amazing food and service. I found the menu to be great value and was surprise at how inexpensive it was compared to how much we had.
Great food, great service. Would recommend to anyone looking for something that bit different. Waiters could not have been more helpful. Will be going back.
The waiters were very friendly and happy to help with anything we didint know. The food was delicious and fairly cheap. A lovely place I would go to again.
Tasty food, quick efficient service in lovely surroundings. Desserts were very nice too. Lunch menu had good range and at a good price point. Will be recommending to friends.
My favourite restaurant in Glasgow. Food of the former soviet union and quirky decor makes for an unforgettable evening. Nothing is too much trouble, great service, great food and super reasonable.
Informative waitress good food good choice of beers downside very cold and lacked atmosphere it may have been as it was lunchtime will go again but maybe try an evening meal
Lovely restaurant in a great location off Argyle Street. Lovely meal, great portions and a good selection. Hazelnut vodka shot bril! Staff very friendly and efficient. Great value for money. Will certainly be going back
Friendliest staff in the city centre, helpful advice on food, great drink recommendations and the most amazing food. The napoleon was perfect 👌 Hints have been dropped to the husband that it makes a great birthday cake.
Excellent quality food and service for a very reasonable price. The restaurant offers many veggie options too. The space is decorated beautifully, a great setting for a date or group meal.
Miła obsługa Pyszne jedzenie Przystępne ceny Jestem bardzo zadowolona i na 100 procent odwiedzę to miejsce razem z mężem jeszcze nie raz. Bardzo jestem zadowolona.
Excellent experience Meal was delicious service first class great vodka dshots and cocktails. Staff were extremely friendly will definitely return and recommend to my friends.
Had a lovely lunch on Saturday two courses for two people & a bottle of wine for £28 - fantastic value. Will definitely be going back.
A really lovely atmosphere and service. The food was delicious and really creative. Excellent selection of beers and vodka which were all quite rare and unique.
They could not be nicer or more helpful the food was lovely everything was great not the first and certainly not the last like the atmosphere and vib can't find a fault
This cafe is great place, child friendly, comfortable and easy going with a pleasant Russian Flavour decor. All in all very good value for money.
Another excellent visit to this gem of a restaurant. We tried the Siberian pelmeni and Moscow blintzes, both of which were delicious, washed down with some fine Švyturys beer. The staff were polite and attentive as ever. It won't be long before I'm back there!
Great restaurant with exotic decorations and live music. We visited here on the Valentine's Day and the restaurant was decorated in red balloons. The meal was tasty too!
It's a really nice relaxed place for a meal. The food was excellent! Something a wee bit different. Some interesting Lithuanian bottled beers on offer as well. Helpful and friendly staff. All in all a great night out. If you are on the two course deal I would recommend trying out the desserts & maybe a Russian Coffee to round off the evening....
It was a beautiful environment with kind staff !!!My starter was delicious but the main course wasn't that I expected ... it was completely unsalted !!the portions was satisfied for the prices!!!
We go there often because the staff are always very friendly and hospitable. The service is quick, regardless of how busy it is, and the food is delicious and decently priced. Also, the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Highly recommended.
Had nice meal tonight in cafe cossachok Glasgow. Varied menu with sample dishes from around different eastern European countries. Recommend salmon bilinis, loads of smoked salmon as starter. For main the Moscow blinkis, pancakes stuffed with turkey mince and rice were tastes and surprisingly filling, although a touch on the dry side and would be nicer with a bit of sauce.
Great food, great service, fantastic value for a lunch out. No rush to finish and leave. Plenty of choice on fixed price lunch menu, only £4.95 for main course.
Very pleasant and attentive staff. Food was good, especially the borscht. This restaurant is not expensive for what is offered and service was fast. Portions are adequate to large. We will return when next in Glasgow.
It was very bad surprise that you have no changing room for babies...In addition we were informed about broken terminal at the end of the visit...Cash machine was out of order as well...In that situation we should not have paid.
