Côte Richmond

We all agreed that the food was of a higher standard and better presented than others Cotes we eat at regularly. Also the service was excellent without being intrusive. Next time we lunch in Richmond I'm certain we'll choose Côte again.

Very good overall. Excellent and friendly service. Food generally very good, although the Crepe Grand Marnier dessert from the March specials tasted a bit "raw" (orange peel could have done with being a bit more caramelised).

Our waiter was really lovely and attentive, we were served in good time and checked up on just enough without being disturbed but feeling tended to. The food was so delicious, we shared a tiger prawn salad, I had a tuna nicoise which was perfect and we shared a banana and chocolate praline crepe with chantilly cream which is probably the nicest thing I have eaten in a long time. Cote is my go to for dinner plans anyway but the one in Richmond is so good. Sometimes they can feel a little bit chilly inside though which is my only negative.

Delicious food and attentive staff on a very busy early evening on Sunday. Good ambiance all round . Nothing could be done to make it any better !

First class friendly service, excellent steak frites with salad after delicious piquant olives. The Meteor beer is supreme and so glad to see Cote stocking the last independent beer makers in France. We will be back for more.

The Service was really good but a I was bit disappointed with the fish stew . Starters were lovely and my dessert chocolate fondant delicious. I will definitely return but I will order a different main.

Food and service was good, consistent with previous visits, can feel a little cramped at the back of the restaurant which means you tend to hear others rather than your own conversation

We had a very good 2 course meal, we were served by a very pleasant young Polish lady with a good sense of humour and the atmosphere was relaxed and unhurried.

Very friendly and helpful staff and thanks for the complimentary Negroni We both enjoyed the goat's cheese starter. My chicken salad was lovely - expected cold but came hot (chicken not salad) but no walnuts and no noticeable apple and no walnuts (reason for 5 not 6 star review). My guest said his risotto was a bit heavy but I did not taste it so cannot comment. Sauvignon Blanc good.

We are regulars at Cote Richmond and call it our `green zone` This is because we know that we will always receive a warm welcome, attentive service and amazing food. Sometimes we have strayed into the red zone and tried one of the many other good restaurants in Richmond, but always come back to Cote. This time we were celebrating a special occasion, but every time we go, we feel it is special. Our server today was especially kind and attentive but all the staff seem to be happy and work well as a team. Selecting excellent people who are motiviated and highly trained really does make a difference. Thank you.

Lovely evening for my daughters 11th birthday with lovely service and great food. They even provided her with a mini cake and candle. Thank you Cote!

We love Cote, but this time you were very busy and both my main course and pudding were sadly cold. However the starter, wine, coffee, and service were all great.

Great service.. partner's moules were lukewarm. They were replaced in all of 2 mins by a new serving, steaming hot, and the main was taken off the bill at the end of the night. Top work by the FOH staff.

The Manager saved the day on our Valentines night! The food seemed to be misplaced and it led to delays and the meals coming out at different times...disaster. However the gesture made by the manager will keep us coming back plus the food was good when it eventually arrived.

My experience at Cote Brasserie - Richmond was great yesterday. The ambiance, the food and service were very satisfactory. I highly recommend the place, we came out very happy after choosing the Valentine menu!

As always, friendly professional service; varied reliable menu; good food and good pricing. Cote know what to do - and they do it well. The welcoming, helpful staff make you want to return.

The food was delicious and the waitress at our upstairs table was excellent. Never disappointed with this restaurant . It was crowded with rugby fans and noisier than usual but it added to the atmosphere.

we had a table reserved for 10.00pm but arrived at about 9.15pm due to the local theatre finishing early. we were immediately shown to a very nice table by a very pleasant attractive and efficient lady maitre'd. the restaurant was full enough to appear popular but not full enough to be noisy .our waiter was attentive and efficient. the food as usual [we are fairly regular customers] was very good and the fact that the veal escalope was back after a winter rest was appreciated. all in all a very pleasant experience

Great food on a refreshingly different menu with friendly staff. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is easy to find; within a ten minute walk of Richmond Station.

Excellent and attentive service as always; the food arrived quickly and was piping hot, and the waiting staff could not have been more helpful. Still one of our favourite places to eat in Richmond.

A very busy restaurant Set menu described duck breast, as did a la carte. Duck leg was served - disappointing All else good ambience very good

The food drinks and staff were excellent, the special free cocktail was delicious. We always have a great meal at Cote and the staff are always lovely.

Beef Bougignon tasted like frozen food that had been microvaved. Chicken was tough.

Always busy but good service and food. Great selection of dishes and reasonably priced. Good venue for lunch and dinner. Good for for pre theatre dining as pretty quick.

Good food. Nice place for brunch. Atmosphere was Chilled. Good value for money. Recommend the French breakfast and the big breakfast. I would go back again.

Service from Monika was excellent and the blood orange martini was delicious. The Steak Frites was great but the tuna was rather thin and tasteless. Overall a good night but not as perfect as usual.

We had ordered some bread which didn’t materialise but it wasn’t a problem as portion sizes were more than adequate.

Good Service. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

Very good evening all round. Waiter, Marek, was efficient and attentive. Food was delicious , served quickly and good size portions. As it was my wife's birthday, she was presented with a bottle of wine as we left. Nice touch.
