More vegetarian options would be amazing, I did also have to ask a waitress to show me my table when walking in

Enjoyed my tapas very much. Sadly we were in a hurry so was all a bit rushed. Friend had nachos. Had better. Will return when more time.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere from food to the music that has you dancing whilst you are eating your food. The food is great. We were well received and responded to by the staff. I strongly recommend visiting Escudo de Cuba

Been here several times. Good food and affordable. Waiters/waitresses are polite. Cocktails actually taste like cocktails with alcohol. Music is traditional, but not too loud, just as ambience in the background. Nice venue & surroundings also. Would definitely recommend.

First time here and would definitely recommend. Probably the most authentic Cuban food I’ve had in London for a while! Cocktails were good too. Place was heaving and clearly very popular. It meant that we were waiting a little longer to be served but the waiters were so lovely we didn’t mind to much. A great night all in all!

The Food was very good, price was reasonable the staff was friendly, great service and quick. Only thing which was a problem was there was 1 toilet.

My girlfriend and I visit at least once in a month for our date night. The staff are always friendly. We always go for the same menu from the first time we visited. It's so good that we haven't even had the opportunity to try something else. Food and cocktails, top marks.

Lovey every dish we ordered from that beef nachos to the prawns and mussels stared and our main dish with was the classic Cuban dish with beautiful beef in sauce. Cocktails the atomsphere definelty coming back

Excellent tapas, cocktails and service, with a lively and fun atmosphere. Arrived for early evening meal and found ourselves staying most of the night. Perfect!

Good quality ingredients, varied menu, great flavours, and generous but sensible portions. Staff are friendly and we got a componentry shot of tequila to finish! Will go there again!

Great vibe - and good food reasonably priced. We shared the meat nachos which were fab and then had mains but the taps also looked great Happy hour cocktails two for £13 were a great start. It was very busy when we arrived at 7:15 - worth booking

Best tapas and cocktails in town ! I highly recommend the croquettes and the chicken skewer, with nachos to share for starter and La Casa Del Amor cocktail to drink :)

Friendly staff, great cocktails, great happy hour and lovely food. We were a big group as it was part of a birthday party and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Food was great as usual. I will defiantly be back and would recommend this for a fun evening.

Absolutely brilliant! The nachos were truly delicious - don't miss them! The other tapas were presented beautifully, with style, and tons of flavour. I had a really nice Pacifico beer which I enjoyed alot. Service was friendly and kind. I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious - loved the slow-cooked beef and the plantains. Also very well presented. We even got a shot of tequila afterwards on the house. Fully recommend, especially if you’re visiting Arcola Theatre down the road.

Really lovely food great service lovely people to greet we got our seats straight away even though we were a smaller party than booked. Our drinks came quickly and though we were talking loads and hadn't made a decision on what food we wanted the waitress was absolutely patient with us. My friends first time and we will all definitely be back.

I’ve been here countless times and have always had a good experience? However, can’t help but notice that the prices haves risen, the menu has gotten a lot smaller and the little freebies (shots of tequila with the bill, for example) are no longer a thing :-(

At least my 10th times at Escudo de Cuba ! As usual, food and ambiance were amazing. Definitely my fav place to eat, drink and dance in London !

I really liked the atmosphere at Escudo de Cuba and they were nice to give me a shot on my birthday! Unfortunately, the food was not quite as good as I was expecting and the tres leches cake was not good at all. Will be back for drinks, but not food.

Service was friendly and helpful. Their cocktails were lovely and a good selection. I didn't enjoy that the football was on but can't please everyone! I enjoyed the music, I would go back there for a nice Latin American experience

Food and staff are excellent. I love the interior too, when you're inside the restaurant, it feels like you're in another part of the world.

Really tasty and fast food. Cocktails were amazing, inside was far too hot on a warm day though as tables were full outside unfortunately. But great!

We left because it took too long to be seen by a waiter. One toilet for more than 30 people there. Poor service and communication by waiters.

Great cocktails. Food is cooked well but needs flavour. Was expecting an explosion of flavours but very bland. Price was average. Nice atmospere. Rustic decor. Would I go again?.....yes for a cocktail or two.

Amazing food and wonderful atmosphere. We went there for our wedding anniversary as we went to Cuba for our honeymoon. The staff are lovely. Very authentic.

The food was incredible and portions were huge. We really loved the atmosphere We can highly recommend the restaurant and can't wait to go back :)
