Sunday roast was amazing.. would definitely recommend to go 😊

Everything was great,---but don't like the loud music. Why not have relaxing gentle Classical background?

We love eating here but service was slow and the music is too loud whether you sit outside or in. We have asked previously to have the music turned down but were told they can’t do it !!!!!! ??????

On the website it advertises that the main menu is available all week. I also emailed the restaurant & this was confirmed it was. SO disappointed to have visited today to be given the Sunday lunch menu only. I asked for the main menu & was told it is not available on a Sunday!

We arrived for 11.45 am time slot. We were still waiting for meal at 1pm, we had been forgotten. They then brought out the chips 20minutes before meal arrived. I only are the salmon, supposed to be on a bed of sweet chilli noodles, they were far too hot. We did get a glass of wine free for the wait.We do enjoy this restaurant normally, so we will return. The food is very good. .

Not enough staff for the amount of tables being using. Didn't like the positioning of the table. Right at the front so constantly being walked by from waitresses with hot plates or tray of drinks. Had 2 young children with us so could of easily got hurt. Couldn't fully relax and enjoy my lunch. Didn't get a check back to see if everything was OK with our food.

Impressed with the breakfast will definitely be going back for more. Might try some of the cakes that looked like they should be eaten.

We waited a few minutes to be seated as it was very busy and had a good table with plenty of room. After 30 minutes I actually went into the main restaurant to find someone to serve us as no one had been near the table to take our order, not even for drinks. The lady took our order and then the service was very prompt, almost to prompt to the point where she started to clear the table whilst I was still finishing the last mouthful of food. Overall the food (and cake taken home) was very good but the service was lacking!

Great friendly service, very accommodating too.as managed to arrange an afternoon tea for us, as we hadn’t booked it I’ve already booked another visit in a couple of weeks.

Place is great and good is delicious. Well priced and great atmosphere. You don't feel like you're next to Melton Mowbray.
