Brilliant service from start to finish! Food was perfect and we even got some Buck's Fizz to celebrate my friends birthday and her wedding at the weekend. Will definitely return.

Very professional , friendly and suitably attentive staff. Lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Varied menu with enough choice . Monthly specials menu but regular menu with peoples’ special favourites always available.

It's always a pleasure eating at Côte for my mother in law's 86th birthday. All the food was excellent but the lady, who's birthday it was, was disappointed with her steak which was tough

service was friendly and polite. My meal was wonderful though my wife thought her meal arrived only lukewarm and not as flavoursome as previously experienced. We left happy, thank you Côte Brasserie

Very noisy upstairs so we asked for a quieter table which was provided. The downstairs was totally empty which was most off putting; if we had not already booked, we would not gone in.

Delicious food... although had ran out of my favourite... the pork belly! Impeccable service as always. Lovely birthday meal for my mum. They went the extra mile with a free kir royals for her and a candle in her pud! Fantastic Sunday afternoon!

Breakfast is amazing , and the atmosphere chilled out, always a pleasure!

On our visit it appeared gat there had been an event expected on nflux of people the restaurant was not prepared for. On arrival we were told that there would be a wait of 40 minutes for our food. We made it clear that we were at the theatre at 7:30, our table was booked for 6. We only made it by the skin of our teeth as our deserts arrived at 7:20. I was bought it was also a cheek charging us 12.5% gratitude without asking if we wanted to.

Every course delicious but the Chocolate Fondant should have been warmer as I told our waitress. My wife;s veal was about twice the size she could manage so we took half home.

Relaxed atmosphere. Nice space to dine in. Attentive, friendly staff. Really good menu, great wine list. Fabulous food. A most enjoyable evening. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

The food was mediocre. The fish parmentier that my friend ordered was very small and although it did have mashed potato as stated in the menu, this was piped across the top in ribbons so was not very substantial. My chocolate fondant pudding was cold, and I thought very expensive at £5.95. The service was OK but they forgot to bring a re-fill of water when asked, and the waitress was new and didn't know the menu. So the 12.5% automatic service charge was not justified.

Very nice place for breakfast - staff very friendly but don't like the optional 12.5% gratuity being included on the bill, feels a little presumptuous.

Really enjoyed our visit, great choice of delicious food, great service and the surroundings and Decor were excellent. We’ll definitely want to eat here again.

Nice atmosphere, didn't feel rushed. Good choice of menus, reasonably priced and quite tasty. Visited several times before and impressed from day one. Shame there was no cote de boeuf on the menu this time.

The set menu is excellent value..mussels in white wine/cream as a main very tasty. The creme caramel was excellent. Well done Cote...give them a try.

Great meal thank you. The waiter even got to grips with serving us over two courses even though it was a mix of starters, mains and desserts. It meant we all ate together though which is much better than people waiting at either the start or the end of the meal.

Excellent service, staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Good menu selection and always prepared as requested. Will definitely eat here again and recommend to all our friends

This was our first visit to Cotes and it was very good. We were seated promptly and the staff where very attentive. Food was excellent and good exactly as requested.

Fab food and great service great location in the high street without having to go up Steep Hill. Nice outside area to eat in also. Service as in all Cote's fabulous

Food excellent as ever service was good even though the restaurant was very busy. Definately will be back again soon. Confit duck on special was fantastic

Four people dined on 9 August 8.45 pm, all having 10 year Anniversary menu. Quality of food very good. Politeness and service from all staff very professional. Rated 5 and not 6 because while we appreciate having a break between courses, we felt that between main and dessert there was too long a gap and we thought we may have been forgotten for a while, but this is a minor thing.

Excellent service, excellent food and superb wines, definitely worth a visit! We came with friends and it was not a mistake they and we enjoyed all of the experience, will certainly go there again.

Food was pretty average, staff were friendly even though our bill was wrong, adding an extra bottle of wine! We felt the food was slightly overpriced for what we had.

Lovely food, very reasonably priced and friendly service. Much enjoyed by our party of 6. Excellent wine list with several of my favourites made it difficult to choose.

Always a nice welcome. Restaurant is a nice place to be; light, airy, (there are tables on the pation at the back), and spacious. Service is attentive and professional...and anything but stuffy. Food is classic French, but not overdone or fussy. Ingredients are fresh and the kitchen make the best of them. Bit of a gem, really.

Excellent meal and service at Cote Brasserie, Lincoln. The 10th Anniversary meal was superb. This is the third Cote Brasserie we have visited including Cambridge and London and the standard of food is always consistent.

Not as good as previous times, food wasn't all that hot & not as tasty as usual. Love the place, prices are good & service pretty good but overall a bit disappointed this evening.

Lovely restaurant, it was our first visit and it wont be our last. Food was amazing and the added extra of the happy birthday and candle on my partner's pudding was great! Thanks so much to all the staff.

Very nice food, service was very relaxed and no rush at the table which suited us. Not impressed with addition of 12.5% service charge on the bill automatically although the staff adjusted it without question. It was good but not exceptional, although we all agreed we'd go back again.

We have used this restaurant dozens of times. There is a monthly specials menu as well as the main one. You can have breakfast daily until 1pm which is great if you're still fancying a full English at lunchtime! For £9.95 you get fresh juice, coffee or tea, toast and full English which is great value. Two course specials menu lunch until 7pm for £10.95 which is good for an early bird menu before going to the theatre or cinema. Staff are friendly and service is good. There is a lovely enclosed decked area outside at the back upstairs which most people don't know about. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

As usual we were welcomed as soon as we arrived by the manager who, with his staff, are excellent, the food, from the July menu was very good and the Kir Royale and white wine superb. we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be visiting again

Food delicious as usual but the service was a little slower than usual today, I had the cod with savoie ham, beautifully cooked with nice selection of veg and, the frozen berries with white chocolate sauce. I do wish they would change the puddings each month as they do the starters and mains.

Good food but very expensive. Very quiet on a Sunday night. Conveniently located in the town centre. Would probably only visit again at a time when the prix-fixe menu is available.

Always good to dine at Cote Brasserie. The menu choice is good and varied, covering every possible option, particularly when you have someone with you who is difficult to please...!

Staff helpful, had to return starter as part of it was burnt, but after that, which was dealt with quickly, the rest of meal was very good

Lovely dining experience. Friendly efficient service and fabulous food.Don.t think there should be a service charge for 2 dining it's normally for parties of 8 or more. Bit cheeky x x

My second visit to Lincoln in the last two months and on both occasions have eaten at Cote Brasserie. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, the staff are excellent and the service is first class.

We had a party of 8 for a evening at Cote, food was very good with top-notch service and a nice friendly atmosphere. Great night!

We took advantage of the eat early offer and had a really nice three course meal for £12.95 each. Service was effeicient and attentive and menu choice on the table d'hôte excellent. This was my second visit to a Côte restaurant and I have not been disappointed.

Usual good service and quality food. Although the restaurant was a bit busy there was no real delay on our order. Will return again before long.

high expectations fully met again ................ only minor blemish was running out of Pelforth Blond but the 1664 was a good replacement..... service and food faultless.

Shouldn't be made to pay 12.5% gratuity. Food was very good, bottle of wine nice if not a bit expensive. Would go back again. 1 more word.

We had a very enjoyable lunch. The special's menu provides a reasonable selection of choices and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Lack of staff today, and in need of some more training. Food as normal execlent. Will be still be there next time as the food is great.

This was our first visit and found the decor and ambience very 'Bistro' and pleasing. The staff and service were excellent and the menu and food presentation again very good.
