the table was good, the food was good and the service was good. The location by the river is very nice. we enjoyed the meal
Arrived early for our online booking but easily accommodated and welcomed. Food was delicious and service excellent. Meal was not overpriced either. 40 minute walk from Twickenham but worth it.
My boyfriend and I went for brunch to celebrate my 22nd Birthday. We had a fantastic brunch with coffee and received great service! Lovely view looking on to the river
We requested a table against the wall which they kindly accommodated, Waiter and food was excellent. One of the Best Espresso Martinis that i have had.
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Staff very nice and helpful, but we sometimes had difficulty attracting their attention as they didn't look around as much as they could have done. But overall, a good experience and would go back.
Service was great and the food was amazing! But best of all the smoky Bloody Mary, just hit the spot. And the chocolate Sunday was to die for. Thanks :)
We had to wait along time to be served and then the drinks and food took along time to come. When it did it was average.
Food is nice quality and served in good sized portions - except for the miserly piece of toast served with the breakfasts. Unfortunately the fruit juices are 75% ice, which is consistent with the American theme, at least. Kid-friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent food and service. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were there for any needs. Highly recommend. Good value for food. Will be returning for the near future.
Lovely food, very attentive staff, a definite treasure in Richmond. I would highly recommend this place for its wide range of food, and the bloody Mary's as well.
Food was very nice. We ate from the fixed price menu and there was a good variety including healthy options. Good value for money. The service could have been a little faster but we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem.
I have been there a couple of times before and have always really enjoyed my meal however this time the food was very average. I had the short rib and it was really dry, I think previously they served it with a sauce however this time there wasn't any. My friend had the pork ribs which were also very dry and quite hard to eat because of this. Our waitress was really lovely and so helpful but our starters and main did take quite a while to arrive. I'm hoping they were just having an off night and things might be better if I return.
Our table wasn't ready 15minutes after we arrived, then we were put on a small table meant for 4 but with 5 of us squashed in as our table still wasn't ready. Slow service and average food.
Lovely evening by the river in Richmond. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and then a table overlooking the river. The food was lovely, as was the service!
Wonderful location on Richmond riverside. Great choice of food, snack and drinks. Nice atmosphere, good value and most pleasant staff to look after the customers. Highly recommend.
Food was good, but it took 20 minutes for us to be seen, coffee was late, staff were rude, avocado was brown. Might've been a bad day, but room for improvement.
fab food & service - really enjoyable experience - buttermilk chicken wings were to die for!! Recommended restaurant! Good location right by the river! Do it!
Went for my brothers 18th birthday. Service was great, best one we've had in a long time, waiter was very friendly and quick. Food was very good, but some portions were a bit small, so having starters before was good idea
Great food and lovely decor. The waiter was a little pushy trying to upsell us to a bottle of expensive wine, which we weren't interested in. Great location too. Reasonably priced.
Helpful service, really nice food. Highly recommend the lemonade, very yummy. Lovely view onto the Richmond riverside where you can do great people watching !
I know they want more than twenty five words but theee isn't much more to say than the following. Fantastic food. Fantastic beer. And great service.
Starters were 5 star mains were 2 star dry and barely warm would not eat here again but service good and friendly which was good
The meal and ambiance was very nice and the waiter very good as well. However we discussed the standard of the 3 x hand fried chips which all agreed needed much attention .he free desert gesture was appreciated and If necessary send the chef to a competitor "Buenos Aires" for a class in quality chips. We will come again because we enjoyed the evening.
Great brunch, tasty beans, bacon, service was good although they brought the wrong bill. Bloody Mary’s were delicious. The view over the river was excellent.
Amazing food and atmosphere and also great service our waitress was very attentive but not over the top definitely will be going there again and recommend to friends
Great food and wine and also reasonably priced. Service was also excellent. Would of been a 6 except for the marshmallow desert which was a bit disappointing.
Given a lovely table by the window. Brunch is consistently good here. Swapped items without any fuss or charge. Would highly recommend and will be returning.
Lovely setting overlooking the river with great atmosphere and friendly service. The food is good but not great and was served quickly. Reluctant to serve alcohol to under 21 without parental consent! (as in America)
We went for dinner on Friday night and we felt very well looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful & offered good tips on the menu.
Food was good but the service wasn’t particularly attentive and had to wait 25 minutes any time we ordered something (including drinks) overall would go again now.
We went for brunch for my daughters 21st. It was expensive for the brunch menu, in respect of the dishes received, so not a great deal of value for money. Staff were friendly and service was adequate.
As usual great food and great service. Restaurant has a good atmosphere and attentive staff. The steak and eggs are amazing, as are the bacon and maple pancakes.
Brilliant food and excellent service. Staff were attentive but not to pushy. Food came out quick and was delicious. A lovely view to look at over richmond too.
Great service and great food! I would definitely recommend this place, especially as it has such a nice view overlooking the river. Perfect for our bank holiday lunch :)
sorry to say food was very poor , meat was very dry and had obviously be reheated very poor experience this time at nice venue in richmond
Excellent service with a smile, everyone was very friendly. Interior was lovely. Food was very good and didn't take too long to arrive. Overall a really great experience.
Great food, friendly service. We had a relaxed lunch on a sunny Friday, They accommodated our group of 7 easily, gave us a nice table with a view over the river, our server was very charming and efficient, coped well with the indecision of some of our group. Pretty good value too
Nice view over the river and location is good. Food was well prepared and service was fine. The burger was enjoyable and the salads I was informed were tasty. If you have younger children they do have child size portions if you ask.
Beautiful setting by the river, the food was delicious and the staff were helpful and cheerful which all made for a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be visiting again!
Brunch at Jackson & Rye was tasty and a little different to most full English. Very friendly staff although most spoke rather too quickly. Would recommend.
