Efficient and friendly staff - and the food as always excellent

Delicious meal, good service by a charming waitress and lovely view over Barnes pond

Great restaurant. This time one of us had to send our main course back as it was a little cold, but the staff were excellent and produced a replacement quickly and without charge.

A particularly lovely location in the warmer weather with its doors flung open onto the pond. Noise can be a slight issue if there's a large party, but there are 2 sides to the restaurant, and they're always very happy to swap tables around. Our restaurant of choice in Barnes - excellent value.

The food was good, reasonably priced and in a pleasant setting

Cote was our choice because it has aircon (on the hottest day of the year). We (a group of 3) were expecting there to be more custom; it wasn't very busy, so it's difficult to gauge 'atmosphere'. Staff were welcoming and efficient with whoever came through the door. And our waiter in particular was first class, quick, helpful and attentive to our specific needs and made our visit that much more enjoyable. We were pleased with our final bill and compared it (favourably) with other Barnes eateries. We will be coming back! Thank you Cote!

Lovely evening. Great service and lovely food. Lacks the atmosphere of other cotes as not so cosy. They let us stay chatting while they cleaned up! Wonderful staff.

Lovely lunch, only slight issue this time was that there was a large party close by, and the acoustic was a bit of a problem. However, the manager was very happy to move us to the quieter end of the restaurant, and we had an excellent-value meal, as always

Lovely, good value food, as usual. On this occasion, the waiting staff dealt quickly and efficiently with a drinks spillage at the next table, moving us to a different table (as they had to mop the area) and reducing our bill for the inconvenience - very impressed.

Consistently good branch of Côte, delighted that it's survived the pandemic and is thriving - such an asset to Barnes Village.

It was our first London restaurant visit since February and was perfect. We have been huge Côte fans for a while but our first visit to the Barnes branch - as you have closed the Fulham Road and Fulham Broadway branches which were our faves, we ventured further afield and I am so glad that we did. Beautiful setting by the pond, delicious food and charming service; this is now our new favourite branch!

Handled social distancing and sanitising really well with polite and efficient service on busiest of nights before tier 3 kicked in. Food was delicious and always a lovely selection on the menu.

We had the most delicious supper chosen from the Christmas Menu - the Maitre D, waiters and waitresses were all absolutely charming and worked incredibly hard. We always agree that it is absolutely pointless going anywhere else. Nowhere is as perfect for food, value and atmosphere Suzie

I think thr manager and the staff at Cote Barnes are fantastic. Service is excellent, really attentive but not intrusive. Food was lovely, that chocolate fondant!!!!

Lovely restaurant and very helpful staff. Main course came really quickly - before we'd finished our starters but otherwise it was all great. So sorry you have to close due to tier 3 when it all feels much safer than an average trip to a supermarket! see you on the other side!

Lovely staff, food overall good but my sirloin steak was served tepid (it was immediately replaced, thanks) and was very chewy. Nice setting.
