Friendly staff thank you Jackson and Rye tow path Richmond
Great food and service. Lovely location. Will go back there.
Salt and pepper squid too salty and dry Chicken wings too dry (overcooked) Long wait for the mains to arrive after appetisers
Fantastic as usual, great food, friendly staff and amazing location!
We went to Jackson and Rye for Sunday brunch and were shocked by the lack of service.
Beautiful location by the river, friendly and attentive service and tasty food! A lovely place to meet for lunch!
The service was very slow .. had to keep trying to catch a waitress or waiter to get drinks .. charging us service charge on our wine every time we asked for drinks ... Staff were not very friendly
the tortilla on huevos rancheros could have been better it did not taste much like anything
Had a lovely brunch after I ran the Richmond half marathon
Got our drinks half way through our starters, food average, beautiful location, lovely smiles from the serving girls, food average
Very nice bar, food was with generous portions. Service slow but that didn’t spoil a good evening
Great food, fast service and a really lovely atmosphere. Thanks!
Very good stakes, nice atmosphere. Nice place where to have a dinner with your family
Although the restaurant was busy, the service was really struggling to keep up with customers. We had to wait 10 minutes to be provided a kids menu to pick from. The waitress serving our table seemed to continually look in alternative directions than our table, delaying our orders, even when the restaurant had cleared a bit. The food was above average but not worth the wait. I see why Jackson and Rye may have closed branches if this is how it fares generally. A real shame the Kingston one closed as it didn't have the same problem of service when we'd been there before.
We went to Jackson and Rye for my birthday with the girls. When we got there - the place is great, busy and bustling. We have been before and have loved it! The big problem this time was that it was rather busy - service was really slow and the lady serving us wasn’t very happy. It took ages to get our drink order in and any drinks back - the food took ages and was only warm when it arrived - not hot and when my friend asked when her side of avocado was coming 1 out waitress was incredibly snappy with her answer. Whilst I do like it in there - I’m not sure that I’d recommend it anymore as a place to go. Thanks, Katie
Service a bit slow but we were not in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. Limited choice from menu but food was tasty and ample portions.
Very friendly staff and great food. They were accommodating but not intrusive, and also funny.
Excellent food, good atmosphere. Very enjoyable evening. Will be going back
Food always good when I come here. The service is prompt and the waiter was friendly
Waitress was very welcoming and food service was prompt. I would recommend to come here as the setting by the river was beautiful
Great location and fab food as always, however this time visiting we all found the service pretty disappointing. One member of staff was actually slightly rude to us, due to us wanting to wait to sit outside and enjoy our food in the sun, rather than sit inside - where our table was reserved. Other than that we had a lovely time.
There were hardly any vegetarian options. otherwise great service and decent food
Good food and friendly service with great views of the river.
Very slow service and not a very positive waitress. Food was great but just service let it down.
Such a good brunch and amazing when sitting outside in the sun
We had brunch with friends, and we all enjoyed our food. Service was quick, efficient and friendly.
Service was slow, food tasted like it was reheated. Much better alternative restaurants to go have breakfast
Great food just shame the service wasn’t very good - Waitress really didn’t want to be there she was so miserable- didn’t smile .Me and my friend asked for a drink with carrots in it and she just replied ‘ no carrots ‘ no recommendations just looked at us to choose a different drink
Love this restaurant, friendly staff and great food and a great value for money!
Great spot by the river, solid brunch menu and friendly service every time.
Always a great value lunch in a lovely setting right by the river
Came here for lunch with some friends around my birthday. Had a really good table, not right next to another. Although busy, the service was very good. Cool inside with fans. Just the right atmosphere. No noisy kids running around!
2nd time I have visited the restaurant and had a great experience
Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff, not too packed for richmond
Great food and the staff where lovely, sitting outside to eat is so nice when the weather is so good x
A great family catch up, good food and excellent service
Drinks arrived 15 minutes after the food (after two reminders) - disappointing!
