Service was very slow, food was mediocre. Several things on the menu weren't available but they didn't tell us until they came to take our order.

Very slow for the food (3 x 1/2 BBQ Board & 1 x Farmer Breakfast) to come, and when it did (45 mins), it wasn't very hot and both the ribs and brisket were dry and tough. Also, the lager on tap was warm, although the waiter did remove this from the bill.

Was fine. Food was okay but nothing I would rush back for. Buttermilk chicken was delicious but fries chewy like they had sat in cold oil and were then reheated. The brioche bun had nothing on it and there was no salad that was not ordered on the plate. May just be me but i expect lettuce and tomato min on a burger. Service was okay albeit a little slow.

Fantastic staff. Service was impeccable. Food however was mediocre. The minute steak on brunch menu was not tasty. I have had better pancakes too! The Bloody Mary and the various options were delicious.

Very pleasant and efficient service. Very spacious so you don't feel like you're on top of the people eating next to you. And of course the food was great - we got the baby back ribs and a sundae.

Nicely situated on the river. Lovely atmosphere and service. Food was ok but both meals really salty unfortunately. Would maybe come back and try something healthier next time.

Great experience! We'll be back often! :) Things to improve: Avo Ricotta salad we had to start had half an avo - we had ordered it again as there was a decent amount of avo (at least a full one) on previous order. Double Rye arrived single, without ice, then with ice in and not on the side as requested.

Really nice food, friendly staff. I had the buttermilk chicken which was really nice, wasn't too keen on the dry coleslaw served with it m, but apart from that I would definitely recommend that dish!

Lovely place but unfortunately had to send 3 meals back as they were cool. The staff were very helpful and replaced with hot ones. it was my sons birthdays celebrations.

Very nice welcome from the Receptionist. We were given a very nice table at the front of the Restaurant overlooking the river. We were attended to promptly. I ordered The Forager which was absolutely delicious, and a generous helping. I asked that my eggs be flipped over, and they were. My husband ordered the Pulled Pork but the waiter came back to the table to say that there wasn't any left. This was the only hiccup. He ordered the eggs benedict with lightly poached eggs, and indeed they were. I had the strawberry Bellini which was delicious and quite reasonably priced. The waiter was very friendly. We like this restaurant and will definitely return.

The location, the staff and the decor of the restaurant were all amazing. When the food came that too was amazing, it made my mouth drool for like 5 minutes before I ate something. Thank you !

Food not great. Chips dry. Quinoa burger was so bad tasted like burnt bird seed, messy and made me feel ill. It's best to stick with mushroom/halloumi when having a veggie burger on your menu. Pancakes were average. House red wine was very nice.

A very good place to spend a cold and rainy lunch time. Good views, tasty food with a decent deal and friendly and efficient staff. The only thing that was not quite right was that one of the main course options was not available (apparently some of the ingredients for the new menu had not arrived). Overall a success.

Nice location. Food was ok. Chips weren't hot. My salad had hardly any Avocado. £92 for three for lunch. Service mediocre, pleasant but not terribly attentive. No Pinot Grigio, they'd run out...View was good, watching the river and passed bys.

IInitially the table allocated looked quite small and cramped against other tables. The steak and egg I have had was towards well done whereas I have actually ordered it to be medium rare. The portion of eggs and salmon in the Angler we have ordered was too little.

Great food and drinks, lovely location by Richmond riverside and nice service. The service dwindled a little towards the end but that's the only compliant.

We had a great time and a delicious brunch on Sunday. We had a lovely table by the window facing the river Thames. I don't remember the name of our waitress but I am sure she was from Texas, she was very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was great. The ribs could be a little cheaper but the rest was amazing, I had the banana pancakes and the cheese omelette with potatoes, yum!

Delicious light lunch. Good service and not rushed out. I do think the menu needs extending. After visiting a few times now, the menu feels limited.

Ther service wasn't overly attentive felt like we were an inconvenience. We ordered 2 children's meals and they didn't provide smaller cutlery, we had to ask and we were greeted with confusion. 3 year olds really struggle with big girls so we had to use tea spoons. The meal was ok but nothing more,

We were really looking forward to Jackson & Rye.. Lovely building and decor.. Sadly the food was not as good.. Champagne glass was dirty, ribeye steak was good, but the ribs were Luke warm, the tripled cooked chips were not tripled cooked, just lame warm chips.. Nice touch with The bakers bib for the ribs, unfortunately it absolutely stunk... Sadly disappointed, and would not recommend or return...

Fantastic location along by the river front. Had a great brunch at Jackson & Rye, delicious food. Would have liked there to have been more variety of fruit smoothies on the breakfast menu though.

Excellent service - staff friendly however sometimes they would not give you a chance to be social and keep asking you if everything is ok - after all dining out is a social experience and not just about eating food
