Jam Restaurant

Really enjoyed Jam. Not an extensive menu but all well cooked and enough choice. Decor really sophisticated and cool. Staff funny, professional and welcoming. I will return.

The sandwiches were a bit dry with not much filling. Ordered a extra cake plate as it was my mums birthday the cakes where just the same as what was on afternoon tea plus they where boring just not appetising Don't think I would return sorry

Lovely afternoon tea at The Jam. So many teas to choose from. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Very clean and modern. We will definitely be returning.

This new restaurant is all gluten free, which is great, as I have coeliac disease. Jam is decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. The food was great, the only criticism is that the main meal came a few minutes after finishing the starter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We shall certainly go there again.

Had the summer special afternoon tea with prosecco. Fantastic service had a great time with friends, lovely afternoon tea, would recommend great value and lovely place.

We found Jam on the Coeliac Sanctuary listings for Liverpool and could not have been happier. Literally one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. My so and I had the Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royal (Eggs Benedict but with Salmon) and the hollandaise sauce was the best I have ever had. My wife hat the Colombian Eggs, and my daughter a scrambled eggs and bacon sandwich. All were spectacular. Wish we were staying in Liverpool longer so we could try dinner there. A definite must for anyone, especially if you are gluten free. Non food related, the music was great.

Lovely food an service definitely going back soon for the afternoon tea. Lovely smoothie mango an raspberry an crisp/potatoes on the side of the sandwiches were lovely

Food was delicious and obviously cooked to order, didn't have to wait too long which was great. The service was also excellent and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic atmosphere. Very helpful, attentive waiting staff. Great food. Lots of choice. The desserts were amazing. A boon for Coeliacs as no worry about contamination and it was easy to feed our 5 year old Coeluac daughter from the menu. A recommendation for gluten-free-ers and for those with no dietary restrictions. Just great food.

Good location, nice surroundings, good service and atmosphere. Food was good overall but scones a little chewy and sandwiches a bit heavy on the mayonnaise, having said that would visit again.

Food was lovely and service excellent. Only thing they need to change is smaller t spoons as couldn't get to the bottom of the trifle glass. Would recommend

We had a wonderful afternoon for my friends birthday. The setting was beautiful.. service was fab.. food was amazing. Would definitely go again.. look forward to trying a meal next time. It was afternoon tea we enjoyed on our last visit.

really enjoyable food - everything very tasty & good sized portions. had the roast beef main course - fabulous. relaxed atmosphere, comfortable interior. friendly service. perfect not only for people following gluten free diet but also 'everyday' diners

Although the service was very friendly and helpful, it did feel rather slow. There was no explanation of what was being served for afternoon tea or of the choice of teas available which was a "selling point" on the website. The food was generally ok, however the scones were extremely disappointing - they were very heavy, dense and cake-like not the normal texture expected at all (the jam was delicious!). I hope these points are addressed because "Jam" could be an even better venue for afternoon tea.

Fab staff and atmosphere chilled would recommend afternoon tea here! Parking is close and lots of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks on the menu! You can even book online plus there's disabled access.

Food was ok. Staff were lovely and attentive. Good that it was on special offer. Nice decor and we sat in the window which was nice..But warm cos it was a sunny day and staff noticed and moved us which was a lovely touch.

My three friends and I went for the prosecco afternoon tea and it was wonderful. The location is calm and comfortable with very helpful staff. The food was delicious and they catered perfectly for one of our dietary needs. I would thoroughly recommend Jam, a lovely experience.

Lovely restaurant, decor is lovely. The staff are very attentive. The food was excellent. We had been to a show which finished early, the staff brought our reservation forward. Really was a lovely restaurant. I would recommend this to anybody to go and eat there.

It was quiet when we went but the food was lovely and the service great. Love that the whole menu is gluten free but you wouldn't know if they didn't tell you. We will certainly be visiting again

After reading reviews of Jam, we decided to give it a try. Our food was really good and the prices were reasonable. They also had great wine and beer selection. Would recommend.

Very Nice surroundings, bustling atmosphere, tasty, well presented food, attentive staff, well worth a visit. I Will be returning with the ladies some time soon.
