They are sourced from the finest English Farms, the cattle enjoy two seasons at grass, succeeded by weeks of heather giving the meat a superior texture and richer flavour. Gillrays' signature dish is a 2.2 pound “Bull’s Head” cut of steak cooked just how you like it. Just a quick 5 minutes from Westminster or Waterloo stations, Gillray's is the go-to location for amazing steaks and a number of sides including Triple Cooked Chips, Bubble and Squeak, Creamed Spinach and Cauliflower Cheese. Oh, and the bar is open until midnight daily.
