The restaurant was quiet staff were attentive and friendly explaining the menu. The food was freshly cooked and came quickly The pizza was quite big and the base was thick. I ate the middle leaving the crusts. There’s a problem with pigeons coming in from the station concourse. I had a couple of annoying flies trying to land on my food.

1 starter poor (arancini). Second starter , shared fritto misto, had too much chilli in the coating. The Chicken Milanaise mains had an orange coloured, artificial crumb coating on the chicken breast. It was not that colour because of frying/cooking. I think it had been purchased as a "finished" dish that just needed to be heated OR the chef just dunked the chicken in a bought-in orange crumb coating. It looked like a cheap ready meaI- gastly. My pasta main was greasy. The sauce, when heated up, had split because of excessive heat, so the fat in the sauce separated out. The spinach balls with the pasta were dry and overcooked. It was the worst Carluccio's meal we have ever had.

The food was nice, although had lasagne and it didn’t come with anything else on the plate, you had to pay for garlic bread separately. The staff were okay to begin with. Although as soon as we had our food, that was it. No one came over to us to ask if the food was okay. The waitress that took our plates was miserable as sin and didn’t speak a word to us. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything else either. We then had to flag her down a while later for the bill. She also didn’t say a word to us then. Very poor service. Not very impressed.

Service was sub par. Asked for apple juice and never got it. Mussels missing and not open in the seafood pasta. Having been to beverly, the overall experience there is far better. This is at best a station cafe at best.

Easy to book online. Good service and food was tasty. We chose from the breakfast menu. Good to get two poached eggs but would suggest two slices of toast rather than just one.

A very nice restaurant in a very convenient place (Piccadilly railway station), so brilliant position for travellers! Food up to the high Carluccios standard. Very quiet when we were there.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Toilets were clean. Chicken saltimbaco was fine but the carbonara was mainly chunks of fat - wouldn't have it again.

Very disappointing. The coffee on arrival was cold so had to wait a while for another. The bruschetta with Gorgonzola and figs contained no figs. Apparently the chef forgot them!!!!! The bruschetta was soft and the Gorgonzola cheese was too strong and overpowering. The chicken we had for the main was quite nice but far too many sauté potatoes and no vegetables. The restaurant was three quarters empty and I can see why. Don’t know what Antonio Carluccio would make of it, Great shame it used to be fabulous.

2nd time , did not disappoint tried the spinach ball special ...wow , delicious

My wife and I enjoyed two very enjoyable meals on Saturday evening. Staff were courteous and very helpful. This restaurant is a tremendous asset to Piccadilly Station. We will be eating there again soon!

Excellent visit, highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and quality food.

For the price of the food, we weren’t impressed. We had a burger, a large calamari and a side of the tender stem broccoli. While the calamari was crispy, the broccoli was limp, overcooked and swimming in oil. When we ordered dessert, the size of a “scoop” of ice cream, both on top of the brownie and as a bowl of sorbet, was a joke. In fairness, when we pointed out that the two supposed scoops of sorbet barely constituted one, the waiter did take it back and bring back more, but that shouldn’t have to happen. Carluccio’s used to be better than this and we won’t be in a rush to come back.
