Despite being regular visitor to London - I still find time to go back again and again to il Trillo...it never disappoints. Food is authentic and excellent, and the Wine list worth taking your time over. Tonight the food and service were top class. Worth every star of its 6 star review.

Food great, service truly depressing in honesty, a shame is all I can say.

Not all Guide Rouge Michelin listings are good as this proves. The service was very poor. The food was not up to scratch. Had the chef forgotten salt and pepper? In total overpriced and overrated.

Our dinner at Il Trillo was absolutely wonderful as always - one of the very best and special restaurants in London with amazing food and atmosphere.

Great food and service. Loved the house white wine from their own vineyards in Tuscany. A bit quiet a 7pm but livened up as the evening wore on.

We enjoyed very good Italian food and wine in a leisurely meal in quiet surroundings, although there were people at the next table and we could see comings and goings at the door. Restaurant new to us, but the home-made pasta had been recommended to us by friends and was excellent. The slow-cooked veal was extremely well-prepared and -presented. On our list for a next visit to London.

Really good restaurant but service was sloppy and my tasty lamb chops were cold. The espresso was cold too. Hard to explain when there are about 6 tables having dinner.

Il trillo has Consistent good food and lovely atmosphere. It’s a local restaurant that we can always count on!! We will always come back to this place!!

Beautiful, cosy restaurant with great service and, most importantly, delicious food and wine. All the food was fresh and full of flavour. Save some room for the tiramisu!

Food was good, but we did wait 1,5 hour to get our main course. The main reason was that they forgot about us, which was somehow unpleasant.

Stuck on a table in the thoroughfare between the main restaurant and the door (should never have been there really).... only tow place settings (Id booked for 3), given the £25 per head cancellation fee I expected better, frankly. Ordered wine that was in a box behind the table - so we all had to get up and stand for a few minutes while they found the bottle - not really acceptable. Other than that, service was good and food was really lovely - just don’t overstretch yourselves guys — if I’m paying a premium price for your premium restaurant don’t shove me in a makeshift table and get the Atmosphere all wrong. I was entertaining a friend from Singapore and expected better really.

The food was delicious but the service was disappointing, because it was slow and because the waitress was not very knowledgeable about the food options.

Excellent modern decor with decent space between tables. The Tuscan cuisine was excellent particularly the Tagliatelle and the zucchini with cod. The service was attentive with recommendations for dishes of the day.The wine list is extensive. We will definitely return .

We waited almost 30min for the main course and the waiter did not even say sorry but he just said we had a bigger table to serve.... speechless!

Very nice Italian restaurant with great choice of Tuscan wines and food. The home made pasta in particular was delicious. The service was efficient and friendly too.

Lovely garden, very cool on a hot summer's day. The homemade pasta was excellent, particularly the pecorino and pear tortellini with saffron sauce. The pappardelle with boar sauce also got rave reviews. The fish (turbot and hake) was perfectly cooked. The desserts were knockout, don't miss them. Huge Italian winelist, reasonably priced. Service could come up a notch.

Good quality food and a nice setting. It didn’t have much atmosphere but was quite quiet for lunch, also quite chilly with all the doors open, particularly at the back near the garden. A very extensive wine list. Tortellini from the specials menu really tasty.

Beautiful place, average food. I called the day before to book for the garden for a special dinner and when I got there they told me the garden was full. I then asked what did I had to do and they answered I had to book, what was actually what I did... So it was quite a disappointing night.

Nice atmosphere, good food, away from hassle, perfect wine selection. Many Italians eating on Saturday night is a compliment on genuine kitchen. Really enjoyed it.
