Nice , good value lunch for £8.50! Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, good location! I would recommend this Restaurant to anyone! What more can I say, It's great!

A lovely meal in a very good restaurant, with top class service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat in Cheadle.

Enjoyed our visit last night. This was a restaurant my late husband and I used to go to regularly so it was a bit of a pilgrimage. It was nice to be remembered. Food was fine - maybe the fish slightly overcooked - but my friends and I had a really enjoyable evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed my evening with Aamchi Mumbai. Very friendly staff, willing to help & lovely food, very nicely presented. A bit different from the usual Indian food. The food was just a little too spicy for me, but still liked it!!

Excellent food . I have been to India 3 times and this is the most authentic Indian food I have eaten in the Uk Lovely decor and atmosphere and exceptionally professional friendly restaurant manager who will happily explain the dishes and ensure you have a great dining experience. So much better than when we visited 2 years ago when the food was good but not as good and the service by the previous manager lacking . We shall be back again soon

A delicious meal had by all (2 adults and 2 children). The recent additions to the menu make deciding what to have an even more difficult task and we eventually settled on a mix of old favourites (masala dosa, bhel puri) and some new dishes (including the delicious baingan bharta).

Food was fab, restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and staff were very helpful efficient and friendly will certainly return for a further visit ! Thanks for a great meal !

The atmosphere is very good, friendly staff and the food provided is authentic choices from India, not the normal menu offered by a majority of restaurants, this was our fifth visit to this particular venue.

Have been to this restaurant many times and always enjoyed it. Last night the service was shockingly poor. We had to prompt staff twice to get our drinks. Huge delay before our food came and we weren’t offered desserts or coffees or asked if we wanted more drinks. Very disappointing. Food was nice tho!

Excellent food and friendly service. Indian with a street food twist. A bit of a delay/mix up on drinks and mains so one point lost. Good location with small car park.

A great dining experience. Superb service and exceptional food. The only down side was that it is relatively expensive. Ideal for a treat but I wouldn't go too often as it is on the higher side of what I would normally pay for a family meal out.

If all you are after is your usual Lamb Bhuna that tastes the same as in every other curry house you go to, then you might be disappointed with the Aamchi Mumbai. If, however, you are looking for something a bit more authentic, where the chilli's are put in to add depth and flavour, rather than burn your mouth, then this place is definitely worth a try.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good food and great selection available, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. Good location right next to Cheadle shops and bars. Recommended.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, quick service and really nice food. Would recommend as not your average curry restaurant, good to see more of the street food places.

Excellent food and service despite being very busy as it was Mother’s Day. Very good selection of vegetarian dishes. Recommend the Chaat platter with drinks whilst you study the menu.

I throughly enjoyed our meal and the flavours were lovely. It was our first time there and we will definitely visit more often in the future!

Very popular on Saturday night, but staff very helpful and attentive, whilst not pushy. Quality of food and choice good. Lamb Bhuna main very tasty, and chicken tikka masala had an unexpected level of spiciness. Portions good. Have been before and will go again.

We usually love the food at Aamchi and have been going there for years. This time we didn't have such a great experience. The chaat platter, Malai Kofta and Butter chicken which we usually order didn't particularly hit the mark. Disappointing ,really. We even enquired if the food was prepared by a new chef!!

Incredible all round. Service was excellent. Staff incredibly friendly. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend you give it a try. We'll definitely be back soon.

Our first time at this restaurant and were not disappointed at all. The food was beautiful and the service was excellent. My partner asked for a drink that was not on the menu and they went above and beyond to accomodate him. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely night, we will be back

The food was excellent and a little different, we esp enjoyed the fish start and the chicken and spinach main course. The only slight negative was that our table was by the door to the atrium so got a bit cold, we will know not to sit there again!

Ambience, staff friendliness with a willingness to accommodate the customers needs and really good food. It was our first choice when deciding to eat out on New Year's Eve.

Great restaurant. Staff welcoming on arrival and very friendly throughout the meal. It was e ident when ordering the food we hadn't been before, the menu was explained to us and all questions answered. The food was served promptly and was of a high standard. We all had different curries, lamb, chicken and vegetarian, and they were all enjoyable, the lamb just melted in your mouth. The only reason didn't score a six was the plates were cold, therefore the food lost its heat quite quickly. Certainly will be on my list to go back in the very near future.

Service very personal and authentic. Very careful and catered fantastically to a vegan diet. Every element of the meal was stunning especially the masala rice and the mushroom sweetcorn sabji. I have definitely found my favourite Indian food place to eat in and takeaway from, taken a while. Worth the wait 👍🏼👍🏼

Great place. 4th visit always a good standard. Would recommend. Big fan of chicken lollipops and the street food starters. They also offer to tailor curries based on taste, I like a spicy one.

Great food, great service. Only down side was that we got cold when the 'tent' door was opened. Either heat the tent to the same temperature as the restaurant, or keep the tent door shut and there won't be a problem.

Always great service with a smile and fab food. Love the new menu which has retained the old favourites as well as introducing new delicious ones.

Fantastic attentive staff and amazing food. The night was exceptionally busy for a Tuesday but the staff handled it well, we were never left waiting for service and the food was up to it’s usual high standards.

Excellent all round. Service was fantastic, good selection of beers and cocktails and delicious food. Poppadum starters were excellent and served with lots of dips.

Can't fault the food, and lovely staff! Been a few times now and it definitely won't be our last. If only I could cook those dishes!!
