We were overcharged - did not question at the time of receiving the bill, but considered it the next day and what we ordered and what we paid did not add up. Restaurant has not responded to a request to resolve.

Lovely experience. Waiters explained all the cuts carefully and helped with the wine. The environment was great.

Could not order less than 600g of rib steak. Pasta portions were small. fillet steak was nothing special, bad even, not properly seared and tasted cheap. There was no steak sauce because the steak was supposed to be really good.

Service was slow, but friendly. Food was good but very small portions for a beef main course.

Very friendly staff when we first came, however the staff were not paying us any attention, often walking past and ignoring when we asked for them to come to our table. We ordered a glass of wine which never came, they asked if we wanted some bread while we waited for our mains but didn’t end up coming until after we had started on our mains. We then had received 4/5 of our orders but had to wait an additional 5-10 mins for the last plate which was unfortunate. The food was delicious, but service could most definitely be improved.

I went with my husband for a casual Friday night dinner date. We were not disappointed! The food was really good - we shared a beef rib steak, that they kindly offered to cook rare for me, serve me a generous portion, and take the rest back to the kitchen to be cooked medium for my husband. Our waiter was super knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The steak was really good and the meat full of flavour. My only small negative point was the sides, albeit tasty were a little on the small side for £4.99 per portion. Otherwise we had a great time, and would definitely recommend it to any meat lover!

Excellent ambience and seriously good food.. it’s not on the expensive side but the casual atmosphere paired with quality service make it a repeat visit venue for me.
