Côte Chester

Me and my wife had a very tasty meal at Cote Chester on Sunday evening. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Amazing interior.

Once again, perfectly cooked rib eye, great fries and the best creme caramel I've ever had! Service was great. Good Job! If you fancy a good steak this is the place to come. [I haven't tried their other dishes as i always go for the steak but they look very good)Highly recommended. The chain that doesn't feel like a chain..... Atmosphere - A gentle buzz so that you can actually chat!

Would just like to say that our waitress had only been working for Cote Brasserie Chester for 6 days she was excellent, tried so hard to please us, we had a lovely evening.

Excellent brasserie brunch was perfect as always service exceptional, the staff can not do enough for you, I’d highly recommend as food is delicious and great value for money!

My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary on a Saturday night. The staff greeted us with congratulations, a free drink and we were able to sit anywhere we wanted. We were spoilt rotten with the staff being very attentive, fabulous food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very highly aware of dietary restrictions. The process of choosing a meal suitable for my requirements was easy and the choice varied.

I visited this restaurant on a busy Friday night. I was quickly shown to my table and the recently changed specials were highlighted to me. The waiter suggested I might like to try the cocktail on the special menu. I did and it was excellent. I ordered a black pudding starter and a swordfish steak from the specials and they were both delicious. I’d ordered a glass of Cote du Rhône to go with the main course and was pleased that this was delivered to my table without me having to remind the waiter. I think that attending to small details like this really enhances the overall experience. The wine was full of flavour and very tasty. Another visit to the specials resulted in my ordering profiteroles for dessert. They were lovely and an excellent dessert wine complemented the dish. All in all I found the food to be very well cooked and presented and extremely tasty. The wine was great as well. In addition the service was efficient and friendly so I’m sure I’ll be returning very soon.

Visited Thursday 11thapril to celebrate a friends birthday. Our party of 8 visit at least once a month. Very disappointed with the food and the service and birthday was ruined. Two of the party had to send their food back as it was cold,this isn't the first time we've had this problem. One person had to send it back three times as it was still cold.Staff very offhand and manager reluctant to give full refund. When told we've had this problem before and it needs to be looked at,he stated all food is probed to 75 degrees.The food wasn't anywhere near 75 degrees,if it was we wouldn't have had to keep sending it back.The plates might have been hot (couldn't touch them)but the food certainly wasn't.

Lovely food and friendly service. Only negative is that they didn't have any of the April special main course left. I was surprised as it is the special dish and I really wanted to try it.

This is an exceptional chain of restaurants. The choices are varied and well thought out. Above all imaginative and delicious. The staff are, without fail, courteous and polite. Just love Cote!!

Excellent, friendly service. Extensive food and drink menu. We were a party of four for dinner and all thoroughly enjoyed our three course selections from the À La Carte menu - terrific evening!

Food and service was excellent until we got the bill..It was my husband's birthday and we were given a complimentary drink but then found we had been charged for them..Also we do not like the gratuity being on the bill. We do leave a tip but at our own discretion. It did spoil a lovely evening...

Went for Mothers Day Champagne Brunch and was pretty busy, one order was taken incorrectly but very swiftly remedied - very nice meal and good value.

The waitress was amazing, pleasant, attentive and smartly dressed, the restaurant was spacious, clean and not overly noisy. The food was presented nicely and was very flavoursome, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Slightly expensive and a little cheeky putting a service charge straight onto the bill. Côte took that decision out of my hands which as I said was cheeky and a bit rude

Great atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff, fabulous food. Côte Chester has been consistent every time. The breakfast menu is equally as good as dinner. It’s our favourite restaurant in the city.

Excellent food-the tastes are exquisite and the food served hot. If I had one complaint-slow the service down as it was served very quickly but otherwise I'd highly recommend you.

Had dinner last night with friends and as usual the evening was a great success. I also had lunch there on Monday and that too was great. That's the trouble with Cote it's so good you have to go back ! Hide those scales. The food was perfect, the staff as attentive as ever and a lovely venue.
