Great food as always and excellent staff. We will be back
The restaurant was busy but there was a very pleasant atmosphere. Our meal was delicious. The service was very good and we were served at a nice pace, which gave us extra time so we didn't need to rush to go the theatre afterwards
Lovely evening and were able to accommodate us with an outside table.
Great food, friendly staff . Very reasonable set two course menu
This was a good visit apart from the noise level from loud conversation and jollity ! The split level railway arch did not help. Marble Floors, Bare Walls, Marble Tables do not absorb sound. Better acoustics should be considered in future developments.
Very friendly attendant , excellent food and brilliant value for money. Fantastic location for the Festival Hall Concerts
Good quality food at an affordable price. Very careful regarding food allergies.
Food was nice . We go regularly to various Cote restaurants but mainly the one in Sloane Square . Our first visit to the one at festival hall Service not very good
Good value, nice atmosphere, pretty good service although very busy (quite noisy though)
Our waiters were excellent and ensured that our meal was served quickly as we were anxious to leave in time for the performance. As always, they were friendly and the meal was delicious.
Fabulous place with great food and service. Try it you will like it!
The restaurant was very convenience for the south bank and the internal layout of the restaurant very interesting and cosy. Not too big yet big enough to relax. Food as usual was excellent and the whole experience was perfect for pre and post theatre meals.
Why out of 6, when 'out of 5' is more normal? (Skewing the figures?) Good experience. Côte is a reliable choice when taking friends out, but on this particular occasion we all came out smelling of food because the space ventilation was inadequate.
Our first visit to this Cote - as always it was the usual high standard.
Quick friendly service lovely food excellent wine . I will definitely return so handy for Venues’s.
Service unacceptably slow, spoiling the occasion although the food was good
brilliant, we were welcomed with a drink due to special event at the restaurant. excellent food and plenty of time to get to opera House
Steak was a bit overdone. The rest was brilliant. Recommend.
Using a Cote Brasserie gift voucher our meal was really enjoyable. As ever. Together with the complimentary drink offer 2 of us enjoyed. We will return
We always enjoy Côte. This has become our regular choice before South Bank concerts.
We arrived at noon when the restaurant was almost empty as we were going to a matinee at the theatre afterwards. By the time we left there was a queue outside and the restaurant was very alive. The service was excellent but the main courses were only warm and when we were asked how the food was we mentioned this but not in a complaining way.The supervisor took money off the bill at the end which was nice and we will certainly use that branch of Cote again.
Our dinner was very nice and we got delicious complimentary chocolate mousse with the Easter Offer. Great service too.
Very good April set menu (ordinary one) and a pleasant bright environment. Good temperature on a warm day.
Friendly efficient and attentive service. Would happily recommend to family and friends.
We are frequent visitors to Cote restaurants but the first time we had visited RFH. Staff were lovely and the meal up to their usual high standard.
A very enjoyable pre concert dinner. The food and service was very good.
My negative review is because for the first time of eating at Cote, the food was very much of conveyer belt standard and this is not what I have come to expect from Cote. This was a pretty second rate experience. I was not charged for the food I sent back, your colleagues were in full agreement that it was sub-standard incidentally, but I sat with nothing to eat while my partner raced through his food. Really not great and very unexpected.
Excellent venue for pre-theatre or pre-concert supper. Pleasant interior next to Royal Festival Hall. Usual quality menu including changing monthly specials. Staff professionally attentive and friendly. Just the job, but you need to book.
Good value. Service not quite as slick as in some other branches.
Cosy but great. We had the pre theatre menu which is always great value. Food very tasty.
I frequently use Cote. Love the food, love the service. Neither ever disappoint
We are regular Cote clients but this time felt let down - our fries were overcooked and my friend's steak of steak frites was tough. We mentioned this to the waiter, but he didn't do anything about it.
Good food, nicely prepared & presented, and at a very decent price (for London). Waiting staff very pleasant, albeit rather rushed. The basement area is a bit cavernous, but all in all we were impressed and would/will use again.
We were first in at just after 9am so it was a slow start, but picked up and became very busy by the time we left at just after 10am. Great breakfast inline with those we've enjoyed elsewhere with Côte. Service a little slow due to the business off the place, but all-in-all another great Côte experience.
We are regular Cote Brasserie users and the food never disappoints. It has an extensive wine list with prices to suit all pockets. The regular complimentary cocktails always make the meal memorable.
the white bait I ordered was so plump, fresh looking and so much of it. excellent starter. we'll worth 5 star+
Another successful pre-concert visit. Enjoyable meal, dependably served in time for the Main Event.
Very good as usual. Given we were short of time the manager was very helpful.
Was fine, food okay. Hard to find someone to pay!
Great pre theatre meal before going to the National Theatre. Service a bit slower than usual but overall a good experience
Pre-concert. Great team worked well together to look after diners
We are regular visitors to the Cote Restaurant chain in different parts of the country because we always find we receive very good value for money, we like the Menu and wine selection. The Festival Hall Cote Brasserie is large but welcoming. The restaurant was busy at 6.30 pm and so the noise level of happy chatter was quite high. Staff as always were excellent and extremely accommodating. I like my food hot and both my starter and main course could have been a litter warmer for my taste. Thanks to all the staff for another very enjoyable visit to Cote.
Ideal location and satisfaction (re: food, atmosphere and service) for The Festival Hall- as with our more local Cote Restaurants!
An excellent pre-concert meal as always, served in pleasant surroundings
As you’d expect from this chain. good value pre show meal.
Great food. Great service. Great location. Definitely a good place to dine.
An excellent place to eat. it does things incredibly well for such a good price.
Fabulous place. Great staff who are well trained a d great food.
I eat here three or four times a week and it is always good.
I visited for lunch with old friends who all travelled from extreme ends of the country for our get-together. We booked a quiet table so that we could enjoy our conversation. Our waiter heard us mention celebrating and brought us complimentary Proseccos! The service was impeccable. They stored our own bottled water in their fridge and remembered to return it when we left. The food was delicious, hot and timing was perfect. Can't fault the place. Thank you Cote! We will be back for our next London celebration.
