Great food, great service and a good selection of music. Really friendly staff members you accommodated for my nut allergy, would recommend Cowshed to anyone looking for a place to eat.

Service from oliver was brilliant best in town. Food was unbelievable always cooked to perfection second time we have been there me can never complain.

An excellent meal, well served in a lovely room. The steaks were cooked perfectly and our sides of roasted vegetables, frites and creamed spinach were delicious.

Lovely food and great service. All courses were great, the goats cheese croquettes were excellent. We ordered the greedy cow and it was a great choice as it filled us both up. Will definitely be going again.

The booking was easy to do, we were nicely greater on arrival, the food was great and was combined with excellent service in a very nicely refurbished building which has retained it character

Came there for my boyfriends birthday. He had the rib eye and I had the fillet. Both were really good. The sideas were large so we could easily share. Good food and excellent service. I liked it alot.

Had a great time for my dad's birthday they treated us excellently and even gave my dad a happy birthday suprise. would highly recommend and I'm taking more family there on Sat 22nd because we love this place so much.

Felt a bit rushed and was over charged for drinks on we didn’t have. Food good, staff friendly. Surroundings pleasant but booth upright seating not comfortable. Too upright.

Everything amazing food , service ...maybe except salted Carmel martini which was notbad but neither as I expected. Couldnt feel any salted carmel there but it is restau r ant not cocktail bar so I am giving them 6.

Quirky little restaurant in terms with of decor, absolutely outstanding in terms of service and quality of food. We had two excellent steaks and I particularly enjoyed the side of waffles and eggs. Slightly limited wine list.

Food was very nice but could have been a bit hotter,the steak was cooked as asked , starters was very tasty and my server was lovely.

Visited Cowshed with my husband for the first time for my birthday. We had a delicious 3 course meal and a bottle of Argentinian Malbec all served in a very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. The steaks were exceptional, very tender, juicy and flavoursome, and the Malbec was an excellent choice to enjoy with the steak. Thank you Cowshed for an enjoyable evening!

Great steak, decent value. Seated quickly despite being early, wine very good, beer reasonably priced and the steak excellent value compared to similar restaurants. Greedy Cow is excellent for couples

Worried we would be late as someone took our taxi, Delta cabs sent another and we arrived on time, the menu was good, I had fillet steak on a rosti with stem broccoli and a peppercorn sauce, it was delicious. The peanut butter cheese cake was outstanding, the service was excellent, polite and professional, they even rang for a taxi to take us back to our hotel. Thank you.😁

Lovely food and drinks and great place small and cozy

An interesting building which used to be a house, the fireplaces are still there and this created a lovely homely feeling. Individual small rooms which were not overcrowded. The service was excellent and so was the steak! Quality meat cooked the way they recommended. It was a birthday occasion and booked on the back of previous reviews. We were not disappointed and will visit again!

Food was gorgeous. Staff were friendly. Will definitely be back. Only thing was that the service was slow between courses and we were left wondering if we'd been forgotten. Loved it though!

Had a great night in cow shed..best steaks we’ve ever had ..great choice of starters & side dishes didn’t have room for dessert but they looked good too..will have to go back & try them..staff were friendly & explained about different steaks.

Very friendly staff and the steak tasted wonderful. Great chips also.Medium rare is spot on. Recommend the cocktails too. Quite small so we suggest booking.

Been here four times now and every time has been excellent. Can not fault the food or the service. If I ever feel like steak this place is where I will go.

Excellent food, hubby and son loved their specials, I really enjoyed my veggie alternative, nice to see some imagination used in both cases, excellent desserts, cool venue, great staff and brilliant music, we will be back!

Great as always.A must when we come to Liverpool to visit our daughter.Food amazing and service fantastic.Only negative is I don’t think Nutella cheesecake needs fruity sauce or a bit of doughnut-just more chocolate/ nutella!
