very attentive waiter. when the food very minor delayed the maitre d came over and informed us that it's on the way, without prompting. very nice touch
This was our first visit to the Côte Brasserie - Royal Festival Hall, and we were very pleased with the quality of the service, waiting times, food, and general atmosphere. We'd be happy to return again, as we are regular clients at many different branches of Côte Brasserie.
Good food and excellent service - will definitely pay another visit soon.
Food and service always marvellous. Seats were rather squashed together this evening, but we coped! Great value pre theatre menu. Steak was amazing. Will be back.
Fabulous and friendly fast service. Food superb, as usual Perfect location for Festival hall and National Theatre.
Great food. Brilliant service. All in time for the concert we were going to.
Loved the food, the service, the prices....but too noisy for me. The perils of success! Many prefer a bustling, lively ambiance and so this isn't a criticism.;
very good friendly staff with good fod and service to match
A glitch with the booking compensated for generously with glasses of kir all round. A well-run restaurant with reliable standards we have come to expect.
Very enjoyable lunch chosing from the lunch menu. Very friendly service.
Cote always trustworthy and excellent value, starter a bit minamalist.
First time at this branch. Very handy for Royal Festival Hall, next door. Food excellent as always, great value set menu and great service. Quite noisy though and hard to hear my dining partner who was sitting opposite men
Cote was a perfect start to our 40th reunion. Everything was perfect and the bubbles much appreciated.
Waited for about 12 minutes and no-one even offered us water. Table was unlaid. Two people arrived at table next to ours and were immediately asked what drinks they would like. We left.
A fabulous set menu. The standard of food and service is superb.
always a good choice. Great food and service. A lively dining experience.
As a regular at this Cote I am always impressed by the food and service. Highly recommended.
Breakfast at Cote never fails to hit the spot. The formula menu is unbeatable.
Excellent food service and ambience. Been once before and this time was as good if not better. Would definitely go again
Lovely food, amazing service! Perfect day! This restaurant never lets me down!
Excellent food and service. Tables close to the window are the best
Tasty food but tables are too close to each other
Worst experience at any Cote dinner nearly 2 1/2 hours
Superb time as always Cote never fails to provide an excellent evening
Excellent location for audience attending the Festival Hall or anywhere in the SouthBank. The food is always with good standard and we are always treated very well. Totally recommended!
Excellent food and service as usual. Food was a bit long in coming however the service recovery from the manager was superb. Very impressive and will return soon.
the restaurant was very busy but the staff were attentive and efficient. Our waiter was very inexperienced but he tried his very best and deserved full marks. The food was very good.
The Cote Brasserie restaurants are consistently good and this one is really conveniently placed right next to the Royal Festival Hall. We had booked a table for 4 and this was at the rear on a lower floor, which was good because the top level was very active and noisy on the day. Service was just right for an unhurried lunch. Knocked one star off because salmon was off the menu for the day and one of the party would have wanted that. Otherwise a good experience and recommended.
Food was disappointing throughout. The chicken was dry and the vegetables overcooked. It was so bland. The other Cotes I have been to were much better.
Excellent all round. Reservation easy, easy to find. Service up to usual standard from Cote restaurants. Excellent menu and good wine. The quality and consistency of Cote Brasserie is remarkable and it is by far the best of the 'chain' restaurants (though I admit it's now the only one I use.
Very easy to book. Welcomed and given good table. Excellent food. Very reasonably priced. Didn't rush us as it was a reunion meeting after years.
Being Valentine's Day the service and food were appalling. We used this branch as we were going to the Festival Hall but were very disappointed. I expect much better from this usually reliable group.
A warm welcome, very comfortable, excellent food, friendly and professional service. All at a sensible price. We will continue to eat at Cotes. usually in Bournemouth as near to our home.
Excellent service, and great-tasting food. The pre-theatre menu is very good value, and it offers a good range of choices for each course. And the location is perfect for dining before or after going to events at the Royal Festival Hall or the National Theatre.
Excellent food and service. Had a problem with one of the dishes and it was handled perfectly. Really good food and menu choices plus the drinks, too.
What started out as a bit of a mix up turned out to be better than fine. The staff went out if their way to put the problem right and it turned out to be a fabulous night out
Food good, friendly and efficient service, ambience a little lacking in intimacy, but altogether a good experience. And extremely convenient for the Royal Festival Hall!
I use Côte a lot, this was my first visit to the RFH and it did not disappoint 😌 you can always rely upon this chain to give you a very enjoyable evening, food was yum and the seasonal blood orange martinis were to die for xxx
Superb in every way. The staff at this Cote are exemplary.
Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. Cote continues to show the others how it is done!
Great food, service and location. Once again a fantastic dining experience.
Excellent rendezvous in London. Met an old friend who we hadn't seen for over 20 years!!! We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We had lunch and left at dinner time!!! FABULOUS! Thank you so well for serving excellent food and creating the perfect atmosphere. We'll be back ❤❤❤
Food was good but we were in a rush before theatre so restaurant gave us 25 per cent off bill as food was delayed. On the whole though good food and service would recommend
Excellent place for early evening supper before a concert at the Royal Festival Hall next door or a play at the National Theatre. Usual wide ranging menu. Professional service. Just the job!
Friendly, relaxed, you know what you'll get but consistently high quality. Service good, food good value for money, especially the set menu. Just hope they don't over expand.
An excellent meal as always and very pleasant staff who found chairs and glasses for extra guests who joined us for a quick drink .
Good food, friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices at this very convenient venue near Waterloo. Will definitely go there again. Good place to meet friends, or for a pre theatre meal.
It was okay. Waitors were kind and smiley, but they kept forget to bring us olives, bread, ketchup and the bill haha. But food was good.
We had reserved a table for the long interval in a Festival Hall concert. So had many others! To eat and return in time for the finale, speed and efficient organisation was essential. Cote delivered both - we enjoyed a well cooked dish with an extra side plate in good time to return without rush for the concert's conclusion. Brilliant!

Restaurant was busy but service was attentive and prompt. As usual good value for money. General comment - some dishes are larger than others but you don't know whether you need an extra when ordering.
