Great menu, lovely restaurant with different areas to sit in to suit all occasions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed to be quick and the service could not have been better.

Great restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff and the food is great too. Very varied menu. Missing the soup and sandwich lunch deal though. 2 course good value for money but too much at lunch time.

Food fabulous, service great - attentive without being annoying but very helpful when ordering from menu or asking questions about menu. Highly recommend it for a great wee night.

Had a lovely dinner, which everyone enjoyed. A varied menu with great prices. Our dishes were well presented and tasted lovely, portion size was great as well. Very good service throughout the meal. Will be back for more.

Our party of four enjoyed Lok's Kitchen yet again. Friendly staff, prompt service, and the food was good, although I had the pork loin which was a bit dry.

Really nice. Great service and very flexible with the menu which is of course suitable for my fussy girlfriend. I recommend highly.. The prices were fair as well and of course there are many mid week specials.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal in Loks last night. Stephen, the waiter, was just so efficient and welcoming as, I must say, are all the staff. Look forward to our return next week.

This was our second visit to Loks within the week.First of all,tremendous value with 50% off Main Courses,and on our first visit all meals (party of 3) were excellent.On our second visit,my salmon dish was delicious however my partner,s meal of scampi and chips,was rather dried up and unusually for Loks,was not very appetising.However the deserts made up for this with the gingerbread cheesecake!To die for!....So this will be a must for us on our next visit,and just to mention the Manager,as always,was very helpful and attentive.

I took my Mum and my Aunt for lunch and we all enjoyed it. The food was very good, the staff friendly and the service excellent. I was impressed with the fact that we had the 50% off main course deal and this did not detract from the service or food (as it can do in other restaurants). We will definitely be back and I would recommend Loks to others.

Meals were nice, and service good. The starters are a bit pricey and dont come under the 50% off deal which is being promoted. For 4 people with starters the bill was still £70 with the discount , so more of a special occasion meal than a drop in for a bite to eat venue.

Went for birthday celebrations, the staff could not have been any more attentive. The food as ever did not dissapoint. 6 clear plates and 6 happy customers

Always excellent! Espresso martinis are brill with a great range of cocktails (Half price Sunday - Wednesday!!) Recommended local establishment with first class service. Go.

Another visit to Loks for their senior’s fish and chips. Excellent food and excellent value as well as excellent service from very pleasant staff. Look forward to my next visit.

Happy Birthday meal for my Dad. Chicken Pesto Pasta is THE best thing that I have ever eaten in my life! Its my new favourite.

Lovely meal. Well presented and tasty. Lovely friendly staff. Had a very good evening and would be happy to return to the restaurant again soon.

Drinks came, they were wrong. The starter was delicious. I had the aloo tikka fritters and the we’re gorgeous. On to the main, I really did not enjoy my choice of the vegan burger - far too much BBQ for my liking. It was also supposed to come with fries but instead came with small potatoes. My partner ordered a steak rare which came medium/well done. A really bad mistake. The desserts of chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding were absolutely to die for. Overall, a very mixed experience at Loks but not sure it was good enough for me to return.

The food was perfect, the service was perfect, the ease of booking was perfect. What more does anyone wish for? L<ook forward top our next visit.

We love this restaurant. Great decor and very child friendly. The staff are excellent and food delicious. Very reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit!

Ceoliac friendly, excellent varied Gluten Free menu. Good varied menu, tasty food, good atmosphere and attentive but not over bearing service. A reasonable charge for the 2 course menu. Restaurant had well lit tables and tables with subdued lighting. All 4 diners would recommend.

The food was delicious. It would have been a five, but no port (or cheese and biscuits for dessert!). That said, we will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

I have been to Loks on several occasions and it never disappoints. The food is always of a very high standard and the service is great. Highly recommend

Always a lovely atmosphere in Loks. Great service and a lovely varied menu. My sister is dairy free and the menu is very well marked at a glance.
