Very good nice place to have lunch with friends have visited often and will continue to do so good value always a good standard of service

Food and service excellent - but experience spoilt by the seating set up in a booth with a noisy 6 behind so we could hardly hear our selves think! We had booked and requested a table in the front area of the restaurant but this seemed to have been ignored!!! Asked to be moved to a quieter area but were told this was not possible- will not visit this one again as we cannot risk a repeat

We were immediately greeted and shown to our table. Very pleasant waitress took our order. I only had one course which was excellent. The rest of my party had two or three courses and thoroughly enjoyed the food. They had never been to Cote before but took a card and said they would definitely be back. Excellent value for money.

Great evening wonderful food and service. The lovely waitress with blonde hair was so helpful. Loved the special asparagus dish & wonderful wine. The best Cote 💛

Rib eye steak was a poor cut of meat. Very chewy and I had to leave half of it. Difficult to cut and sinues. My daughters steak was similar and she also had to leave some. My sons streak was fine and he thoroughly enjoyed it! Perhaps just one of those things and a poor selection of meat by the supplier

Warm welcome. Great service - well paced, friendly and professional. Great tasting food - the creme caramel is to die for! Busy, buzzing atmosphere - can be rather noisy so not for those who prefer more tranquil surroundings!

Pleasant relaxed atmosphere for light lunch to catch up with a friend. Friendly efficient staf and food was delicious. Menu is nice and easy in plain English so you know exactly what you're going to get.

Some dishes on the `a la carte menu were off, the food was not especially well cooked or interesting and was overpriced. There are very few accompaniments to the dishes, vegetables are an extra on most dishes. The bill was wrong, we were charged for a dish one of us wanted but couldn't have because it was off and they overcharged for another dish. Apart from one of us, we had just one portion of a shared bread 'nibble', two courses and a bottle of wine yet it came to over £70 per couple for a very unexceptional meal.

The set menu deal before 7PM was good value, and we enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly. We would return again, as we like the idea of the set menu changing every month.

Great brunch and healthy veggie breakfast, best breakfast I've had in a long time, lovely vegetarian sausages! They have a wide selection on the menu. Nice friendly helpful staff. Lovely restaurant, be back again soon.

It was very good although the plaice was not particularly enjoyable. I still fail to get them to give me the wine reward. The waiter said he would talk to his manager but nothing happened

Fantastic service, the lady was very genuine and this is refreshing. A pleasant atmosphere and did not feel rushed although we were an early booking.

Meal was disappointing. The plate cold, mashed potatoes cold, fish over cooked but the meal was replaced and was quite different, hot and flavoursome. I was asked not pay for it which I appreciated. The service was good.

We like Cote and the new vegetarian menu is a great idea. At the start we did need to grab someone's attention until other diners were seated around us and there were 2 or 3 things unavailable but we only found out after placing the orders. But food was good, staff friendly and we enjoyed ourselves.

Extensive and varied menu. Staff worked very hard throughout the evening- very friendly,helpful and welcoming. A most enjoyable meal and will return again. Restaurant was very busy and it was important to book a table.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Both of our starters were very good and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her main course although I was a bit disappointed in mine which was a bit lacking in taste.

Pleasant experience at the Amersham restaurant. I was surprised at the number of people having breakfast time chats. The venue is inviting and the staff were helpful and around without being too OTT.

We had very good service with delicious and good quality set menu food. On the downside, however, the bottle of white wine was rather expensive.

Staff helpful and attentive.We both had steak, a little dry but tomato salad good. Starters of moule and melon and Parma ham also good. Enjoyable evening but not wow!

The problem was that the fire alarm went off 13 times during our lunch! This was unfortunately very disturbing. The lunch was delicious and I can thoroughly recommend it.

12.30 meal booked today. Nice lunch time menu. Service good . Not too slow. It all depends on your waiter or waitress on how busy they are. But go quite a lot and will go again.

We always enjoy dining at Cote, whether in Amersham or their London restaurants. The food is always Excellent and the staff friendly. We've not given it a 6 because at 6 pm the restaurant was quiet but the service was very slow. We were not in a rush but we didn't feel we were the priority but that the preparation for the busy evening was more important. It won't put us off as we dine regularly at Cote and like the whole concept.

Lovely food, great atmosphere. Reasonably priced food. Would like to see more variety in vegetarian starters. Just a shame the service charge was more expensive than our main meals.
