Always a pleasure to visit the mountain restaurant, table is ready on arrival and all staff are helpful and pleasant. First class service 👍😊

After a lovely walk and arriving at The Mountain Restaurant...we were immediately shown to our table. We ordered two roast dinners they were delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. The team were very friendly and service was excellent. Great experience.

What a lovely time my friend and l had. We arrived early but it was no problem to have a cup of tea first then we had lunch. Lovely service, no waiting even though they were extremely busy.

Lovely food, great staff. Took a while for the food to arrive but worth the wait. Nice to get a free refill of tea, as mine had gone cold waiting for the food, but the refill did the job!

Beautiful seating area, all socially distanced. The waitresses were really cheerful and helpful. Very busy today so about 40minute wait for lunch. However, a lovely glass of wine in the sun made the wait very pleasant.

I brought friends for Sunday lunch ,first time out since lockdown . Everything very well organised , well spaced etc . Lovely friendly staff , fast efficient service and great food . We really enjoyed our lunch and will be back again soon . X

Unfortunately there was some work going on whilst we were eating, drilling etc so it was quite noisy at times. This isn't the norm though and overall it was a very pleasant experience, great service and delicious food!

This has to be my favourite place to eat. The staff and the ambience is just lovely. Food is really good and cakes are amazing, we always take our cake home to enjoy later. We always end our visit in the shop or garden centre.

Very pleasant visit with a friend for an early lunch. Staff very friendly and professional, prompt service and good quality food and drink. Pleased we booked as walk-ins we’re being turned away.

I visited with my husband and 2 friends . The service was excellent . The food delicious.We had 3 different meals.2 had Scampi and fries , 1 had a burger with fries and extra cheese and bacon , I had the chicken and bacon salad with blue cheese dressing . All came quickly , and were piping hot and delicious . Everywhere felt perfectly safe ,clean and plenty of hand cleaning stations . Which in today's world is very important to many people . Highly recommend

I took my friend, who is an ex-skier and who misses the mountains, as a surprise. He was not disappointed. Tartiflette was lovely, and the hot chocolate reminded me of Garmisch.

So much better now that there are fewer tables so much more room to move around safely.

The food was really lovely. With the extra space now, it was really pleasant to eat without worrying that someone might bump your chair as they walked past or moved their chair back. The staff were lovely and friendly New menu, much better and easier to choose Lovely time to chill and relax

Excellent visit, great food and service within the confines of social distancing. Well done!

The staff and the food were fabulous. Over run with cyclists who refuse to follow social distancing or any other government guidelines. We left early because of this, typical arrogant cyclists who think the world belongs to them, no respect for anyone else as usual.

Great food, great atmosphere and stunning eating areas (inside and outside). My family and I will eat there again and recommend to others.

Great well organized and was a lovely experience.. Felt safe as regards from what the restaurant / garden centre had implemented, however not all clients were following the guidelines which made us feel a little insecure.
