The food was good, the best were the raviolis. The service was sluggish in a full restaurant. We were overcharged. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very good.
Excellent food and very friendly service. One of my favourite restaurants in the area. Wild boar ragu is immense. And a great selection of wines
Great neighbourhood restaurant with a lovely garden in the back. Pasta dishes are mainly homemade and very delicious. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.
We had to wait 15 minutes for the menu, another 50 mins for the food to arrive. Absolutely awful service. Will never ever go again
It's consistently good, every time time I go to Il Trillo I really enjoy it! The atmosphere is cosy and nice without being too pretentious
This is a really great place. Super and original food, a fantastic wine list, lovely staff and a wonderful ambiance. Can't wait to go back.
We had a great time! The place is lovely and the food is fantastic. Cool atmosphere, and the waitresses are very kind and helpful. We’ll go back again!
Good food and lively atmosphere, but the service was a bit stretched which is unusual but possibly due to a large party. Despite this the staff were still polite, friendly and courteous.
Amazing restaurant, with nice atmosphere, professional and kind staff, fresh ingredients, and the food tastes delicious. Perfect place for a nice evening with someone special.
We discovered last week a little Tuscany in Chelsea !! You must must go go The pasta , wine delicious and the waiter as well
Excellent food, good ambience. At a nice location in the heart of Chelsea. Try the wild boar papardelle and the apple/pear tart. It's a bit pricey though.
I was back at Il Trillo last night, and we again greatly enjoyed the food & ambience and the warmth of Roberto's welcome. This time it was to demonstrate to a sceptical friend that Il Trillo really does have the best dark chocolate gelato in London - she conceded it's as good if not better than Annabels and 5 Hertford St !
Nice environment, very good service with tasteful dishes. Although not many vegetarian options they were very accommodating and made a dish outside the menu. Excellent variety of choices of Italian wines
Very nice restaurant. Delicious food and very pleasant atmosphere. My only comment would be to offer a couple more of the less expensive wines by the glass... Wines by the glass were very limited and expensive.
Slowest service. Had to ask for a glass of wine 3 times and we were the only table in the restaurant. There were bugs trapped in the balsamic vinegar...yuck. Poor experience and don't return.
good food. Some options are better than others, but it is always good food and wine selection, good service and relaxing atmosphere. They do chance the menu occasionally which is good
Great food and staff. Wine was wonderful. We did not the have a good table, felt the staff rush past me each time they passed and then the yelling to the downstairs kitchen was more than audible. Felt we were being pushed through for next sitting. In saying that I could not fault the food or service. We will be back.
For various reasons I've eaten at il Trillo four times in seven weeks with friends. Every meal has been great. I love the mortadella and all the pastas are excellent as is the wine list
Excellent food, pleasant ambience, friendly staff, service can be a little slow but food is worth waiting for. Starters we feel are a bit expensive. Supported by many Italians which is always a positive endorsement.
Delicious food, charming and wonderful service. To be totally recommended! Family run and always reliable. Great for families on the weekend for lunch. Do go!
Il trillo is a terrific restaurant. The atmosphere and Decor are first rate and the food is even better. Would definitely recommend for date night or similar.
The food was good but the service was not very good. Large pauses between meals and the waitstaff were not very friendly when we asked for more food or wine. I'm surprised as I'd heard great things about il trilo from my sister.
Squisito! Special gem of gourmet Italiano in the heart of Chelsea. Food is unique with a creative diverse menu of fresh and tasty offerings. The staff is both professional and personable.
Really excellent food (as always), good value wine prices with very large selection of Italian wines and good wines by the glass, good service, good ambiance
excellent as usual, good ingredients and wine selectiona and good service. a great place for a relaxing dinner with friends or family. will come back soon
friendly atmosphere, cosy table, lovely music, great food and service. Happy to be there for a relaxing evening in a nice environment. I will come back
Good environment Good food Good pricing Good service I have no idea what else I should write to fill in these 25 words, but I really think it could become my favourite
Ok restaurant but not special. service was ok but not great. restaurant was very cold on the night. setting was very beautiful and the food was good but not excellent.
Roberto and his team do a great job. what comes out of the kitchen is second to none and the service is friendly. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates genuine Italian cuisine with a twist!
Everything was extremely good. The food was very tasty, well presented, full of flavour and very light. The service was good, the waiters were very nice and kind. We did not wait long time to order and between a course and the next. The atmosphere was very soft, perfect for couples or families; the Garden side is a must. Furthermore, we have been spoilt with some small appetizers and desserts offered by the house. What can I say, PERFECT!
It's my second meal there and I will definitely be a loyal customer. Nice relaxing atmosphere, excellent food (one of the best restaurants in London, and I have tried quite a few!) and excellent service - they gave me the best table by the window even if I was alone.
Excellent home made food, excellent service. lovely environment, nicely decorated. Great Tuscany cuisine. One of the best restaurants in London. Happy customer, will definitely go again. Great wine selection.
Fantastic experience, the second Time that we were there and of course we'll be there for the third one! Amazing, high standard even for an Italian one! Well done guysssssss !!!!
Great experience all round as always - fantastic food, beautiful setting and highly personal service! One of the very best genuine Italian restaurant in London.
My third visit, I'm a regular customer now - Lovely cosy atmosphere, excellent service, and amazing homemade Italian food and wine. They gave me their best table as soon as it was available, a lovely place to eat and relax with company or alone after a stressful week.
Extremely high quality food, very good wine list. Feels like home in a truly italian experience. Staff is professional and competent. Very very very recommended!
We really enjoy ourselves. The dinner was very nice. Each dish was excellent except for the risotto which in our opinion would need something else. The panacota was excellent paired with a sweet wine.
Nice environment, friendly service and good food. The portions are small and that gives you chance to try other selections. Recommendable for a nice night out.
It is a fantastic restaurant Edith fantastic food and fantastic staff! Only issue was that it was very cold in the room... I come there every time i visit London
Lovely atmosphere, correct portion sizes (not too big or small), and excellently prepared food. Only downside is that wine was quite expensive by the bottle, so I advise having a drink beforehand at home and ordering a glass. The all-Italian staff makes for a very authentic experience.
