super sides! Wine list very good although not cheap! Great service, although all tables taken service was not rushed. Will return!

I have been to Zelman a few times. Always love the food, service and atmosphere. The meats are fantastic with a great variety. Wines are excellent and in all different price ranges. One of my favorites in London.

Great service, our waitress was brilliant. Good atmosphere, music and ambience. The only fault thatto mention is that the Chateaubriand was slightly chewy though! Brownie was awesome!

Great food and service, expensive drinks though. The ribs were fantastic, the chateubriand well textued and the picanha was very tasty. Truffle and parmesan chips a delight. All in all a decent Friday lunchtime feast....

Food and service was great! We weren't too sure on how much meat we'd need to order but our waiter suggested the perfect amount, with room for dessert! Only downside is it's a touch pricey.

I have been to Zelman meats a few times and there is always a constant, and it is that the food, staff and venue make coming here an absolute pleasure everytime.

Fun place, well laid out. Meat and sides good. Tiger Prawn Tempura v good. Brownie and ice cream average. Very noisy when full with talking and music, hard to hear and understand attentive waiting staff

This was a special occassion so didn;t mind the spending. But if I spend +£100 on food, I expect better food. We asked for medium-well steaks, and they said they can only do medium-rare or well done. Which is a bit strange. But also for that matter, the meat wasn't that great. Good, but not great. So I wouldn't go again. The side veg platters were great though.

Delicious, great quality meats (and seafood) as you would expect given the name. Rarely has a side of broccoli been so exciting. Three mini-carafes of wine add easy-drinking variety, and good to see a water bottle from Rex and Mariano and know that not everything got thrown away with the ipads.

Great service and excellent food - simple concept delivered to a high standard by the same owners of Goodman steak house. Very good for small groups (there were 6 of us) as menu is lean but designed for sharing. For starters, we knew the tiger prawn tempura would be great given it is the same as Goodman though this one comes with the Holy F*ck mayo which gives it a great kick. For mains we had the picanha steak, beef brisket, short rib and dirty steak - all very tasty. Sides of triple-cooked chips, truffle & parmesan chips, avocado, cabbage - all of a high standard. Desserts of apple pie/choc brownie with ice cream were simple but delicious and good value. I have dined here a few times and each time they have delivered, I will definitely be coming back again soon.

Good and speedy service, the short rib is amazing and definitely has to be tried, steak had plenty of flavour to and there is a good atmosphere.
