My visit was great. The only drawback was that we arrived early and our table was not ready which is fine but quarter of an hour later I asked, still not ready. I was not happy. Ten minutes later my husband complained and magically a table was produced. I’m even unhappier as it took a man’s polite but slightly more aggressive behaviour to get our table which in this day and age is not really acceptable. Apart from that the food and service were very good.

An excellent Easter set lunch menu. Good mix of dishes / good quality ingredients / generous portions / delicious and satisfying. Marred only by unattentive service towards the end of the meal, e.g. knife missing when cheese plate was served, bill took >15 minutes to settle. Overall still scored very high according to my book.

They couldn't find our booking (extraordinary!), the service was crap (I left no service charge and explained why), the food was only moderate and without much imagination especially for vegetarians. And the price for 3 with one of their less expensive wines was £200. Poor experience and poor value.

I received a present for Christmas, a visit to the Cinammon club. I was going to London on Boxing day so i though i might be able to use my present then. I went online and was able to book a table for 2pm on Boxing Day. My girlfriend and I drove to London to get to the restaurant on time and it was a surprise for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, when we got there the cinnamon club was shut, not a good experience..

The main dining room is beautiful and very atmospheric. Cooking is superb, with delicate flavours balanced with some strong sauces and meats. Service good and not intrusive. Will definitely be back.

Our second visit and it won't be our last. Great place and great food. We took our daughter and son-in-law this time and they voted one of the best meals ever.

The ambiance at The Cinnamon was great. The menus that were online, the $30 3 course and Diwali menu, were not presented at the restaurant. The dishes are a bit overpriced. £150 for 2 adults and 2 children is a bit steep. It was definitely delicious, just over priced.
