Bad service... waited about half hour for our drinks and food not very hot... Will not be going there again.. and also a service charge automatically added on which I wasn't intending to leave

Lovely restaurant, great food and great service. The team there catered fully to any issues we had, from; wanting a bit more space as we felt a bit cramped, to an order being adjusted. Food was excellent, everyone was satisfied. I will be visiting again, especially for the Panna Cotta!

My mums Italian and would approve. Great flavours, good choice and excellent service. Great atmosphere as well and the Tirimasu excellent! We’ll be going back.

As a stranger in town I picked this restaurant based of the fact it had good reviews. Not disappointed. Great food, warm and friendly service, good selection on the menu. We had a lovely evening.

We had an early meal, arrived at 5pm to a warm welcome. Surprisingly there were already several tables occupied. We have eaten here twice before so you can see we have enjoyed our previous visits. We had sirloin steak in peppercorn sauce served with roast potatoes, green beans and carrots. Also the seafood risotto. Both were very good. Desserts were tiramisu (home made) and choc cake with choc sauce and vanilla ice cream, again delicious. By the time we left, about 6.15, many more tables were occupied. Staff are very friendly.

What an amazing restaurent, the quality and portion of food and the outstanding service is on point to the maximum, would definetly be going again soon.

Reasonably good food. Nice quiet atmosphere and a complementary limoncello. Slightly pricey for the quality but so is everything else in London. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Il Sugo is great! The food and drinks were excellent, meal sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable. Above all, the service staff is very friendly and helpful! Had a wonderful lunch there.

The staff were lovely and the waiter even showed us a few magic tricks. Lobster spaghetti special was amazing! Would definitely visit again soon! Definitely recommend.

We had to wait over 20mins for our food which we were a bit upset about. We were expecting a little gesture on the bill to apologize but nothing. Cherry on top i had very severe food poisoning later on from the salmon pasta.

Waiter forgot our drinks. The food was tasteless and just slopped on the plate and was very messy. Not the standard you expect when you eat out.

The meal was okay, but the restaurant was so hot it was difficult to enjoy it. It was an unusually hot day for London, but I expect nice restaurants to have air conditioning.

Always good value and excellent service. Our "go to" when having a night of comedy at the Camden Arms, pop in for a pasta or pizza.

Pleasant service but poor standard of food. Sea bass overcooked, prawns tough. £84 for dinner for 2 was not good value. We did have 2 cocktails but only 2 glasses of wine.

Really nice food!! Staff were very friendly and didn't rush you. The restaurant was very pretty however a little small as there were 2 big parties therefore felt a little cramped.

A bubbly and busy restaurant located in a handy location, just off of Camden Town station. Staff were helpful and the selection offered was wide ranging. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food, however, after living in Italy I have high standards!

Il Sugo is a small and friendly Italian restaurant just a few minutes south of Camden Town tube station. It feels less hectic than the main high street and so is a handy spot to meet with friends for a quiet catch-up. The menu is varied with tapas size dishes- useful for a quick light meal- as well as other more substantial dishes of the day, risottos and pizzas. The side salads were basic and not really good value, but the olives, calamari fritti and prawns in seafood sauce were satisfactory. We only had time for a quick meal, which we found adequate but not overwhelming. I would go back and give it a longer go next time!

Really great local authentic Italian restaurant in Camden. Excellent home cooked food, reasonable prices, very friendly staff. Had lunch there on a Friday and the special was Spicy Squid Risotto which was fantastic. Nice selection of beers and wines. Highly recommended.

Waiter had a sense of humor when serving everyone. The food was served quickly (no long waits between courses). The food was absolutely amazing with a good amount on the plate.
