Really great food. The meats in the curries are melt in the mouth and the variety and quality is excellent. Lovely staff and the service is friendly and efficient.

We had the most amazing time here celebrating my dad's birthday. Lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant and the staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was some of the best Indian food we've ever had, so tasty and filling. The staff went above and beyond to make my dad feel special on his birthday, sang happy birthday and brought him out a brownie with a candle. It was such a lovely experience and I can't wait to return. I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys the cusine. Thank you so much for a lovely, memorable time

We booked for 4 people but arrived early 3 and a baby, one more to meet us there. The lady got us seated on a long table and brought a high chair for the baby and took our drinks order . She then got us a small vegetable korma meal with plain rice for the baby whilst we waited for our fourth person to arrive, the korma was a little spicy so she brought a bowl of yogurt to calm it down. It went down a treat . When we were all present and had ordered our starters and mains the food that arrived was more than delicious and very tasty. We even had room for a couple of desserts. Overall a Fantastic early evening meal. Well done Aamchi Mumbai ❤️

Disappointing and Overpriced Visited Aamchi Mumbai on a recommendation, but sadly it didn’t live up to the hype. We spent over £60 for food that was bland and lacked the depth of flavour you’d expect from Indian cuisine. The “cocktails” were nothing more than glasses of persico — not what was advertised or expected. The restaurant was almost empty, with just one other family dining, which didn’t help the atmosphere. The staff were nice and polite, but overall, it was a real disappointment for a date night. For the price, I expected far better quality, presentation, and authenticity. Unfortunately, this was a let‑down and not somewhere I’d rush back to.

Visited Aamchi Mumbai on a Saturday night for a family celebration. The service was great. The staff are very friendly. The food is great with a fantastic vegetarian selection. Unlike other similar establishments we felt relaxed and not pushed to leave. Would highly recommended and hope to visit again soon.
