Very good meal and great service fillet steak was cooked to perfection would recommend Cut for a meal lovely settings with a well stocked bar

Our 4th visit since October last year. The Sunday roast is the BEST in Glasgow and surrounding! Good and service is always outstanding :) Defo the go to for us now :)

Food, service and ambience was all first class. The Sunday menu had great choice, would definitely recommend and will most definitely will return to Cut in Bothwell.

Great meal from the Market menu, which is really good value at £15 for 3 courses. Service was very good too and staff very friendly.

Great food and service. nice choices for those who don't want steaks too. Ate from a la carte menu which was lovely, would be interested in trying the market and 1886 menu too, which looked like great value for money.

This was the second time here but this time I came with my sister and brother-in-law they absolutely love that everybody got steaks except for me I got the same as the last time it was a burger with braising steak on it.the only problem this time was the braising steak was COLD the burger was fine it was piping hot but I had to spit out the braising steak so was not happy from the start of the burger the rest of it was lovely we ordered a bottle of champagne me and the brother-in-law we're driving so we just had coca cola but thought the Coke was very small so had to order some more. It was for my birthday..

Wnt for a late lunch and had Steak and chips which were superb and staff were very attentive great service i would recommend Cut for a meal! Got a bit noisy when a group arived with young children screaming

The evening was overflowing with excellent service given by all staff. With such a beautiful interior, this restuarant is overcome with class, yet doesn't feel stuffy or overly formal. Most importantly, the food was superlative.

Gorgeous place with great food. We arrived 15 mins early and were directed to the bar to wait then forgotten about and had to ask if our table was ready 45 minutes later. Other than that we enjoyed our visit and would still recommend it too our friends.

Ate from al la carte menu. Quality of steak excellent. Juicy, tender and tasty. For dessert I had chocolate fudge cookie. Hot, sweet and delicious. However felt that £3 for a small bottle of coke was over the top. I also felt cold in the restaurant despite having on a jumper and cardigan.

Food was great , prices reasonable only negative was seat we were givin so close to next table not very private when out for a nice meal with my partner

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Food is beyond delicious and service is impeccable. Scallops are dreamy. Steaks were mouthwatering and the green beans to die for. Dessert was a dream.

Excellent food, excellent service, with the added bonus of off road car parking. Would definitely go again and would recommend to friends and family. Perhaps more choices on menu? Particularly the starters. We skipped a starter because nothing appealed to either of us.

This was our first visit. Restaurant service and meal were excellent. We arrived over 20 mins early and Bar service while we waited to be seated was poor. Slow to take our order and slow to deliver. Wasn’t even ready when we were seated. Not enough to put us off. We’ll be back.

Food was excellent as usual. I’ve been numerous times since it opened for bar snacks, lunch and dinner and never been disappointed by my choice from the menu.

The food and drinks were lovely, really nice atmosphere. Only criticism was the children’s meal portion size one plate of fish Goujons and chips was massive and the mini burger was in fact 1 mini burger (slider size) we commented on this to the waiter and he offered another. This was then charged for on the bill.

The food was fantastic, the decor and atmosphere was really good and the staff were helpful and nice. Had the festive menu which was really good value

We had a lovely meal here for my dads birthday on Boxing Day. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. We had steaks, the burger and fish & chips and it was all lovely. My husband asked for some help picking a red wine and the waiter was brilliant. He was able to give some great advice. We look forward to returning.

This is the worse meal we have had in long time !!!! We were looking forward to going but was very disappointed we couldn’t chew the meat it was so tough 😝😝😝😝it got changed and the second meat was the same !!!!!!

The food was great but service not so in fact nearer mediocre. Then the bar afterwards needs work so overall it was a let down

We were told upon arrival that we weren’t allowed to have the Festive menu as we had to be a table of 6 or over. The girl was quite rude about it too. No where on the website or on Facebook did it say this. This is misleading as we booked based on seeing that menu online. Service was also very slow and staff weren’t very attentive - which I experienced last time I dined here a few months ago. The food was excellent but everything else would put me off returning.

Great service, good food 👌would like to go back and experience the bar area - DJ Fri and sat nights. Building itself well restored, good layout.

Starters of lobster and scallops were amazing. Main courses were a bit of a let down. Burger was a bit dry and not enough blue cheese. Fish soup was ok. Service excellent.

Very friendly staff and couldn't do enough - table booked for 2 but allowed us to sit in the bar for more than an hour catching up with our friends. Food and service excellent would definitely recommend it

Brilliant food service and atmosphere will definitely be back. We had some nibbles to start followed by steaks all round. The broccoli on side was amazing!

The staff were very helpful when we arrived early. Nothing we asked for was a problem. The food was tremendous even our 9 month old granddaughter enjoyed the mash & gravy. The staff have created a great ambiance in the restaurant & bar area.

We have eaten in most of the restaurants in Bothwell and Uddingston but I have to say that by far, the quality of food and service at Cut is the best ! We will most definitely be returning very soon.

The restaurant was really nice and the staff very friendly. The service was a bit too slow between courses. T bone steak was very good but the filet and sirloin were nothing special, missing the great taste I was expecting from this place.

Excellent Sunday lunch and good service. Sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Can’t wait to go back and try the steaks. Highly recommend this restaurant.
