Great food and service. Very friendly staff. Good value menu and quick service if you are going to the theatre. Thank you for a great meal!
Visit here regularly and always find speedy service and great value for a pre-theatre meal. Lovely last night as warm enough to have all the windows open and we were lucky enough to be by them.
Lovely staff and good food x the only thing I would change would be bigger portions for the main meals. Would def return and good value for money
Very slow service for a pre theatre menu but let us come back after the show for our desserts! And gave us free drinks, So happy with that.
Nice staff. Great Food. With a Cheap and more than acceptable Menu. It is Difficult to find a better place in the centre of London.
Food and service were excellent as always at a Cote Brasserie. My only negative comment would be that tables at this particular venue seem very close together and the noise level very high. However my guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our pre-theatre lunch, despite having to almost shout at each other!
This restaurant is in a great location just round the corner from Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Food was very good with plenty of choice and arrived in good time. Really friendly staff and good service. We were also given a free welcome drink !!
Have booked here a few times as it is a great location if you are attending the shows in the theatres around it. Staff are excellent and we always have great service.
Excellent value for money and first class food and service. A first choice for us as we can rely on the consistency of excellence every time.
Lovely staff. Tasty selection of food and the set menu is extremely good value for money. The atmosphere was good and the place is very busy.
My friends and I really enjoyed the excellent value pre-theatre 3 course menu. The food was as always delicious (especially the sea bream with ratatouille which was especially tasty). The welcome and the friendly service also made us feel like valued guests. We'll be back again soon.
Had a lovely meal on a hot summers day. The restaurant was buzzing with lots of diners and yet still felt waiters were attentive. Food was superb!
Food was cold and there was a hair in my partners starter. I told them waiting staff and they didn't seem apologetic. We had the set menu and I wouldn't recommend the chicken main or the peach crumble dessert
Food was fine (although wrong main course was served to my companion) but dining on their pre-theatre menu @6pm I had to bolt my main course. (a salad) as service was so slow. I was still chewing as we ran out of the door. Unimpressed.
As always, high quality food and an efficient service. Cote restaurants are always dependable, clean and are my favoured choice for reasonably priced dining. Will repeatedly use.
We had the pre theatre menu which is exceptionally good value for money and very tasty. The only downside was the tables were packed really close together. I got knocked a couple of times as people passed.
Welcoming but very busy - not surprisingly, given the location. This meant that service was a little slow. Excellent quality and value for money - consistently reliable.
Excellent service enjoyable lunch, impressive crab and avocado starter, followed by steak with bearnais sauce, we were very impressed with the wine list and selected a bottle of Bordeaux. Good value

A fantastic pre theatre dinner before we walk over the road to 42nd Street. But you MUST pre book!!!! A thoroughly enjoyable evening for all.
The food, as usual was xcellent, the staff efficient and very friendly, it was our grandsons birthday, they produced a cake and all sung to him. Love Cote
Food was great as always and service with a smile, however the mains came at the same time as the starter and the coffee arrived before the dessert!!!,
Very nice meal served by friendly & efficient staff. Very satisfied customer. We chose from the limited menu and had the house wine. Very attentive staff. Thank you.
Good service - in spite of a VERY hot day - enjoyable food - what not to like? And we finished our meal in good time for theatre visit!
Helpful staff who provided quick service. The restaurant is very good value , especially fir the pre- theatre set menu and it us tasty food!
Lovely meal. Attentive service. Very nice free Kir! We have been here quite a few times and always enjoyed it. Nice new menu. Thank you.
Arrived early but they found a table for us quickly. Food came very soon after being ordered. Food consistently good as it always is at Cote. Staff very efficient and polite.
Friendly and attentive service. Went for a pre-theatre dinner and were served promptly and efficiently. We ordered a la carte and the dishes were as described and good value. The portions were just right. There was a good vegetarian menu for the non meat-eater among us. Would recommend this for pre-theatre visits.
Very busy, and although booked had a wait but all staff friendly. Food good as always and gluten free menu a good variety. Desert delicious. Thanks
I had booked a table for 6pm we were 5 mins late and they had obviously let our table go so we had to wait 10 mins for a table to become free

