Food very good. Starter of Tempura prawns with wasabi dressing very tasty and lamb cutlets cooked perfectly. Very good service but not intrusive. Live singer and band were fabulous.

Afternoon tea was lovely and the staff were lovely. The sandwiches were not quite as good as before the refurb but the cakes made up for it! Decor lovely, will be returning!

The staff are lovely, albeit a bit slow when it came to taking our orders. The food is fantastic, there is no doubt. We ordered wine, didn’t have a preference on the type, only to have been given the most expensive glass of white wine on the menu without warning. Would I go back? Not at the price it is. Would I recommend it? Yes, food was good.

Dined as a party of four. Our order was taken quickly by a lovely waitress, but the food took a while to be served. Whilst my lobster roll was lovely, I could have ate it again and was still hungry despite it arriving with a side salad. My colleague's burger whilst tasty was a bit dry. My other 2 colleagues had poached eggs with avocado and eggs benedict, eggs on both dishes were slightly hard. Not soft and runny which is what you expect. Overall food was tasty, but be could be better. Not, at the moment, value for money.

Took advantage of the June offer of 50%. Really delicious! Fabulous red wine. Live music. Lovely Sunday afternoon with the family. My only gripe is £34 for bottle of Prosecco! and you can get the very same in the supermarket for a quarter of the price. Ouch!

- Food was great, tasted amazing and looked fantastic - Drink selection was poor especially for beers. £8.50 for a small glass of prosecco was a bit steep especially with 85p added on to every glass for the service - Service charge of 10% was a bit much when staff only covered the basics. No check back, bought the wrong drinks over, passed plates to the wrong people and very little interaction with the table - Missing items off the menu - Had a singer performing who didn't really fit the atmosphere, would have been better with just instrumental - I've heard a lot of great reviews about Neighbourhood but it's only good at best

Great dinner at Neighbourhood - service was fantastic, food was delicious. Only reason not scoring a 6, is that we had to send the steak back as it hadn't quite been cooked enough.

The restaurant was clean and our table was ready on arrival. We were greeted by front of house and shown to our table by our waitress who was very attentive. The waitress knew the menu well and was able to recommend drinks to order, our glasses were never left empty. The food was lovely, tasty & well presented. A fab evening out!!

Chateaubriand was delicious but our party of 5 all had disappointing deserts. The starters were nice but prices for the small size. Good wine and an overall an enjoyable experience.

We were a party of 7 ladies who had decided to go to Neighbourhood as they had a June offer. We were told that the offer only applied to groups of 6 or less. Ok fair enough - we didn't scrutinise the small print. We arrived on time and were seated @ 10 mins later. All good. We ordered our starters - quite expensive and they were miniscule portions! We were starving. Unfortunately we had to wait another hour before our mains arrived. The burgers were tough, and one of the party had to ask where the "salad" was on her plate - it was the few shavings of fennel. The Manager did offer to re-do the burgers but it was so late. We were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco but didn't really want anymore booze so quite rightly asked for the discount to be applied. Which they did. I would not have paid full price for the meal we had. It wasn't worth it. Whilst not a disaster as we had an enjoyable evening on the whole - sadly I won't be recommending Neighbourhood to friends or colleagues.

Absolutely amazing, just wish I could afford to go more often, only slight criticism is with the starter I ordered, the lobster tacos. They where nice yet I couldn't really tell it was lobster.

Disappointed about the services, table booked still have to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Ordered two drinks have to waited almost 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive ( asked twice and it appeared that the order was missed or lost so have to re-order). Main courses were arrived lukewarm apart from the chips. Surely the mains were cooked in advance as they're arrive straight after we finish the starters. Foods was much better before the revamp. Took 20 minutes for the bill and another 15 minutes wait to pay the bill.................... Surely after about 3 weeks reopen the place still having teething problems.

We were a party of 7 celebrating my Mum's 73rd Birthday. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and took our order when we were ready. She remained very attentive throughout. The starters we ordered were really good; very fresh and tasty especially the Lobster Tacos. Most of the the main courses were good however my Mum's goat's cheese salad was very disappointing - the pastry base tasted very burnt. One of our party had chicken which was tasty but unfortunately very red/pink near the bone. When they complained, the manager very promptly came over and spoke to us. He was extremely courteous, apologetic and sorted things out in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service!

Table bill included a discretionary service charge which was paid by card. Therefore no extra tip was given when entering card details. On leaving the restaurant, we overheard a remark about not leaving a tip when it was already included in the bill.

Excellent service. Good atmosphere although the live music was too loud so we had to shout at each other across the table to hold a conversation. When one of the meals arrrived with nuts sprinkled on top (for someone with a nut allergy) they were happy to quickly provide a replacement without the nuts.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, the choice on the menu is great and the food delicious. We had, amongst other things, the chateaubriand which was one of the best I've ever had. I'd definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

The bar area is brighter and far better appointed following the refurbishment but as a regular lunchtime diner, I was very disappointed no longer to be able to sit in the far side window dining area away from the bar and music, which was not in use except for someone working on a laptop, as I don't really want to eat next to the bar or look out onto a passageway. The dining area with its large window and tables for two was always very conducive to a pleasant lunchtime eating experience. However, on the positive side, and it's a big positive, the food was as good if not better than ever, the service was impeccable, and the manager was very pleasant when noting my comments on the seating arrangement!

We were excited to try the newly refurbished restaurant. However, whilst the atmosphere was pleasant and the waiters attentive, the service was slow given that the restaurant was not busy for a lunchtime (we didn't get done in an hour), the food was also not delivered all together, was cold and we thought expensive for the portion size. We had to return the bill to have the booking discount applied so all in all not the best experience and we won't be going back anytime soon.

The revamp looks amazing, all staff were friendly and checked up on us several times making us feel really welcome and we'll looked after. The food was amazing - I had the rib tacos as a starter and the half lobster as a main. The house wine was also very nice. Really impressed with my first experience of Neighbourhood. Would definitely go back!!

The staff was friendly and professional The food seem pricey, very disappointed with the goat's tart (very small for £13.95) so we had to order extra chips, the super food salad was nice but again not really substantial, there was only 2 pieces of broccoli. I ordered some water which never came and got charged for it, unfortunately only realised that once we had left and we hadn't kept to receipt to complain. The new venue is looking lovely We had a 50% off offer as it was the new launch and we talked amongst ourselves whether we would go back on normal price and everyone said no.

Very poor service and extremely mediocre food . Indifferent and rude manager , Basil Fawlty reincarnated! Very poor staff with the exception of the Greek waiter who was charming and helpful. It wasn't even that busy and the whole dining experience was an utter shambles from beginning to end. Truly awful

Location and decor was good, service excellent but the food was of poor quality and bland in taste. Would have benefitted from seasoning, using better quality ingredients and bring cooked better. This applies to the chicken lollipops and fillet steak.

Staff very helpful. Unfortunately some menu items not available on a Tuesday evening. Eg one of the desserts, and there are only about 5 or 6. Probably because only just reopened. Expect this doesn't usually happen. Food was excellent.
