A pleasurable experience, excellent meal served by attentive professional staff aware of safety considerations of the Covin19 guidelines.

This was a memorable birthday party but limited to two people as a result of Tier 2 restrictions.despite this it was a memorable day. The food was excellent.Our waiter was Lewis who did a brilliant job,being there when needed without being in any way intrusive.Very impressed! Excellent food and a good atmosphere given the difficult circumstances

Our favourite restaurant and so glad you are back open. Very attentive on an extremely busy night. Knew straight away it was our daughters birthday and treated her like a princess. Nothing too much trouble for them and very COVID safe. Thank you very much for another fantastic evening.

Great during pandemic, stayed open and safe. Auto add on of 12.5% service charge is irritating and process of removing it is now NOT highlighted by staff as was the case last year. This is not the only restaurant that does this now but we should NOT accept this as normal for a town like Shrewsbury. Bitter cold draft if door accidentally left open.

Lovely breakfast - good food & drink, friendly, attentive staff, no rush - perfect way to start the day

In the light of Covid-19 restrictions - it was a delight to be back at Cote Brasserie-Shrewsbury and to appreciate the care and attention to the safety measures in place. There was absolutley no question about honouring our gift voucher which was a 2019 Christmas present - although it had a May 2020 expiry date.

Great food, & the service was professional and delightful. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The only small criticism is that we asked for our coffee to be served after the dessert. Unfortunately it was served before it, which meant that we had drunk our coffee before the dessert arrived 😕

Hmm While my food was great, my friends burger was disappointing, cold first time and he tells me that even the replacement was only warm. But inspite of that we had a very good time, and excellent service from the staff. Merry Christmas

I would come to Cote every day if it was practical, it's such a great place; lovely atmosphere, wonderful food and great staff. It's the same every time my wife and I visit, we're always made to feel valued and welcome. A visit for lunch or dinner is always a good experience. This afternoon we were shown to our table by the Manager; a charming and very professional young woman. Our waitress was Roxana and she went a long way to making it another memorable visit. She was exactly what Cote require, smiling, pleasant and professional; nothing was too much trouble. I'd messed up the lunch order by forgetting to order a side dish but Roxana was able to remedy the error in double quick time. The chef made a first class job of cooking the 2 rump steaks perfectly; they were wonderfully tasty. All in all it was, once again, another memorable visit to our very favourite restaurant. The staff are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and standard of service.

I was disappointed to hear the kitchen had ran out of mussels and creme brûlée last night. However, that was not all. After changing my order to the pork belly, I was further surprised when it arrived burnt on top and over down throughout. I will certainly have to reconsider whether or not to return in future.

A lovely evening, our meal was delicious accompanied by great service and ambience. Overall a fantastic time, good value for money. We went here for our last meal before lockdown and this is our first since...brilliant.

Great breakfast and great service as ever. Tables are well spaced and we all felt comfortable, a little touch of 'normal life' for a while, thank you Cote Shrewsbury! PS. could you do bigger cappuccinos pretty please?
