We went for my husbands birthday and had a great time. Food is exceptional and the waiting staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our fellow Icelandic dinners sang happy birthday in Icelandic and we all shared cake! This is a real hidden gem nestled in Seel Street a little warren of cosy rooms and fabulous steaks! Well done to Cow Shed a brilliant new offer for Liverpool.

Went here last night for my birthday and it really was amazing. We had the 3 steaks to share which were lovely. The side dish of Savoy cabbage was very tasty and the sauces were really nice too. Our favourite ones were the blue cheese & pepper sauce. We managed to fit a desert in of Nutella cheesecake which we would definitely recommend. We go to miller and carter regularly but I think this will be our new replacement 😊 staff were really nice and helpful too xx

Absolutely incredible food, atmosphere and the staff were second to none. Really enjoyed this special meal for our anniversary and are already planning our next trip back just so we can come again. Would recommend to everyone!!

Food was delicious and service was so lovely. We were just visiting Liverpool and received advice on where to check out after our dinner and got a little something for my boyfriend's birthday from our waitress. Highly recommend.

Lovely visit - food met our expectations. Our server, Oliver, was great and very attentive. All staff were very friendly. Loved the setting of a terraced house dining room and enough space between tables to be comfortable. Overall good value for money. We liked that tap water and glasses were supplied on arrival to supplement bar drinks. We’ll visit again 🙌

The food was simply fantastic, perfectly cooked and the fillet is so soft. Fries were amazing. The servers were all so pleasant and down to earth too. The venue was cozy, I think it being limited to a few small rooms really helps level out the noise as it was ambient enough for an atmosphere, but quieter than most places which is a bonus. Already planning a return visit next weekend and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Cant fault it at all. Great food, great service and given its such a small place we didn't feel rushed at all. The Savoy cabbage was incredible!

Vert Good food. Bernaise sauce was split / separated, and tasted acic. Got fixed, and served a pepper sauce.