My first visit here and we tried the 3 course lunch menu for £10. Absolute bargain! Great food, and the staff were very nice and attentive. Nice cosy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
We had a really nice time at Cafe Cossachok for dinner. The staff members were all very welcomed and caring, the food was very good with a lot a choices. I highly recommend it !
The food arrived quickly and tasted great. The environment was awesome and the staff friendly. I would happily go again and being a student the bill was another welcome bonus.
Very nice restaurant and lovely staff, enjoyed the sausage soup of the day and my main course; I ordered it with roast potatoes but got rice. Great drinks selection as well, partner enjoyed his dish as well.
Great food and great service done with a smile. The prices are very reasonable and we will definitely go back. Very nice surroundings as well.
A great little restaurant. Attentive staff and unusual cuisine served at a very affordable price, with a quirky and charming ambience. We will be back!
Great food, lovely staff and of course good vodka. Also enjoyed the Russian and other imported beers. Next time we're in Glasgow I'm sure we'll be going again.
First visit to cafe cossachok, something different, good selection of food on starter and main courses, very reasonably priced drinks, warm friendly welcome and service, will definitely return

The food was delicious, and beautiful setting. Youm enjoy the art work. I Loved the cocktails n the home made dessert/ cakes were delicious. I will visit again and definitely Recommend to friends
Wonderful food, Staff very nice. Great prices and nice atmosphere. Great selection of food and great selection of flavoured vodkas. Russian food so nice and tasty
Relaxed quirky spacious, generous portions, very good value for money, excellent vodka, friendly, fun Russian films, liked ceiling rugs, very tasty, varied menu, interesting beer, recommend
Delicious food, warm atmosphere & friendly service! There are also a lot of options without meat or dairy products. And I love the interior! It's so nostalgic & cute!
Food was good. Very good sized portions. I especially loved the Russian dessert Kotisov (think that's how it's spelled). Very thin layered sponge cake soaked in honey, there must have been about 20 layers in the cake, must take forever to make. It was delicious. The Russian coffee was amazing too, espresso with vodka and honey then topped with fresh whipped cream. I wud definitely go back to try other dishes.
Nice informal place with a good atmosphere and decent service. The menu is quite varied and gives diners the chance to try something different from most other restaurants.
Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff that gave the right level of attention. A nice menu with Interesting food that was tasty and well presented, and very reasonably priced.
The food was good, the service was excellent and the general ambience was very pleasant. We will be back, and would have no hesitation in recommending.
Would recommend this restaurant- everything about it made for a great evening-ten out of ten for food, service and atmosphere. First time there and will certainly be back.
Fantastic food, great service especially running up to Christmas. Easy access through front door and nice layout with plenty of space to get around. Sorry didn't notice any accessible toilets. All in all a gem!
Great authentic Russian food and attentive staff. Overall great experience that didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend the layed honey cake, its amazing
Cafe Cossachok was a very unusual dining experience. The surroundings are quite unusual as there is a silent Russian movie playing on two screens around the restaurant, which is such good entertainment. The Lithuanian and Polish staff were so attentive and the food was very Russian. Do try the hazelnut vodka...so smooth.
Great restaurant, great food great staff great laid back and relaxing atmosphere wouldn't eat any where else when I come into town..have introduced 2 more people and they love it as well
Good food. Very Pleasant staff and excellent service. Surroundings were typically Russian with a very unusual ceiling of different printed rugs. Overall a lovely experience.
Great food, lovely atmosphere and the service was brilliant. The waitress recommended some lovely dishes from the menu. We even managed to fit in a couple of desserts.
Every time I visit I get the best services, plus I adore that you can hang your coats separately on the hanger (not on the back of the chair as elsewhere). The beer is wee bit costly, that's why I don't put 6 points.
Arrived early for our reservation and the restaurant was able to cope with our arrival. The food on the menu was most authentic and cooked very well. The staff were very attentive and provided good service. I just could not quite put my finger on what let down the atmosphere of this lovely restaurant. Maybe too clean and tidy ?
