George's Dining Room and Bar

This is is still one of my favourite places to go! The food went down hill a little while ago but seems to be on the up! 😀

Menu choice was excellent plus he quality and quantity of the food was better than expected. Waitress service was again excellent with a very friendly/smiling young lady. Parking could be better and not the place to go for a quite , romantic meal.

Came for our 1st wedding anniversary celebration Food fantastic,great choice,staff lovely and attentive especially Lucy our waitress definitely return as always. Lovely atmosphere also thanks

The food was very good and the staff were lovely. My only criticism would be the time it took for our main course to be served.

Lovely meal had Sunday dinner would of liked a little more gravy (they did ask if we wanted more but by this point we had almost finished) staff lovely especially the 2 young lads who helped me get out of the very tight car parking space. Customer service was above an beyond. Would definitely go back again.

Really nice food, great atmosphere and all the staff were really friendly. First time visiting so will definitely be back. Hadn't realised you can just call in and have a drink which is good to know.

Lunch with 3 friends today, food was all freshly cooked with quality ingredients, Staff were very friendly, restaurant beautifully decorated and wouldn't hesitate to go there again. No negatives at all.

Georges absolutley does the best sunday roast ever. It is fresh and tasty and the price is super. Highly recommended. We go every single week

Dined at George's with my Mum. Two courses of superb , beautifully presented food for £13.95 each ! Lovely surroundings and delightful staff. We will definitely return. Thank you x

Food staff great but charged again for food already prepaid for. Second time this has happened not happy. Previoustime charged twice for drinks. Coincidence or was it.!!!

Service a bit slow and food was only average , cant do skinny coffee and don't keep sweeteners ( everybody does both those these days )

On the plus side food and service very good. On the negative side group of noisy young ladies made conversation difficult for all the diners.