On the hottest day of the year, my mother and I enjoyed the two course pre-theatre lunch. It was cool in the restaurant and very busy! However service was very good and friendly. The noise level was pretty high due to it being so busy, but that only goes to show just how popular this particular branch of Cote is! Cote is great value for money and the food has never let me down and I have been to several Cote restaurants, including one in Salisbury. They all have the same high standard of food and waiting staff. I am a big fan.
The food at Cote is always good value, and there are several delicious dishes on the Set Menu. However, today we were disappointed as the service was very slow and not very competent. One of our starters was not as ordered, and we heard the same thing happening at other tables.
Cote continues to do 'what it says on the tin'. Good simple food well prepared and served by friendly and involved staff. We were particularly impressed by the attitude and commitment of the staff; the place was packed for pre-theatre dinners yet everything happened in a timely and calm process. Well done!
Good place for early pre-theatre supper in busy Covent Garden. Light, airy restaurant with polite staff. Good value food as always with changing monthly menu.
Food was excellent as always, but service was outstanding throughout. Very friendly and considerate, our waiter attended to all needs with a smile and the other waiting staff were really pleasant as well.
Perfect for meeting up for lunch. Delicious food, small portions are perfect, and very good value 3courses for £13.95, excellent service.we would definately go there again.
I have visited this restaurant before. Never disappointed by food or staff. On this occasion, the staff member (unfortunately, I cannot recall her name: blonde, short hair tied back) was a delight. I was dining with someone whom I had not seen for some time: she, with good humour, accepted our slight delay in ordering initially; totally charming throughout.
Great service and lovely food, not too expensive and perfect for pre theatre dinner. No waiting time for food and we were sat down immediately even though we were 15 mins early.
As ever at Côte - great food & wine + excellent service. The Veal Escalope and Asparagus Risotto were both perfect. Well done to the team!
Food was great. The only problem is that the restaurant was very crowded and the waiters very busy. We had to rush our dessert to get to the theatre.
Booked pre theatre menu on a Wednesday evening with my husband for 6pm. I arrived a little late & the restaurant was almost full - very busy! Seems like the pre theatre menu is very popular! I ordered the tuna starter & my husband ordered the crab & avocado. We shared & preferred the tuna. For main, I ordered the veggie risotto & my husband ordered the steak frites. I found that the mains were better than the starters however, all food was good for the price - 2 courses for £12.50. The service was good - our waiter cleared plates away promptly & brought extra bits when asked. There was a nice buzz in the restaurant as it was so busy. Toilets could have done with a bit more attention - there was no loo roll but thankfully, there were napkins by the sink. All in all a good dinner for the price but nothing wow. Would definitely revisit if I had a show to go to in the evening again because of the convenience & price.
The pre-show menu was very good value for money, the food delicious and the staff efficient and friendly even although the restaurant was very busy. We were all packed in rather tightly but that is only to be expected when just across the road from the theatre. It's an indication of how popular the restaurant is.
At 530 they had not got the appetiser we wanted we should have been told this when we sat down.service was not up to usual cote brasssrrie standard
In keeping with the usual Cote standard we experience - this is no exception. Excellent service, food and a lovely warm welcome. No rushing either.
Very friendly staff. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine (my introduction to Cote Rewards). The staff were very understanding of one of my guest's dietary needs. The food was served quickly and efficiently (which was important as we were going on to the theatre) and everyone enjoyed their meal.
A very warm welcome, excellent staff - and delicious food. The seabream was perfectly cooked. Such good value.Superb staff, always smiling. They made our early supper a wonderful occasion.
As always, high quality food and an efficient service. Cote restaurants are always dependable, clean and are my favoured choice for reasonably priced dining. Will repeatedly use.
Great food and excellent service. We were particularly impressed with the way the team dealt with the pre theatre rush. Definitely one for a revisit.
The meal at lunch was good overall, except for the slowness of our mains to be served to us - others who came after us were served before us, and one of our fishcakes had a small fish bone in it.
Tha staff were excellent, friendly and efficient, the food was superb and such good value with all fresh ingredients. A perfect start before seeing 42nd Street which I also highly recommend to go to - AB FAB all round!
Helpful friendly staff, good food and wine. Good value in an expensive area. Pleased to find several acquaintances coincidentally also dining and enjoying the venue.

Portion sizes just right for us. Bill size also good! We will there go again for our get together. Good choice of dishes and we all enjoyed it.
