Very good overall experience. 4 Adultsand an inquisitive, lively toddler. Good food at reasonable prive. Attentive, cheerful staff. Very cold though. Don't thi k the heating was working

The restaurant was very cold. Food mediocre - no halloumi with my kebab, overcooked chicken that tasted like plastic, over sauced noodles. Not a very warm greeting on entry. Toilets were appallingly run down. The only positive I wish to say is our service waiter was lovely.

It was cold inside the restaurant so I kept my coat on and the seating is too scraped. The strawberry Margarita was not good & my Katsu curry sauce was too sweet. But the waitress was lovely.

Was told the kids meal was only for children up to the age of 10 and my 11 year old couldn’t have it. Surely I as the parent should be the judge of whether the food is suitable my child- she didn’t actually like any of the food on the adult menu, I also felt annoyed that the optional 12.5% tip was added to my bill without me having the option to remove it easily, only once I had tapped did I realise they had taken the money, if I had had the choice I would not have paid it. The girl taking my Money was very quick to take my money rather than give me time to reflect on the costs.

Super busy, needed to wait 10 mins after the booking time (after arriving another 10 mins earlier). Food was poor - barely any meet in the beef tacos. Basically ate very expensive fries .

We were squashed on a small booth table right by the door that kept opening and closing and blowing very cold air in. Some waiters were wearing apparently dirty clothing. When I went to the toilet, a couple of staff members were 'checking' the toilets. When i went into a cubicle that had just been checked, I discovered there was no toilet paper. I told one of the staff members who were about to leave and she came in to double check there was no paper, then went into the cubicle next door, opened the cassette and passed me the one that had already been started from there. The sinks were also looking grubby, although the toilet was fine. The service from the waiting staff was fine, and the food was good. We do not appreciate the automatic addition of the service charge.

we had booked a table I advance but had to wait in a long queue in the cold for 10 minuets. we were then taken to a table which we were unable to sit at as unfortunately the table either side of it had large customers so there was no way you could pull a chair out and sit down. the waiter walked off so we had to find our own table. the table was next to a window it was freezing cold. the pre order menu didn't work so we had to find waiter and re order our food. the choice on the menu was poor and the quality of the food was awful. over all a terrible experience and we had to pay the service charge as it was included!!!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!

The restaurant was rather overwhelmed by the number of customers with bookings arriving 12.15-12.30 so we had to wait outside in the cold. Once seated however service was swift and friendly.

We ordered using the tablet on the table after asking the waiter if there was a difference if he took the order or use the tablet- he said there was no difference. However, this wasn’t the case as our starters and main courses arrived at the same time. This meant we had 2 courses to eat at the same time, which was not manageable. We would have ordered differently if we had known. We also realised that the descriptions on the menu are not very accurate. Anything that says BBQ is in fact the Korean BBQ sauce (not described as such on the menu) and the ’Katsu curry’ isn’t a Katsu curry sauce at all. On the plus side the manager was very accommodating when we pointed this out which was appreciated. Nevertheless diners should be wary of this as this isn’t explained when using the tablet and the waiter may not tell you. Just order accordingly!

Food was okay but the venue was freezing! Not pleasant that customers needed to wear hats and coats whilst eating. I was disappointed and we didn’t stay for desert.

Service was poor, waitress who took our order was perfectly lovely, but the person who cleared away plates whipped them off the table in silence, despite one of the party not having yet finished their meal. Could not get hold of any waiting staff to order desert or pay the bill, ended up using the tablet on the table to pay and was unable to remove service charge without speaking to a waiter (which as above, wasn’t happening any time soon!)

Unfortunately the front door heater wasn’t working so there was a very cold draft everytime someone came in. We had to eat with coats on ☹️ Good service and food though.

Very busy and grateful that I had a booked table, however it was freezing cold inside and diners were having to eat with coats and hats on. Heating not working properly. They should have closed. We had to leave it was so cold and went elsewhere.

Ordering device at the table didn’t work. Waitress wasn’t very helpfull and she was pushing all the time to remove plates. She just had to consider kids and babies eat at their own pace. She took the plate and my daughter was still eating. By the way, it was not a problem of space because there was plenty of empty tables.

Atmosphere was a bit chaotic and some of our orders on the shelf ordering system were lost. Food was nice though. Be careful about ordering using the self service system as it adds on a service charge but then also asks you if you want to tip!!

Service was good, adult food good but child's food was nearly cold. The restaurant was also freezing, made it very uncomfortable to eat

Second visit for us in the face of a few months and will be back again. Food was delicious and fast even with the restaurant very busy.

Standard chain restaurant: okay food, okay service, inflated prices. Lots of space, with a terrace that must be nice in the summer.

12.5% service charge is extremely high rate for a service that was not sky rocket.

We enjoyed our meal and ambience of the restaurant . Busy because the school is out !

We had a nice family dinner but the restaurant was very busy. We did have to wait a while for some items but it was compensated by a free dessert.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Food brought quickly and good quality. However we booked in advance, but no table was ready, and eventually we were seated on separate tables. The staff were good at dealing with the situation, but presumably had been let down by administration.

Always busy, and great for kids. The tablets to order are a real pain but you can order directly from the server which is easier

The food was okay… nothing special. The kids meal of pizza was not great at all. Only 4 small slices. The restaurant was cold! People eating inside with coats on. It was warmer outside by the heaters!

Had a bit of a mix up with my wives order but it was busy and loud. As soon as it was notice, the servers fixed it, manager came over to apologise, I thought all of that was a nice touch for an honest and understandable mistake.

Went for a family Xmas meal as we are all away over Christmas. Asked for the festive menu when we arrived and it’s advertised all over the big screens but told it’s pre-order only…..really really disappointing. Also moved tables due to aircon blasting cold air. Made no difference moving as were sat under another aircon unit. Service sloppy and slow. Just a bit of a mess tbh. The food was lovely though!!!!

It was fine. I was surprised and disappointed by the vanishingly few non meat choices on the menu. My salad was pretty bland. Am unlikely to go again, it’s gone really downhill.

The food was delicious, but not the atmosphere or the staff. It was extremely cold, and when we asked them to turn up the heating, they said no. The staff seemed more interested in closing and going home than in looking after us. If they are going to close, they shouldn’t accept a reservation at 9:30 pm. We ate in 10 minutes and kept our coats on. Not pleasant at all, which is a shame because the food was good.

We were a group of 15 Girl Guides and 3 leaders. We arrived early due to the weather but the table was ready and we were quickly seated at a table along the edge of the restaurant. Staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. One girl left her bag behind when we left and a member of staff ran after us with it. All the guides loved it
