Cowshed - Liverpool

Steaks were awesome. Service was very nice. Totally worth the visit and will be going again if in Liverpool. This sentence is just a filler.

Lovely restaurant- great service. Small and intimate but with atmosphere. Delicious flat iron steak, sides and desert. Beautiful bottle of wine, all reasonable price. No rush, relaxed night. Highly recommend- wish there was one in my city.

I came here for my partners birthday, I can only eat steak well done, and although I knew the chef wouldn't be happy to do that he done it, I have got to day it was the best steak I have ever had. I would recommend here to anybody. Thank you for having us.

Excellent service. Had the greedy cow(s) and rump was by far my favourite. Flat iron was more tasty than I expected, Ribeye not so much. Would definitely go again.

I had received a recommendation about the Cowshed, so I was really looking forward to having a fabulous steak there on Wednesday evening. My husband and I both chose the rump steak, cooked medium rare. Unfortunately the meat was quite chewy, and was quite tasteless. We felt that it was not good value for the quantity of food, as everything is an extra cost. We may consider visiting again, but it will not be in the near future.

Absolutely awesome! One of the nicest meals we have ever had. Atmosphere was cool, drinks delicious, food incredible. Highly rated for us. Top marks all round

The meat was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was smaller then we thought, but it made us feel welcomed. The employees are very customer friendly. They are up for a small talk to make you feel comfortable.

Menu focuses on beef, which is their intention, so don't expect lots of variety. Food very good, atmosphere good . Definitely will go again if we're in Liverpool

Top service and very good food in a cosy restaurant. I recommend. Prefer the Malbec wine from Argentina to the Cabernet from Chile.... Great experience.

The best steak I have had in a very long time. Waitress was lovely and I would recommend trying the Nutella cheese cake for dessert!

Really enjoyed the experience at this restaurant. Amazing cocktails and the best blue cheese sauce we have ever had! Fillet steak was cooked beautifully and the whole time there was perfect.

Hidden place, you would not think it's a restaurant witch is definitely worth going. Yet very friendly, relaxed and professional staff,good atmosphere and great food. Definitely going back again. Thank you guys

We heard good things about Cowshed for our weekend away and it did not disappoint. We opted for two flat iron steaks, one medium rare and one medium. They were cooked perfectly and so good for the price! The creamed spinach was one of the nicest i've ever had in a steak restaurant, not too indulgent and the fries were bang on. Recommend the peppercorn sauce, like a peppery gravy.

Haven't had a steak in a restaurant for sometime, but I was pleasantly surprised by cowshed on Saturday 21 April. Medium rare flat iron was excellent and the service was top notch. Our waiter, sorry didn't get his name but had an Everton tattoo, was very helpful and knowledgable about the source and heritage of that cattle used. Plus the way he helped and explained the menu to a couple of asian guests was admirable - well done. Will definitely be back. Thanks

The Greedy cow is mine and my boyfriends favourite, never disappoints. The service is always 5* no complaints. No room for improvements, we’ll done Cow Shed. Keep up the 5* x

What a great find! Fantastic steaks, reasonably priced for the quality & fab service. My husband & son shared the Greedy Cow & were really impressed- too full for desserts! Highly recommend.
